We have only had positive experiences and are very happy with our choice to go with Brown's! They're very friendly and attentive to each of us and bend over backwards to make sure everything is correct, quick and easy to use. When I took my mom…read moreand grandma to their appointments earlier in the week at a different location they were short staffed so it took a little while longer (about an hour start to finish for both, including 15 minutes post vaxx time where they have you wait to make sure you don't have a reaction) whereas my husband was in and out in about 20 minutes, including sign-in and the post-shot lingering time. This location is a bit smaller than some of the others I've recently been too and because of that they don't have a dedicated private vaccination room like some other drug stores. Instead they just come out into the waiting area and poke ya. But the pharmacist that administered the shot was really friendly and gentle. My husband said he didn't even feel a thing and the pharmacist talked to us a bit about the needles they use and the brand and how it's meant to be as painless as possible. NICE! So if you're afraid of needles, don't be afraid of these! We roamed around the store for a bit waiting for the all clear after and browsed. This location hasn't been renovated like some of the others I've been to recently but it's still clean and well stocked.

The customer service is above and beyond. They are so friendly and interactive and take the time to answer any questions I may have. If I have a problem with a provider not getting a pre auth of a med for me they will talk to the dr's office to advocate for me so I can get the meds I need. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I told them specifically that I don't want my meds refilled because the insurance won't cover YET because they were refilled recently at meijer but meijer is changing their pharmacy systems so I needed to move to a new pharmacy so I chose this (bad idea I learned!) and she decided to push the meds through anyways! The meds of course rejected and it messed up everything on the insurance on her end, and she had to fix everything. (Haha). Well now though for over a week I've had my meds sitting there on a rack that I can't actually get because my insurance won't pay and I don't actually need right now, but it ate up my refills from my doctor thanks to this girl, and I tried to hit cancel and call and they haven't even cancelled. Just sitting there saying "canceling". I keep getting robo calls from this location saying my meds are ready but I tried to cancel. What is going on? This place is awful. Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had! Now I need to call my doctor and have her force the refill to reject so they can restock it and I'm going to close my Walgreens account. Do not go to this location. They are not in tune with their customers.

This location is close to my MIL and I've been here several times in need of items that we ran out of. It's easily accessible from the highway and the parking is ample. The store is laid out similar to a Walmart and it's not nearly as aesthetically pleasing as Target. It does seem cleaner than Walmart though. I've never had any issues here, but it's not someplace that I could see myself wandering the aisles for hours. On a positive note, it has a Starbucks inside.

I am going on vacation and my doctor sent in a message to the pharmacy to allow me to refill a day or 2 early so that I could have my medication while on vacation out of town. They flat out refused to even consider my doctor's message and, in fact, now I will be out of the medication for several days at the end of the vacation because they refused to refill it a day or 2 early. Im not able to pick it up on the day the refill is due because I will be hours away. So now I just have to go without my medication?? Their unwillingness to work with myself or my doctor shows that they dont truly care about their patients. How can someone be okay with saying to their patient that they will just have to go without their medication? Super frustrating. They made me feel as if, because its a controlled substance, that Im trying to get it early so that I can take more than prescribed. Im pretty appalled at the moment and will most likely take my business elsewhere.
