Even if this wasn't the closest Walgreens to me, I'd still drive across town. This week I had dental surgery that needed an antibiotic filled for recovery. By the time I got here from my procedure, it was ready for pickup! I have yet to show up here without some massive in-person line for pickup, but they work quick and seem to have dedicated technicians for the separate drive through line folks. If I ever have questions for the pharmacist, they are kind and patient. As long as I'm in the Vegas area, I will continue to patronize this location.

She had longer brown hair, I'm not sure what her name was but it was this morning just a bit ago @10:15-10:30 AM..... She had a big attitude towards me from the beginning. I had wanted to put my phone number in the key pad and she said " it didn't matter for what I was doing " I had said " I'd still wanted to input it " So I don't know if that made her mad or what, but she was so rude and it was so uncalled for.... After my transaction was done I said "Thank You " and she said NOTHING ...NO goodbye... NO smile....NO " you're welcome " -NO " have a nice day" --- NOTHING-- her customer service was Horrible!!! I don't know why she is working there at the front register if her customer service skills are that bad. I was very disappointed with the rudeness. I know she doesn't care but I hope she has a nice day....and I know she doesn't care if her customers come back or not, it's not too good for the business's future but I guess that's on her. Now, I do not get here often at all since I do not live nearby anymore. I visited again for the first time in years when my niece needed to pick up her prescriptions and only went through the drive thru. I will have to say that they had extreme patience with my niece considering one of her dogs would not shut up while they were trying to explain her meds to her. They remained very polite and professional. The last time I stepped foot in here was years upon years ago, but it was very well kept at that time. I will have to see if that is still the case here in 2026. I plan to move near here soon, so maybe I will post an update to this review, if I ever step foot here again? Well, of course I will. It is quite frustrating. Once the color was very very off, the next time per recommendation I printed photo print and it cannot be double-sided. The last two times there was smudging on the prints. I stated I was very frustrated. I wanted to see the cards first before I paid. And this time, the cards had smacking on both sides. Megan stated that it is from their printer and not from what we sent in. I explained to her I cannot get this and will need to share with my daughter as these are her graduation invitations. I stood there for a good 5-6 minutes, exchanging with my daughter to decide not to purchase them. Making it totally understood my frustration. She actually offered to provide it to me for free so that I can show my daughter when I get home. This was so unexpected. I took the cards, knowing we will not use it, but wanting to show my daughter at home. I appreciate Megan's understanding of the situation. Definitely not my usual Walgreens, but may come back in the area for the great service.

I am so sick of this pharmacy especially the drive thru. Multiple times I'm receiving wrong…read moreinformation. Items are constantly out of stock. Today I received a message saying pick up after 5 pm arrived at 5:10 and was told to just give them 20 minutes to fill because they were "currently working on it." I specifically ask if the items were in stock and the woman said YES!!!! And there were no holds on my account or cost... So I wait around and for nothing because the items were not available...Beyond frustrating & the staff could care less. They offer no solutions like another store or anything.

The first time I had an issue with this Pharmacy, they claimed they did not have my prescription and that it had not been ordered (even though I confirmed with my provider). The second time after standing in line for 30 minutes they told me they were going to finish it up quickly and just to wait to the side. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes just for one of the employees to come out and ask me if I was waiting for something. Then, they had me get back in line to be able to pay. This third time was extremely upsetting. We decided to go through the drive through to see if we would have a better experience, but we should've expected it would be just as bad. We waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes, and when we finally got to the window the lady told us they didn't have anything for me. She proceeded to walk away from the window for 5 minutes and came back to say "we will have it ready in 30 minutes." We looked at her like okay we will wait right here then, but she said "you are all set." That was it, no we apologize, nothing. We drove away super frustrated as we had just waited 30 minutes and now you expect us to come back. I consistently get this medication every month and at a previous CVS pharmacy's I have never had this issue. Additionally, I don't come early to get my medication, I wait until I only have one pill because I know they don't appreciate when you come prior to when the refill is needed. I hope other customers get better experiences than I have had and that this pharmacy improves on their customer interactions. I will be switching to another pharmacy and recommend others do the same.

My son was checking out ahead of me and the cashier was super rude to him and I have to say I was honestly a little appalled because I've never encountered such rudeness at this particular Smith's market. He also had some alcohol, so she asked him for his ID. He pulled his wallet out and showed her and she rudely said take it out of your wallet. I have to scan it. He said to her well you should've asked me that way to begin with instead of being rude about it. She did not respond to that When I got up to her, I asked her how she was doing. She ignored me and asked me for a phone number which I gave her and she proceeded to ring up my items without saying another word to me. She then did the alcohol and it had a lock top on it and she couldn't remove it and asked me if there were other ones over there. I said there was but they all had locked tops on them. She said that's not what I asked you. She then handed the bottle to the cashier at the next register, who also could not remove the lock top and outwardly said I don't know why they put these on there. They're not the right ones and we can never get them off. She proceeded to bang the bottle on the Turnstile, and the customer in her line was a little nervous about it breaking and shooting off into him. In the meantime, my son went and grabbed another bottle because nobody was doing anything came back with it and they were able to remove the lock. The cashier then just handed me my change didn't count it out and shoved the receipt along with it. Clearly she didn't want to be there and I don't know why she's allowed to work with customers because she was horrible not only to me, but like I said, the customer ahead of me. According to the receipt, her name is Maria And she was wearing a face mask if that helps. Horrible service!!!!

Prices are very competitive. The Walmart app makes it easy to reorder prescriptions, and they contact the doctor directly if refills have expired. If you sign up for notifications you get text reminders for prescriptions ready and reorder status. Seems to me you should give it a try and judge for yourself. I enthusiastically recommend.

These pharmacists and pharmacy techs work faster than pit-stop mechanics on a race track, yet still there are unavoidable wait times. This bad is on Walmart, not on the hard working pharmacy team. Robin is fantastic even when dealing with rude customers. What a compassionate woman. The pharmacists are ALL thorough and require consults on every medication. The real Rockstar at this pharmacy is Kamesa. A telephone on one shoulder with a customer, multi-tasking efficiently with counter business, while training new people all at the same time. She provides excellent service to customers and patient leadership to co-workers. If I owned pharmacy, I would snatched up Kamesa in a heartbeat. I hope Walmart does not undervalue this terrific pharmacy team!
