She had no other people waiting for vaccines. She just kept taking phone calls. There is no actual waiting area so I kept walking back and forth the length of the pharmacy with my baby in the stroller since I had to stay close to hear my name. I was very disappointed that I had an appointment, showed up early and had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time when there were no other people waiting.

Like any organization, there may occasionally be employees who don't fully reflect the company's values, but that comes down to hiring and staffing--not the outstanding pharmacy team. I first asked a clerk at the self- checkout so I went to a regular checkout. The store set-up is a little different here too. The parking lot is a bit crazy - parking was a mess. Someone left a rascal right next to the car next to mine. So I didn't park very close. And someone was asking for money near the entrance.

I frequent this location because it is close to my work and I'm always on a hunt for great deals and steals on everyday necessities and grocery items. As a customer, I'd recommend coming here during late mornings or afternoon hours. I usually get A+ customer service during those hours. I find that the employees are much more patient and understanding and they're willing to work with you if there's a particular way you'd like a transaction to be done. If you're coming in the late afternoon/evening hours...not so much. There's been a couple occasions that I haven't felt valued as a customer and rushed. Luckily, I'm a bit more understanding in certain instances but regardless I'd still like to be treated pike a valuable customer. I've had a couple of instances where I've also had issues with their digital coupons not being accepted and having to do lots of back and forth between manager and sales associate. However, they have ALWAYS found a solution to all of my problems and concerns (whether it took 2 minutes or 30 minutes and whether I "bothered" them or not). (This part is based on Walgreens in general).If you're not already signed up to receive Walgreens rewards on your purchases then I'd 100% recommend signing up. You can accrue rewards to redeem on purchases always check your emails because their photo center always offers some great deals as well. They shouldn't be since I have insurance but my MD had put me on a medication that is apparently $1100 for a month at Walgreens with insurance but only $150 for a month at Costco Pharmacy with insurance and membership. Yes I do have Costco membership but between $150 and $1100, that is a huge difference and it makes me wonder if the people at the register are misinformed regarding the prices. It took me two different tries with two different people at the register. Same high price. So I tried Costco and I didn't have any problems. I prefer this Walgreens because the location is convenient but the price isn't worth it.

I saw the sign that a new pharmacy is now open and that they deliver. I went it, spoke to the pharmacist and the owner who was a very nice gentleman, very friendly and really accommodating. They transferred my prescription, got the authorizations needed, and delivered my medicine to my front door at a time most convenient to me. I have waited nearly 25 minutes just to be helped, only to be told they cannot find my medication after I was specifically notified that it was ready. There have been multiple occasions where I was told my prescription was ready, only to arrive and find out it wasn't actually available. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a major inconvenience in my life. Unfortunately, I rely on this pharmacy because it is the closest option available to me and I currently don't have reliable transportation to go elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this level of service when it comes to something as important as their medication. Management seriously needs to address the lack of communication, organization, and customer care happening here. If this is the standard of service, then major improvements need to be made immediately.
