This CVS location shows it closes at 12am online yet I drove in the pouring rain at 11:45 and they were closed. The hours on the door said closed 10pm and it changed years ago. Get your act together CVS. Require online hours to match store hours. Some people count on it when they need a medicine. Even their website shows it closes at 12am and hasn't been updated in years. Who's managing this store. So upsetting. I'm pulling all of my family's prescriptions from them when they open. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Every single time I go into this pharmacy, I have issues. They don't have the medication in stock, and then they send me to 10 different CVS's until they realize that they actually do have my medication. The next time, they don't charge me correctly for my medication. They told me the price was different, and when I said I was going to talk to my insurance get this sorted out, the pharmacist took it off of hold for me. I asked her to keep it for me as I was going to sort it out within the day, and I did. When I came back in, they only had enough for a partial fill. Honestly it's tiring. One of the smaller CVS locations. I've been here quite a few times and it's sometimes messy. It doesn't seem like they get regular shipments of cosmetics items because a lot of the popular colors are always out. It's difficult returning stuff here. There's this lady that works there that is really slow. However, there is another younger lady who works in the cosmetics department that is extremely helpful. She even opens a product so you can test it out, which is pretty nice. If you don't like a product, you can return it. read more

I tried this place after the CVS in RSM let me down. I thought that location had rude employees, but this one takes the cake! The only person in this entire store that is pleasant and awesome is Anthony. He is so nice and definitely on-top of things, which is why i hate having to write this horrible review. It's unfortunate that I couldn't deal with Anthony every time. Frank was awful. He was so insulting and condescending. As great as Anthony is, I just can't bring myself to shop here because of how I was treated, not just by Frank but the rest of the staff seem to dislike their jobs. Target in RSM has been great! It sucks not having the convenience of a drive=thru, but its definitely worth it have be helped by pleasant people. read more

Avoid this CVS if you can. I came just for a simple vaccine and was told I have to wait at least 30 minutes because "we just opened". Meanwhile the other pharmacy techs are just walking around and talking with each other. Trying to look busy. They are rude as well, another customer tried to use the blood pressure cuff machine and it wasn't working so he asked for help and if it was broken. The tech rudely replied and said: "Is that what the sign says?" Seriously?? I've worked customer service all my life, all of their pharmacy techs need to be retrained or get new staff. So rude. My doctor's office is near this pharmacy, so I had my prescriptions moved here. Every time my doctor would call in a refill I would have to call the store also myself and request they be filled. Why can't they fill them and have them waiting for me to pick up like every other pharmacy I've ever been to? Even hours later sometimes. They are often out of common prescriptions and they have to be ordered. The staff is 50% polite, 50% otherwise... I finally decided to leave a review after all of these negative things happened in the same visit a couple of nights ago. Along with the fact that it was 25 minutes before closing, and they had already closed the drive through register. Enough is enough. Please management train your people 3 times in a row over the past couple of months my wife and I have got prescriptions and there is always an issue. The last time they said my insurance is no good the other 2 times they said it didn't cover it and they wanted so much more. I went to the target cvs afterwards which is out of my way and they had no problem finding it and by the way the 12 dollar medicine you charged my wife was supposed to be 8 cents. Im fed up. How incompetent can they be? Don't go here ever to get your medicine unless you want to be tested rudely by people who can't did their job and want you to feel stupid because of it. I'm pretty furious and I'm sure I have plenty of typos. My next step is to go to corporate because this is ridiculous. read more

Slowest pharmacy in the county. Every time I go to pick something up, it seems to take a while and I make up a reason in my head for their slowness. It has been too many times now. They are just very slow. Unsure of the reason though. So if you order or drive through, expect a wait, even if only one person is in front of you. read more

My wife and I fill quite a few prescriptions at the CVS on the corner of Antonio & Crown Valley. The pharmacists and technicians are all competent, conscientious and courteous. They have to do a lot of work with a lot of people and I'm never less than impressed by how they all manage to be both professional and personable. read more

Long lines with up to 30 min. wait at the drive up window. I have never seen the same pharmacist there. I had a drug that needed to be ordered. I got a text message that it was ready. I went and found out that they hadn't even submitted the order. Rediculous. Nice techs but the pharmacists are cold as fish. I was happy to see the fully stocked store and since I am new to the area thought, great, this could be my go to place. Well, ultimately you will need to check out. I have never seen such unfriendly staff. There were two checkers and 5 people in line. The person checking out was nice. The other checker appeared to be reading a book and never looked up. I have had the misfortune of being in her checkout lane before and she was so rude. Too bad, nice facility (but what is with the hidden front door), obviously very poor management. There are lots of really nice people who need jobs and enjoy engaging with customers. Sounds like the first thing that needs to be done is to fire the current management. read more

I had both a good experience and a bad experience there last night. I took my daughter to urgent care in San Juan Capistrano and the doctor called in a prescription to the CVS in RSM. When I called them to find out when it would be ready, they told me an hour. Which was a bummer but I wasn't surprised. I stopped by the Ladera Ranch location to pick up a humidifier, since it was on the way home. I noticed that they weren't very busy, so I asked how long it would take to fill a prescription and they told me 15 minutes. I asked if they could call the RSM location and transfer my prescription and they said the RSM store doesn't answer their phone, so it's hard to get prescriptions from them. I thought, since I just talked to them, I might be able to get them on the phone again. Well, this time I was on hold for about 30 minutes or more. I decided to just pay for my humidifier and wait for the prescription to be done at the other store. As I was paying for the humidifier, the RSM store answered the phone, which totally annoyed the CVS cashier that was ringing me up ( Alberto). He said something snarky to my daughter, which I didn't hear and my daughter didn't understand. Look, I get it. It's hard to ring up someone while they are on the phone, but it took 30 minutes for them to answer, so I wasn't going to hang up, just to listen to Alberto ring me up. I asked the other store about my daughter's prescriptions which were processed but not filled yet. I told the female pharmacist to please put them on hold and I will have them filled at the Ladera store. She immediately put them on hold and the Ladera store filled them immediately after. Saved me a trip and a 30 minute wait. I'm thankful that Katreona told me to tell what to tell the other CVS and I'm thankful that the pharmacist at the RSM CVS was nice on the phone and immediately put my prescriptions on hold, so that Katreona could fill them. Stupid lady working the register wouldn't let my girlfriend buy booze because MY license was expired... We are 27 and 26 years old and I get that I can't buy liquor with an expired license, but what business does she have refusing to serve my girlfriend, simply because I'm present. I guess it would have been one thing if after looking at my expired license I was under age, but my license clearly says I'm of acceptable drinking age... I mean, would she refused to serve liquor to a 40 year old dad, just because he had his 10 year old son with him??? I get all my prescriptions filled here because it's close, but sometimes I wish there was a better one nearby. The service isn't very good. There are a select couple of people who are very helpful (one woman behind the pharmacy, and the other is the young woman in the cosmetics area). They others don't seem to have any sense of urgency, and there are a couple I cannot understand at all, and one man who is very creepy and I have to steer clear of. read more

OK, so we stop into CVS to pick up some stuff I get in line & I notice I don't have that stupid card at check out! We tried phone numbers but nothing brought up my card. So, I asked the guy can you please hold my stuff I'll run home & get it. He said sure no problem. Came back to the store to get my stuff & they put everything back! No sorry, no nothing, just "well you can go & pick all the stuff up again"! Normally it would be no problem, but I had a 20% off & this was the last day to use it. I just walked out! The drive they pharmacy is the worst. The employee Joey told me my medication was avaliable and that he has no record. After telling him repeatedly that it was here he just said sorry. Would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could! There is NO customer service here. It's usually an hour to get a prescription filled, even if I stop by on the way from a doctor feeling deathly sick and sit there and wait. If I call in a refill, they say it'll be ready later that day but when I go to pick it up they tell me there was a problem and they couldn't fill it. But did they think to call me so I didn't waste a trip? Of course not! There was an issue with a prior authorization and did they call my insurance to try to fix it? NO! I finally called the insurance and they said the pharmacy should have called to resolve it. I went there in the first place cuz they were open 24 hours and thought it'd be convenient but they're no longer open 24 hours. So...hasta la vista CVS! read more

Worst experience and unfortunately not the first time. Phone lines have been down for 2 says and they don't really care. The only option is for the doctor to send and e- script but nobody at the pharmacy has the email address. I asked what my options were and they just stared at me like a bunch of mindless zombies. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! if i could give them no stars i would. i have been waiting for a prescription for over a week now.... my doctor faxed 2 prescriptions to them on friday 7/21 and after not hearing anything from the pharmacy after a few days i called them asking if they received it and they hadn't. i called my doctor to verify again that they sent it and they said they did and to have the pharmacy call them to do it verbally. i called cvs and asked them to do it and they said that would. that day they i got notified that one of them was ready and when i went to pick it up they said they only got one prescription from my doctor. i asked if they could call them again on monday because i have been waiting for this prescription that is pretty urgent for me to get. i spoke with the pharmacist and she told me i was asking them to go "above and beyond" for me and they have a lot of calls that they have to make on monday and mine is going to the back to the line because they need to call on the urgent ones first. needless to say i will be calling my doctor on monday and have them send the prescription to another pharmacy because i have had way too many issues with cvs and will never go back here again. read more

If I could give the pharmacy portion of the store no stars, I would. Went here from my docs office after finding out I had bronchitis. He wanted me to start taking one of the meds right away. The gentleman pharmacist said he would push me ahead of others to get me going. I do have to say the young man at the counter was a gem, and tried to keep people from being annoyed. After 50 minutes of waiting, I chose to get in line, cause well, waiters shouldn't be waiting for an hour. When he went back to see why my cough medicine still was not ready, he found it buried under a bunch of baskets, placed it in front of the pharmacist, and waited for her to check it. I then heard her tell him, rather loudly, "it makes me nervous to have people hover over me!" She said this to him several times, as though he was daft. He then came back and said he was sorry, it takes a little longer for schedule 2 medication. At this point, I have had it with the excuses. I barked at him that I worked in pharmacy for 10 years of my life, and it doesn't take an hour to transfer liquid from one jug to another.
