After what takes several attempts to get a live person to speak with I finally get ahold of a person in the pharmacy. I told them I was returning a missed call from them. The woman who answered said " We never called you" I asked about my prescription that was called in by my provider several times. The person on the other lone repeatedly refers to me a "hun". She tells me " I don't know what to tell you hun maybe they called into another pharmacy. I spoke to my provider twice and they gave me the number they called and even relistened to their own voice mail message to make sure it was there . The woman just continued to brush me off. Thank god the pharmacy at Monarch beach was so much better. One phone call and my prescription was filled. I think this pharmacy has never heard of customer service

After dealing with the chaos of CVS and Walgreens for years, I finally switched to Seaview and haven't looked back. They are the real deal - a small family owned neighborhood pharmacy type of vibe. Need to talk to a live person? No problem!! You can actually call and someone will answer. No long automated lines or waiting on hold forever to talk to a live person. When I walk into Seaview, I am always greeted by kind and smiling faces. Everyone here is incredibly helpful. And they are so fast!!! Literally will leave my doctors apt upstairs and within minutes my prescription is ready. I am so glad I found Seaview Pharmacy. They make picking up prescriptions a breeze. I will never go back to a big pharmacy! Even though there are many pharmacies closer to me, I will gladly make the drive to Seaview every time.

I am a patient with multiple documented chronic conditions and take daily prescribed medications that are managed closely by my physician. My prescription schedule was changed by my doctor from a 30-day cycle to a 15-day cycle, and there appears to be ongoing confusion in this pharmacy's system regarding the correct refill timing. Despite never attempting to pick up medication early, I was repeatedly told that I was doing so. In fact, on one prior occasion a prescription was filled early without me requesting it. Most recently, my doctor called in my prescription on time. When I went to pick it up, I was spoken to rudely and told it was "too early." I was instructed to contact my doctor, which I did immediately. My doctor approved the fill directly, yet the pharmacist still refused and continued to be dismissive. I understand that pharmacies have policies and regulations to follow. However, professionalism, clear communication, and basic empathy are essential in healthcare settings. Being spoken to in a rude or accusatory manner while trying to resolve a documented prescription issue was extremely upsetting. ****I hope management addresses both system errors and customer service, because patients deserve to be treated with respect.

The worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. There is one pharmacist there that is particularly evil in my…read moreopinion. The situation is somewhat difficult to explain, but I will do my best. My doctor was sending my prescriptions there for months and months and there were no problems. For eight days I was told I would be able to fill the medication the next day. I would call the next day and they would say they have to order it again. This happened eight days in a row absolutely no exaggeration. On the eighth day a different pharmacist said we got the medication in, but won't be filling it. I asked why and she said because you have been filling medication's at different pharmacies. This was absolutely untrue and I asked her what pharmacies? She said Walmart. I called Walmart and ask them when I had last filled a prescription with them and they told me almost 2 years ago. So the pharmacist said she would not fill any of my medication's and there were seven sent in by my Psychiatrist. Which I had to pay $500 for that visit. This pharmacist cost so much damage. It's unbelievable. She called my psychiatrist and told her that I have been filling medication's at different pharmacies which was untrue and under different names, which is a joke and absolutely not true. She simply didn't want to fill medication's. That were controlled and I was on three controlled medication's. So she lied to my doctor and my doctor discharged me, but kept my money and she wouldn't fill my medication's that my doctor had sent in even though I was told for eight days in a row I would get to pick up the next day when the order came in, but the day that the order comes in, she doesn't fill them. How does that make any sense! This pharmacist simply lied in order to not have to fill medication's point blank period. I've read other reviews at this CVS and I'm not the only one experiencing these types of problems here. She should be fired, I'm going to call Corporate. This happened a while ago, but something needs to be done about this woman. She harasses people that feel medication's here nonstop. I've seen it happen before my eyes. I've seen it happen to my mother who goes here and if she's 70 years old. Something must be done. She is the absolute worst human being possible to be in charge of people's health and care. I can also see many other people commenting and I know they're referring to the same pharmacist, she has something against controlled substances and if you're on them, just don't go to this Pharmacy. It's not worth it. She'll make your life a living hell and I pray she's held responsible for her actions sooner rather than later, but take your business elsewhere if you're on controlled meds because this is not worth it! She makes it harder that needs to be for absolutely no reason, but some very personal mental health problems within herself.
