CVS Supper Nice Store & Nice Store & Pharmacist Staff! Nice Layout of Store! Too hot though! Corporate CVS, with all due respect , I know you're up state, but everything below you, all your stores, they are always so hot. It doesn't matter if you're in Phoenix, San Diego, Omaha, Kansas City, Baton Rouge, or DC. Summers are too hot to keep the stores at an exceedingly uncomfortable temperatures! The pharmacy is clearly understaffed at all times at no fault to the actual pharmacist, however to be treated extremely poorly and even being yelled at by a stressed out pharmacist is not acceptable nor medically professional. This has occurred multiple times during the last 4-5 years with the same pharmacist, Jo. She is clearly stressed and about to break every time we have had interaction with her. She had a girl in tears who she helping and when our turn in line she "huffed and puffed" in frustration when my husband had to open his notebook to get his scripts out to drop off. I addressed her unpleasant and very unprofessional behavior and she yelled at me! We left and will not do business with CVS any longer. This behavior by Jo has happened and been personally witnessed over and over during the last 4-5 years. She either needs strong corrective action or a vacation. On a positive note the shift supervisor, Jon showed care, compassion and attempted to soften the experience with a fun joke. He doesn't have any overlook of the pharmacist unfortunately. read more

I had to visit this location on Thanksgiving Day to pick up my son's antibiotics. The pharmacists assisted me within a couple of minutes waiting. She was very friendly and answered my few questions. I walked around and grabbed a few items while waiting for the prescription. The shelves were stocked, and I found a few random stocking stuffers while isle walking. His prescription was ready to go about 10 minutes later. read more

The "pharmacist" Spencer is the most unhelpful moron in the field. He is extremely lazy and unhelpful and can't even muster up the slightest friendly tone when speaking to people. I hope CVS sees how terrible he is and gets rid of him. I refuse to do business there specifically because of him. read more

One pharmacist. Got there at 6 and was told it would take 20 minutes because he is busy. Hour and half later and while in line that he saw me and proceeded to help the drive through, a phone call, and a vaccine before finally coming back to me and telling me he had it done. It was packaged and ready and yet he never called for me. Very unhappy. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I pull up to the window. Give the pharmacist the cost of the prescription. Says hold on I will get it. Comes back 2 minutes later and says sorry we are closing you will have to come back in 4 hours when we reopen (this is at 9am). Then closes the window on me and walks away! If I could give this place negative stars I would. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The customer service is non existent, I can never reach a pharmacist on the phone to answer questions, their service in drive thru always takes at least 20-30 mins. After tonight I will be switching to Walgreens. I called and the person at the front told me there's one person in the pharmacy and he's "super busy" I can put you back in the queue to talk with him.... CVS pharmacy at 84th and Harrison in LaVista NE has really gone down hill in their customer service. I have been going there for at least 15 years. My work has them as the preferred provider for prescription drug plan. I take 7 different drugs each day. I am enrolled in the automatic refill option plan for all of them and each one is set up for a 3 month supply each time they are refilled. Up until about 2 years ago everything was working pretty well. However in the past 4 to 6 months things have gone from not good to absolutely terrible. For some reason none of my meds are being refilled automatically. Yesterday I noticed that I was get very low on a couple of them so I called the number on the bottle and went through the motions as the phone computer system asked for the info off of the bottles. The first problem was when the computer came back and said that it would be ready for pickup on March 18th 2021. Yesterday was August 25th, 2022. How can I pick up something that is over a year in the past. The computer asks if I needed it sooner than that. I said yes. The computer then said that it would be ready tomorrow August 26th 2022 b y 1:00 P.M. I responded ok. When I went to pick it up after 6:00 P.M. only one of them was ready. I was told by the clerk that it would be in and ready for pick up on Monday August 29th, 2022. I told them about the phone system giving a ready date that was over a year in the past. And it was liked no big deal. They know about it; but do not know why it does that. HELLO CVS DOES NOT a large portion of your business come in via the phone? I would think you would be getting that fixed like last week!!I am enrolled in the CVS text information to let me know the status of my refills.; BUT THEY DID NOT TEXT ME THAT THEY COULD NOT REFILL ONE OF THEM. So when I got home, I rechecked my supply of the one that they did not refill. And I have only enough until tomorrow night, Saturday August, 27th 2022. So I asked my life partner, Amy to call and see if they could fill it from anther location. She called and got the computer phone system again she had to go through the system by either say yes or no or to press a certain number on the phone keypad. We got locked into a never-ending phone loop was on hold for over 30 minutes. There is not an escape feature to reach a live person. I finally called a different CVS, the one in Bellevue. But we were told that they could not help us as the prescription was in what they called "LOCKED DOWN" so that they could not even look at it to see what it was. Is that not the reason companies have more then one location in large metro areas, so it if one location is out you can get it filled at another location So it looks like I will now have to re-shop all of these meds out at other pharmacies. I did not get a text for when they were out and could not fill it. For some unknown reason even though they say I am set up on auto refill it is not working. They cannot tell why these things are happening and they are not even saying they are sorry!! read more

Super slow. System crashed, still charged our card but didn't go through on their end. All the computers kept crashing and they had to call the doctor to fix something with the prescription and had to wait for the new script to be sent in. Waited in the cvs for over and hour and just walked out with no scripts. Don't have that much time to waste. Will have to come back later. The staff was very friendly, not mad at them. It's honestly not their fault but they said they had been trying to get IT in to fix it for some time. Please get it fixed because we are now switching pharmacies as this has happened twice now. read more

The longest I've ever had to wait for prescriptions. It's not just a one time occurrence. Any time I come here, I'm waiting at least 20-30 minutes in line, only to be told my medication isn't ready and to come back. So I come back when they tell me it'll be ready, even give an extra 10-15 minutes. Then wait another 20-30 minutes in line. I understand if the store was busy, but why is 1 car allowed to wait at the drive-tru for 20 minutes or more?! Absolutely ridiculous. Prices are not that great and they don't accept a major insurance company in Nebraska. Are you kidding me? I'm done with CVS. read more

For a small corner store, this CVS has a great wine selection. For the most part, I've always found the pharmacy staff very helpful. The clerks are always polite and friendly. They occasionally have great clearance sales (40-75% off) on post-holiday items and alcohol. read more

They switched my medication with out telling me to a medication I cannot take. Didnt say one word to me that it was different than the medicine I said I was there to pick up. I get home open the bag call them, and they tell me I have to deal with it since I left already. Told me I can just start taking that instead. How can they tell me what I can and cannot take. They are not drs. Put me on hold for over 15 mins before getting a pharmacist for me to talk to. Now I have to call my rx coverage and report them. Not only that Im not taking this medicine. Its not even a generic for what I take, so now Im going to have to fight with my insurance company so I can get my meds that I need. read more
