According to the app, the items I wanted were in stock but in fact, they did not have the items in stock. In fact, one of the items, men's body wash was almost completely barren. The shelves looked empty as if they were moving the products to another area. This is not only frustrating but also a big waste of my time. In the past, I've had employees tell me that the app doesn't reflect their stock. Perhaps this is just a drawback of the app but perhaps they should indicate with a note stating the store may not have the item in question.

I spoke with two floor and one customer service manager and those ding dongs absolutely would not hold the PAID FOR TV until I came to get it because I had already spent $160 of my money, not my school's to pick it up. They just could not figure it out, It took me over an hour to get a store manager to agree to keep his eye out and then put it in his office so it wouldn't get sold. That never happened. It was in the back with all of the other stuff in the back. Luckily, I came back the next day, so $200 in gas. Such a ghetto organization. Shameful how poor the customer service is. It is so embarrasing because people from other places that understand how customer service works come to Kona and get to experience how stupid people are..... And another thing- I never buy food at Target because it is always expired. I happened to pick up a bag of popcorn on sale because I was hungry- Expired again and I didn't notice until half the bag was gone. Target, you should replace your managers and service people. They have failed miserably. No one should have to endure such stupidity. I already cancelled my card and I am boycotting due to your cancellation of Diversity and Equality, but people still gotta know that you are feeding them old, expired food.

KTA Express, you're a lifesaver!…read more I came to the KTA Express store twice in recent weeks, and this store/supermarket totally saved me from having to drive back in town (Kailua-Kona) to buy something I sorely needed. I was working at a local bank next door doing some lock work when I realized I needed a few 9-volt batteries to fix something. Being that I was traveling, and did not have access to all my normal gear, I asked the bank people where was the nearest store? Originally I was worried that I might have to drive all the way back to Kailua-Kona to get what I needed, but luckily KTA had a store in Kealakekua. Walked over to the KTA store, as it was just a hop, skip, & jump away from the local bank (where I was working). Got what I needed, and time & resources were saved that day! Last week Thursday I found myself back in Kealakekua working at a credit union this time. No, I didn't need anything in particular for the credit union this time, but after finishing the job at the credit union, the KTA store was very convenient for me to get some drinks & some grub. Apparently the KTA Express has a vendor - L&L Drive-In that does pre-made - ready to eat bentos. Some of the items looked pretty good, so I decided to give it a shot & picked up a mini BBQ Chicken & Noodle Bento. The mini bento was pretty tasty, and best part of it all is that I didn't have to go far to get my lunch grub. KTA Express in Kealakekua, you're a lifesaver! Lol!

Parking: They have a small parking lot. Very easy to find. Free parking. This was a large market. It had everything a grocery store provided, but products were a bit more expensive than usual. I walked around and noticed there were fresh fruits in their grocery section. They also had fun snacks in the freezer section. We found everything we needed to restock for the rest of our trip.

When I got there the lady at the counter was exceptionally rude telling me I needed to have the name of the puppies and their birthdays not my name. I told her it was called in under my name. She said it would not be under my name it would be under the puppies last name. I told her they are puppies they do not have last names. I told her the medicine was needed for puppies who had pneumonia and reiterated they were foster puppies. She told me it didn't matter and then went to talk to the pharmacist who at that time was speaking to the prescribing vet. She comes back and tells me that it is under my last name but the patients are the puppies. Ok. She asks if I have gotten prescription there before. I tell her not that I can remember, maybe about 11 years ago. She procedes to say she will then need my full name, birthday, address, phone number etc. I give it to her. After waiting an hour right in front of the counter while they are behind the counter giggling. I finally get up to talk to a male person at the counter. He gives me the prescription and I pay for it. It is listed with my name as my puppies with an address I haven't had for 10 years. Now I know why I do not get my prescriptions filled there.

Unlike another review I saw, Long's didn't BS my time. They told me upfront they had the drug…read moreneeded. This Walmart failed to tell me that and stated "30 minutes to fill." Then they told me and the doctor had to be called to change the prescription. I used the Walmart optometrist which was fantastic (see that review too). All they had to do was just tell me they were out. It went beyond that 30 minute time before I was informed. I was in and out of Long's Drugs in 10 minutes. Other Walmart's have been fine. This was just a waist of time.
