The service and care provided at Medville pharmacy is rarely found these days and most certainly not at the big box pharmacies who are becoming increasing difficult to work with. Unfortunately I didn't make the switch to Medville until I encountered problems at the big box pharmacy. Moose will also review your supplements to make sure there's no duplicates, you're taking what you need and they're prices are less expensive then elsewhere, delivery is also available. No more dealing with rouge pharmacist's, questioning why your doctor prescribed medications, or saying you don't need the medication. If it hasn't happened yet, give it time, it will. That information should be the first thing that is verified. If the label wasn't worn out then I would have seen that and contacted the doctor first. Besides that, once they were off the phone and realized the prescription needed renewed, they should have contacted me to inform me of the situation. Companies that let these things go are extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I really hope they can address communication and prevent anyone having to wait longer for their prescriptions again. ​
