I wasn't really looking for anything specific, but I had some returns and wanted to casually browse around to try to find some deals. I didn't get any Starbucks, but that's definitely the fanciest Starbucks in a Target I've ever seen in my life. Bathroom: The bathroom is located in the front of the store towards the middle near the checkout area. The bathroom was very clean! Always love a clean public bathroom! Customer Service: The staff were friendly. I went when it wasn't busy and didn't even have to wait in line. The cashier was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Merchandise: This Target location had a lot of great inventory. Lately, I've been shopping in the clearance sections at Targets and I always find a really good deal on clothing items in particular. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Target at the Hodgkins location. I totally recommend this location. It's towards the end of the plaza, so you can't miss it and there are so many other good stores in the plaza as well. I get my controlled substance medication through tele-health, which cannot be transferred, so I have no choice but rely on whenever they feel like answering the phone which is NEVER. I have logged several hours between yesterday and today waiting to get my medication, each time I was either disconnected or had waited too long and had to hang up to tend to other things in my life... When you call they initially connect you to a call center with a "pharmacy tech" to appease you I suppose, then you will be sent to the 7th circle of Muzak call hold for up to half an hour where you will then be disconnected. Has happened sooner in the multiple times I've called in the past couple days in the vain attempt to get my prescription refilled (again, it's tele-health so they don't get auto-filled, I have to call and go through this absolute nonsense) This is a years long pattern with no indication of changing, I will definitely be switching pharmacies. Not that they give a shit.

I explained that I use this benefit every month at Walgreens, including this same location last month, and I have also successfully used it at other Walgreens locations, including the Berwyn location. Despite explaining this, I was simply told, "Sorry, we can't do it." The instructions clearly show that this is a digital payment and not a regular coupon. I don't understand why some Walgreens locations are able to process it while others refuse. There needs to be better training and consistency so customers can use their benefits without having different experiences at different locations.
