Tidy and organized, as CVS tends to be. Prices were high, but that's consistent with the CVS chain. I needed greeting cards today and the selection was good but a rack that's cheaper than $3.50 each would be nice. Excellent that the self-checkout machines are available so I didn't have to wait in the queue for a register. Just like any other CVS, overpriced. This location is 24 hours, which is good if you need to fill a last minute prescription. The pharmacy here is soooooo painfully slow. One evening I was calling to refill my inhaler because I ran out and I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for about 40 minutes....no one ever answered. I hung up and ended up driving to the pharmacy to refill in person. When I arrived I didn't see anyone behind the pharmacy counter so I stood there for a few minutes thinking someone would eventually come out. No one ever came to the counter but after standing there for about 3 minutes I saw the top of someone's head and shuffling noises coming from the back corner behind the desk. It looked like they were doing something on the floor.....really?? Needless to say I walked away without filling my prescription. Also, it bugs me that there are no cashiers at this location. Every person needs to use the self check out's. One time I had quite a few items to buy and I started to run out of room on the little area where the bags are. I could't remove anything from that little shelf though because it senses you removed something and it wont let you ring up the rest of your items. How annoying. read more

No thank you. This will not be my favorite review. Selection is ample, but prices are very high. The store is fairly clean, but the employees are not knowledgeable or friendly. Dare I ask someone where something is ... two employees both gave me nasty looks as I requested assistance. I think I was interrupting their CVS social hour. They also both "waved" me to general areas of the store. Both were wrong and I had to help myself. Extremely poor customer service. I decided to try to use self checkout again, so I wouldn't have to "disturb" the employees. What a nightmare. Again. The machine is selective and difficult. It sucks. Parking is ample. Location is convenient. I will definitely not return. Off to the smaller Walgreens on Larkfield I go. read more

I have no idea if they were investors (awkward, I know) or corprate, but suits manned the door and greeted me sternly. They seemed to be decorating, while the employees stood at attention, 20 deep at the front registers alone. Despite all this commotion-stricken rigmarole, I still found myself waiting on a 2-person line for a solid 10 minutes. Miki the on-duty pharmacist at the drive-thru window was totally rude and inefficient. She first said that my prescription was never called in and made a mistake because my prescription was there and she was very unprofessional, careless and discourteous. CVS should be aware of how she is bullying their customers. I called the district manager and reported her. Her inefficiency and bad manners are inexcusable. I guess she's too important to be kind. Sad, because I would think that CVS could do better. There are probably 100 other more deserving people for that job. read more

I like the actual store here but the pharmacy, stay FAR away!! I dropped off a script for a controlled substance and came back the following morning to pick it up, as I had said I was. They ended up LOSING my script!!!!!! They told me I must be at the wrong pharmacy and that there was nobody that worked there that matched the description of the person I had handed my prescription to, meanwhile I had seen that lady there on more than one occasion. After threatening to call the police they magically found it. That was the last thing I needed after being discharged from the hospital! This has also happened to my Mom and they even gave my Mom someone else's prescription one time! Do not trust these people with your life. Incompetent and careless staff. read more

Well...it is what it is...an overpriced pharmacy with a limited selection of products. The staff at night is ALWAYS very helpful and friendly. The previous store manager was extremely rude and provided poor customer service. I don't believe he is still employed at this location probably because he was unaware of his own store's policies at one point. I prefer Harmon over CVS because of the selection and pricing for products and local pharmacies normally provide more personalized service. The ONLY thing that keeps me going is the hours of operation--and the friendly store associates who have been more than helpful to me for the longest time! read more

THREE things, not two things, in life are certain: death, taxes, and a minimum wait of 20 minutes to pick up a prescription at this CVS. The wait at the drive-through is consistently 20 minutes or more - it's amazing, they have it down to a science. So much for the convenience of a drive-through. Maybe I should go inside and wait on line, you say? Well, I've tried that and it's only slightly quicker, and you get the added bonus of listening to other customers huffing and puffing because they can't believe how slow this staff is. Oh, and you're forced to listen to the annoying recording that announces "One Pharmacy Call" every ten seconds. By the time you pick up your prescription, you're ready to throttle someone. I recommend Rite Aid on E Jericho Turnpike - the wait is much shorter and the pharmacists are friendly and efficient. In fact, excuse me while I go give them a positive review, they sure deserve it. CVS, please get your act together, your service is inexcusable. Thank you very little! read more

Terrible service at this pharmacy. I just got off the phone with one of their pharmacists and I couldn't even finish a sentence without getting rudely cut off. I was calling because I have a prescription that is supposed to be automatically refilled every month. My doctor sent in 5 months worth of refills, but this CVS still fails to auto-refill AND fails to notify me by text when it is ready. It's been 4 months and they still can't get it right. Every time I go in I explain the problem and they tell me it's all taken care of, yea I don't think so. I couldn't explain this to the woman on the phone since she hung up before I was finished speaking. There was no greeting and her voice sounded like I was an inconvenience to her day. I went to this CVS because I moved and it was close to home, but I'd rather drive back to my old town where I was treated with respect. Horrid experience with the pharmacy dept. Called in a refill on an existing script and automated service said to come and get it by 6pm. Get here and no script and I am told that the script was already filled. Continue to argue that it wasn't. Then told that automatic refill (which happens literally automatically and for which you must call special number to be withdrawn from it) was filled and returned. I am forced to park my car and go into the store. An hour later I am told they made a mistake when they replaced the script that was filled automatically and never told the insurance company. An hour and a half of time wasted on incompetence. The automatic refill calls and texts are incessant. This should be an option not automatic. Just awful. read more
