This pharmacy is excellent! All pharmacists as well as all of the pharmacy technicians are pleasant and professional and very helpful.

BOTH OF THESE PHARMACISTS WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL I called the pharmacy about 15 minutes after opening to get a status update on filling my prescriptions. I was told to go to the location in person so they could expedite the service and have it ready in 15 minutes or so. After going through the drive through and being told I had to wait a little longer (not a big deal), I told them I would be waiting in the parking lot. I then received a phone call from the pharmacist SCREAMING at me telling me she told me to come inside and not to go through the drive through... I was completely taken back... honestly I had no problem coming in but why didn't the guy tell me that at the drive through window and why were both of them so rude to someone sick who was never rude to them... spending time to go out of your way to CALL me just to scream at me and tell me I was wrong instead of just trying to fill my prescription is extremely unprofessional and disheartening. Absolutely ridiculous to treat a sick person this way.... Shame on you CVS. read more

I've finally reached my tolerance limit with this pharmacy. To clarify, the techs are helpful and always busy. However, the pharmacist, particularly the woman who has been on duty these last two days, has consistently caused delays in my RXs over this last year. Again, its not the first time this has happened, but the rudeness and lack of urgency she shows is abhorrent and this time, my dog is suffering because of it. Yesterday afternoon, my husband and I dopped a paper Rx off. This is for a sleeping pill for my overactive dog, who was neutered yesterday and is in danger of reopening his incision. However, upon the pharmacist seeing this, she immediately became annoyed. Then made an issue of our lack of knowledge about this skeeping pill (we mistakenly said it was for anxiety). Despite four hours until closing, we didn't push when she said it wouldn't be ready until the morning... that's okay, sucks for my dog, but we understood that its a busy time of day. So, we check back the following day (today) around 11 am; the Rx was in a pile of other papers, not touched since yesterday. We were again told, it'd be ready later in the afternoon by the same lady. So, imagine our lack of surprise when at 4pm today, it's still not available. Worse, for some reason, she says the veterinary Dr. needs to be contacted to fill this, but she tried to call once today and nobody answered. Mind you, the pharmacist had both of our numbers, but never bothered to let us know she was having a problem speaking with Dr who wrote it. Nevermind that this is for 14 Trazodones and is not a controlled substance. Additionally, the Rx has the Dr's name, location, DEA and NPI numbers and clear instructions and a clear Dr signature. Making matters worse, this is a veterinary doctor office and they close at 4pm, so guess who's dog is again without his medication. That's already four doses missed. My husband requested our paper Rx back from the Pharmacist, and she had the audacity to say she hopes that we know its not her fault. After 3 seperate attempts to fill this, it most CERTAINLY is. It actually seemed that the minute she knew this was for a dog, she deemed it inconsequential. Like i previously mentioned, I've been putting up with my own issues, including having to follow up multiple times when I refill my medications. I hate that there are no other pharmacies around this side of town, but please save your time and sanity and avoid this place at all costs. Update: *Harris Teeter pharmacy is filling this right now, no questions or issues or delays. read more

Absolute WORST experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. First of all, they apparently lost my RX sometime after initially filling it. I have the bottle to prove that they'd received and filled one of three refills, but when I attempted to order the 2nd one they called me and said they had no record of ever filling it. The tech said he'd give me a few pills to tide me over, but when I called the next day to verify that I could pick them up the pharmacy mgr rudely told me the pills weren't ready and that they in fact don't EVER provide someone with a few pills to tide them over. She said she was the manager and that whoever told me that didn't know what they were talking about. Ultimately, I had to order my Rx from Amazon and go in to the pharmacy and plead with the mgr to give me a few pills to get through the next day. Finally, she agreed to do so but gave me the wrong pills, which I recognized as soon as I looked at them. Like I said, the absolutely worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. read more

One star because I HAVE TO. If you're searching for a pharmacy with ZERO customer service, employees with the WORST attitudes, and the LONGEST wait times... you've found it! Tiffany 'helped' me get ONE out of FOUR prescriptions for my sick children. She NEVER: Smiled Greeted me MADE EYE CONTACT- yes, that's right. Not ONE time did she look at my face! said thank you I was so disturbed that I called to tell a manager today. Let me introduce LISA- almost as bad. Typing away at the keyboard as I told her my experience- totally preoccupied with something else. I even had to say 'hello?' After I stopped talking, because she wasn't listening. CHECK your MEDS! This pharmacy is extremely careless and does not watch their pharmacy techs. I went to pick up a prescription for my infant and they gave me powder! Meaning, they did not mix the medicine! The pharmacy manager is not doing his job by watching the pharmacy techs. We got all the way home with our sick infant, to turn back around. When we asked what steps they have in place to prevent this from happening again, the pharmacy manager had nothing to say, other than he forgot to check it. This is extremely concerning at a pharmacy. To top all of this off, when I asked the person working check out to speak with the store manager, the manager NEVER came out to speak with me, and gave the cashier a sticky note with a number for me to all. What kind of "managers" are you all hiring?? Moral of the story is to find a new pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy gets only one star from me also. They never have anything in the pharmacy area that you are looking for then act astonished when you are not thrilled at the lack of there inventory. I went to CVS because it was on my way home. What a waste of time! read more

Is this place perfect? Nope! The pharmacy employees seem overworked and a bit stressed. However, they don't keep that from giving excellent service. In more than one occasion they have given me a vaccine that I hadn't scheduled, filled my prescriptions more quickly than they stated simply because I was getting ready to travel. I've used this pharmacy since I moved here 7 years ago. No issues until last week.I went through the drive-thru to pick up an Rx I've taken for years and the person was the definition of obtuse. Tried to argue with me about a different prescription from a different doctor. She was so abusive and ignorant I started to have chest pains and left without the medication. I called and told them to delete my records. I will never return there. Especially when it comes to health purchases they should expect more of their staff than simply having a pulse! read more

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Just when you think it gets better nope. The drive thru window personnel with the exception of the tattoo guy (he's nice and personable). The rest of the employees working the drive thru are rude,discourteous and have no personality on how to deal with customers. A complete waste of time for me on 4/14 I went for a meds refill. Hold up first of all they transferred my script to wendover with out telling me. Ok I go there on 4/14 to p/u meds. I get a 30 day supply not 90 due to being out of work. I am on a fixed income. I go there what do they give me a 90 day supply. I tell them this all the time I don't get a 90 day supply. The chick in the window is like ok I'll refill script come back for your 30 day supply. I go there on 4/15 send my info through the shute. Oh wait!! I guess it's hard to say good morning to your customers, but I expect that from unprofessional people. Anyways they don't say anything and send my meds back through shute. I leave out look in the bag yup a 90 day supply that. I didn't ask for. So the the chick lied on 4/14 about refilling to a 30 day supply. I can say this once this 90 day supply is up. I am transferring my script . Not only are they rude,discourteous and unprofessional they are liars too. Run don't walk to another Pharmacy !! I am in dire need of getting a prescription refilled, and have called 6 different times today and waited on hold for 10+ minutes each time without ever getting an answer. None of my medications have been updated to my mychart either making this impossible! read more

I have recently started using this location after moving back to this area, and after having issues with multiple different CVS locations all over Greensboro, I might finally make the switch to a different pharmacy altogether. Since switching back to this location, I've come into contact with SEVERAL rude pharmacy employees - everything from cutting me off mid-sentence over the phone to making passive-aggressive comments while I'm waiting in line to be helped. With the exception of one male associate, they all seem unprofessional and unhappy. read more

I have finally had enough with this pharmacy. They are the closest to my house, but as of tomorrow I will be taking my business elsewhere. The wait time is astronomical. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or too much volume for its size, but I should not have to wait THREE HOURS for a simple eye drop antibiotic to be filled. When I showed up one hour after the dr called it in they hadn't even gotten it out of the pile by the computer yet. Then 90 minutes later my husband has to wait for it to be filled, then wait as they stumble through the new insurance card. Just not acceptable. read more

I completely agree with Kathryn. I'm done with them too. Not only does it take too long for prescriptions, I waited 15 min in the drive thru last week until I finally drove over to the drop off lane. I sent my script thru only to be told very abruptly that they didn't have the meds.didnt even get an "I'm sorry we are out" or "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". I've had this sort of experience many times. They don't act as if they care at all. And NEVER offer to check other CVS in the area and refuse when asked to. They also don't offer to order the meds if they are out either. Too bad that now I get the same experience since they took over the Target pharmacy. Target used to be a great place to get prescriptions filled. Rite aid has the friendliest, most helpful staff and will be my primary pharmacy even though is not at all convenient.
