When I went to attempt to pick up my medication, the lady in the back was yelling at me about not being able to help me because I needed a prescription. I brought over my prescription, and continued to get yelled at that it had to be from sav-on. Needless to say, I managed to get my normal prescription from express scripts, but couldn't get help from this pharmacy. I do not plan on visiting this establishment for any reason going forward. Staff need to know how customer service works before being onboarded. Felt bad for the cashier.

I would have liked to actually look around the store and explore all the items they offer --but that is not their set-up. Basically, you share what you need/want and it's retrieved for you. Not sure if it's this way because of theft or what happened compared to what I saw online at the previous location.
