Recently had to fill a prescription at the CVS located on West Ave. in Jackson. I was told it would be 15 minutes or so and I'd be paged when it was ready. I finally was paged and went to the pick up window. There were several people behind the pharmacy desk in back filling prescriptions who saw me but no one acknowledged me or said anything like, "Sorry, we'll be with you in a minute." Why would you page someone then not have their prescription ready??! Why would you ignore them after you'd paged them??! When I got the prescription I told the clerk I was going to run it through GoodRx. Her attitude was like I was putting her out. I'd had enough of the place and the price without GoodRx wasn't much, so I paid it just to be out of there. Bad experience, awful customer service and I won't go back again. Take your business to someone else who appreciates it and treats you with courtesy. These people do not. read more

3/21/2020 Horrible Pharmacist encounter today with...(The lady with the Pharmacist's white coat) she Just wants to argue and try to tell me my prescription is *some other inhaler I've never used*! And continues to argue with me telling me they have no record of it and was filled on the 20th of February. Here's an idea! Look -up my history and find it! !She either needs to re-study pharmacology or quit. Such a rude and nasty verbose answers and encounter.l, *This isn't the first time with me encountering her telling me these things and being rude**And when they finally find my prescription I'm told it's out of stock!! CVS West Road will ruin your day. If you go to the drive-through window, be prepared to sit there for 15 minutes. That's if there's no one else in line ahead of you. If there is someone ahead of you, take comfort in the fact that police don't launch a missing persons investigation unless you disappear for 48 hours. You should still call your loved ones and tell them where you are. In line. At the CVS drive-through. Go with a full tank of gas and enough water and food for at least a day. Diabetics, bring your insulin. Ironically, there's insulin right on the other side of the wall. But good luck getting it. You might try to beat the system by going inside. That's worse. The staff is rude and belligerent. Every time. And it's not just one of them. It's the whole pack. Imagine trying to score opiates without a scrip. That's how they treat me every time I go in there. But I'm not trying to score opiates without a script. I have a script. And I'm trying to score psoriasis medication. I'm never going there again. I'm never going to any CVS. I'd rather buy my psoriasis medication from the street dealer. I imagine they would treat me with more dignity. I've been on Yelp! For four years. I've never written a review. This is the first one. Great pharmacy. Friendly, helpful, local. It has a really wide selection of stuff. Only problem is its not 24 hours!

No cashier at counter. They are stocking shelves somewhere. The general mgr. took away the bell at the counter so you have to hunt for a cashier. Also carts where not in the store, only one and a customer had it. My sister usually fills one up when she comes in. She bought creamer and left. You probably could walk out with half the store.
