This is still one of my most favorite places when I want a sweet treat. The sheer amount of topping options and icing flavors is amazing without being overwhelming. I love the seasonal creations and son wanted a churro but I recommended a cinnamon roll and lucky for him he got the best of both worlds today! And it was delicious. We will definitely continue coming back

The very berry Cinnaholic rolls was delicious!! The service was excellent. However, the bathroom had no paper towels or toilet tissue in itNot a good sign.

Food: A decent place to get a cinnamon roll. They bake them fresh each day and then they sit out on display for an unknown amount of time. The flavor of the Very Berry roll was good, but nothing really stood out and I wish I stuck with a classic roll instead as the cinnamon was muted heavily by all the other flavors. Service: Standard service where they take your order and hand it to you, nothing above and beyond and that is totally okay. Ambiance: the store was kept very clean, but we also came during a time of very low volume. There was plenty of parking as this side of the plaza was super empty.

At night with the sign lit up it looks so promising... but I didn't pay attention to things. You go in and it smells lovely. It's clean and bright. The two employees didn't greet us but we looked at the menu and it looked and sounded delicious. However, this is an all vegan bakery which in my book is fake food. I purchased a cookie that looked the least offensive to my way of eating. It was a poor representation of a cinnamon sugar cookie. It was almost uncooked in the middle. Only the edges were cooked enough to be edible. Do not recommend and will not go back. If vegan is your thing I suppose you should try this but you may want to consider what ingredients they are using and you are putting in your body. I'd rather have no baked goods than fake baked goods.

I became a Cinnaholic when the smell radiating through the parking lot caught me dead in my tracks. I turned around and tried to find where this decadent smell was coming from. I am so glad I stopped by. I picked up a campfire s'mores and a Cookie Monster. I grabbed it to go, but i made the mistake and opened the box in the car, because i carried the aroma with me. Oh...my...goodness.The s'mores cinnamon bun was so good. Make sure to eat it while it is warm. The toppings just melt in your mouth. I will definitely stop by again!

I absolutely adore this place. Amazing selection as well as a build your own. Staff is always super helpful and nice. Vibe is super casual and chill. Great place for kids/families to have a nice dessert.

A good spot if you're in the mood for a sweet treat. The interior is kept really clean there's plenty of parking available for this location. They have several different options to choose from and you can also build your own cinnamon roll if you're feeling creative. They're very generous with the toppings and the presentation is very visually appealing. The cinnamon roll itself was a little bit old/tough and there wasn't that much actual cinnamon inside, but the toppings made up for what the cinnamon roll was missing.

I stopped by here around 8:30pm on a Saturday evening after dinner. It's interesting because I first heard of Cinnaholic earlier in the week when I was visiting TX. When I came back, I saw a billboard saying a location here was open. The timing was impeccable. lol. I will say that GPS took me to the wrong side of the building. It took me driving around to find it. It wasn't busy when I arrived. I placed my order at 8:32pm. I got the "very berry" roll. it was ready at 8:35pm. I ordered the same thing while I was in TX. I took it home and ate it. Is was delicious!! I'll note that the presentation wasn't the best and lacked sufficient strawberries. My experience, overall, was better at the location in TX. Nonetheless, I plan to return when I have a sugar craving. There are so many mouth watering options.

Cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite treats in the world so when Cinnaholic opened in Greensboro, I was itching to get over there and try one! Upon entry, the scent of freshly baked warm cinnamon rolls smacks you square in the face. That's when I knew my being there was going to be a match made in heaven. The line was long but the staff takes order and gets them out in a very timely manner so we weren't waiting long at all. I couldn't decide watch roll I wanted so naturally I got three LOL. The Santa's milk and cookies, the gingerbread, and the chimney stack. Each roll was warm, humongous, and unique. We had to eat a few bites of the chimney stack to get the box to close and it was divine. The cookies were also very fresh and soft. Now that I know that these rolls are as tasty as they are beautiful, I'll be making a stop as often as I can - there's a bunch of different flavors still to try and even a build your own option! It also doesn't hurt that they are located right beside Crumbl!

Baby Buns

I ordered a dozen baby buns today for an open house and they were just what I needed! Super cute snack to bring to a party or open house! Will definitely be doing this again!! They melt in your mouth. Just the perfect amount of sweet and cinnamon. I need to go back and try some other menu items too! The build your own option looks amazinggggg! Thanks for getting these together for me so fast!

Build Your Own Cinnamon Roll with cake batter icing, sprinkles, and Cinnadoodle Cookies
Danielle H.

I love cinnamon rolls so I was super excited to see a Cinnaholic opened in Greensboro! They have cinnamon rolls with tons of toppings to pick from to create your own or you can select one of their flavor combos. On my visit I went with a build your own roll and did cake batter icing, sprinkles, and cinnadoodle cookies. This was a great combination for me and I love that you can customize it to your liking. I also really like that they serve them warm so you get that fresh baked cinnamon roll experience. The staff were nice here and got our order out pretty quick.

Old Skool Roll with light icing and pecans

I ordered the Old Skool Roll with light icing and pecans. It was good, but really good after I warmed it up for a few seconds in the microwave to soften the roll.

Suggestions and great branding!

I only went to Cheesecakes by Alex because it was the meeting place selected by someone I was meeting with. I thought I would grab a tea, have the meeting, and then leave. However, nothing went as planned. Lol First, I am a "sucker" for eclectic vibes, which is the ambiance that the Elm St. location gives. The inside has a large mural on the wall, it has rustic flooring and furniture, and it is nothing like what I had pictured. I thought I would encounter a more "refined" place where everyone had their pinky in the air because of how everyone raved about Alex and his freaking cheesecake. Gracious! I completely understand now. I mean, I get it. Lol So after the meeting, this roughly drawn menu reeled me in because it had CHAI TEA. That's my jam. Once I had a sip of my delicious hot Chai tea with almond milk, I KNEW everything else was probably tasty, so I (in a reserved way) ordered an apple muffin. The muffin smelled divine, so I inquired (because I HAD to lol) about the best-selling cheesecakes. The cashier smiled at me and directed me to the Bourbon Pecan and the White Chocolate Raspberry flavored cheesecakes. They were $6 per slice, and I couldn't decide, so I had her pack both. I had a long day planned, so I had to take the slices home and refrigerate them. I almost forgot about them until around 10:30 when I had a sweet craving, and...have mercy! BOTH cheesecakes were velvety smooth, flavorful, and decadent. The Bourbon Pecan was heavenly. I could definitely taste its unique flavor pairings, and it had enough pecans. I also loved the buttery crust. The White Chocolate Raspberry was rich and creamy, with the tang of the raspberry exactly where and when you need it in every bite. I had to take bites out of each, you know, to treat them fairly. Lol Although I paid dearly for eating too much dairy, it was worth the experience. Sometimes, you just have to eat the lactose pill and jump in! I'm so glad I did. Now you know that Cheesecakes by Alex is Kiesha Speech approved. Hands down, they are bringing more than flavor. Cheesecakes by Alex is bringing the "flava!" I hear there are several locations in NC. I hope you can try one near you.

I ordered an americano, alongside the sausage roll, the chocolate almond croissant, and the oranais, a traditional apricot filled pastry.
