Horribly bad customer service. Most of the employees of the pharmacy are rude, lazy and unhelpful.

This is my usual Walgreens for supplies, make up, pharmacy, photo, etc. I use the photo center for Christmas cards and other. Yesterday, I submitted some photo books for my nieces upcoming graduation. I used the online website to create them. I had to dig through 18 years of photos to create these and it was A LOT of work and time. The website made it easy enough, and there's a new feature to upload directly from my phone that also helped. I sent it off and discovered there was some sort of glitch and made my second project revert to before it was finalized. It was 9:30pm and I was FREAKING out. I went in to pick up today. Spoke with Shaje in photo. He was also confused why the system would have done what it did but he empathized with me and offered to see if he could fix it manually. He had me resubmit the second project. I came back for pick up and it's perfect. THANK YOU SHAJE for going above and beyond for me!!!! read more

This was our new pharmacy. Have had trouble getting scripts filled same day. Recently texted us letting us know a script was full, only partially full. Additionally, had some issues with them honoring a coupon on a partial script (hello, this was my pharmacy with several scripts filled, I will be back tomorrow to pay). Walgreen's hotline / call center isn't doing this store any favors either, as they have conflicting messages on how coupons should be honored. Wish CVS was closer, despite the longer drive I will be taking my business there, as timing & availability are very important issue when it comes to important medicines. Hope my issues are isolated and that everyone else is getting their scripts filling quickly and completely. read more

Pharmacy always has issues including not updating you on delays etc. which results in lots of wasted time. May not be specific to this Walgreens but still annoying to deal with every time. read more

This is my go-to pharmacy, primarily for convenience reasons. Most of the pharmacy techs are quite helpful and professional, and the pharmacists are great. One little things bothers me - it seems as though with one pharmacy tech, the drive through window gets priority treatment, despite the fact that I parked, got out of my car, and walked inside. Seems backwards, doesn't it? Other than that, top notch service. I don't buy a lot of Swedish fish or energy drinks, so I don't have reason to go through the normal checkout lanes. I'm sure the employees there are great! read more

A special shout-out to the ladies at the cosmetics counter. They go out of their way to be helpful, and are very coupon-friendly. The rest of the store is great, too. Pharmacy is usually pretty efficient, but at times it seems understaffed. Prescriptions are filled very quickly. The photo department is also speedy in processing. Store is always immaculately clean, nicely merchandised and has a real neighborhood feel. read more

This is our go to pharmacy. We come here so often our pharmacy techs and pharmacist know us by name! Kind of scary actually... lol... they have recently expanded the size and I guess the new set up is nice. I like the new drive thru window, but hate the layout when you drive thru. The window is at an awkward height and the angle of the driveway is short so you have to readjust your car to be able to reach the window drawer. But I think its because of the space available. Better to have a drive thru than none at all though. Kids love to come here because why?.... Candy... that sums it up. read more

Worst experience ever getting a flu shot. Waited for over 35 minutes to receive the shot. I went there thinking it would be the quickest way to receive the injection, I was very wrong. After I finally got the injection, it took an additional 15 minutes for them to give me a copy of the paperwork I filled out and the pharmacist signed. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. So disorganized. read more

The pharmacy is terrible. Long wait times and understaffed. They also tend to ignore the drive thru window. Took me 45 minutes yesterday to get my prescriptions. I will find a different pharmacy. read more

Huge shout out to Charlie the pharmacist and the entire crew. I spent half the day at the hinsdale hospital er with my 80yr old parents. Left with two essential prescriptions. Two minutes to close and they accommodated us. Unbelievable customer service. Be Well is way more than a slogan! Thank you! read more

I continue to have a terrible experience with this pharmacy. Every time I fill a prescription it isn't processed correctly and it takes 2 or 3 calls to the pharmacy to get it right. read more
