I received text messages stating my prescriptions were ready, but when I arrived I was told there were no prescriptions available. I spent approximately 30-40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, repeating the same information to multiple employees. Instead of receiving help, I was interrupted, spoken to in a condescending tone, and told to come back the next day because they did not want to fill all my prescriptions at that time. I explained that my doctor had submitted a new prescription the day before and that I needed all of my medications as prescribed. I also asked whether my prescriptions could be delivered to my home if they could not be filled, but that request was refused. The situation escalated to the point where the store manager was called, yet I still left without a resolution. No patient should have to argue, make multiple trips, or be treated disrespectfully while trying to obtain necessary medication. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication. I hope CVS Corporate takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves the customer service and patient care at this pharmacy.

If there is a manager here he/she is sleeping out back or doing crack in the parking lot because they sure as hell aren't working.
