I have never been met with anything but professionalism, consistency, and accuracy. Their prices rival any other pharmacy out there. However, the staff is what makes this place tick. The Pharmacists and Techs are ALL very knowledgeable and kind every single time. I wished all pharmacies had the staff this particular pharmacy does. They told me it couldn't be delivered because no one answered the door and didn't answer the phone when they called. I was on my porch the whole time and not one person called my phone. I was here earlier this week and it was post Mother's Day. The entire store was full of the Mother's Day balloons and flowers you can smell throughout the store--that were 75% off the flowers and they were giving away free post Mother's Day balloons. I grabbed a cup of Starbucks tea and did my grocery shopping in this ginormous store. The service was pretty nonexistent so it felt like everything was self serve. There were team members restocking and I passed by a new robot clerk--I thought that was pretty different lol. It was a quiet morning in there. I'm sure though afternoons and weekends probably get crazy. I like the fact that there is a sitdown area where you can grab food and enjoy it inside the store and or Starbucks. The bathrooms are found on both ends of the store. I contacted Sam's Club, but the tire center had a 5-6 hour wait. I already had a maintenance appointment scheduled at the dealership for the following day, so because the dealership tech noticed the screw they repaired it even though i told them not to do it in the beginning The tires were purchased from Sam's Club and are covered under the lifetime warranty. However, when I went to Sam's Club today, I was told that because the dealership performed the repair, they will no longer provide the warranty service. I was then told that I would have to purchase a new tire and pay 30% of the cost in order for Sam's Club to honor the warranty. I understand that the repair was performed outside of Sam's Club, but I only did so because Sam's Club was unable to service the tire within a reasonable timeframe due to the 5-6 hour wait. I was trying to safely address an urgent tire issue, not intentionally bypass Sam's Club's warranty service. Considering the tires have only approximately 10,000 miles on them and are covered by a lifetime warranty, I don't believe it is reasonable to require me to purchase a new tire and pay 30% simply because I had an emergency repair performed elsewhere when Sam's Club could not accommodate me. I would like this reviewed by a manager and would appreciate a reasonable resolution that honors the warranty without requiring me to pay 30% for a replacement tire.
