I came into this pharmacy bc it was the closest one to me (on the same side of the road). I walked in for some medicine since I'm suffering from a cold. I got a consultation with the pharmacist to get the right stuff! (Quick and painless and even told me the aisle number) very efficient! The lady that was up at the front that cashed me out seemed so annoyed to be working. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 star. She wasn't friendly at all and was bothered that she had to check for a price. (She did have a long line and the only register open) other than that store was clean and quiet. ad some deals going on (I definitely took advantage of). read more

The staff inside the actual pharmacy, especially the pharmacist, is rude and disrespectful. They treat you like an addict even after you have just had major back surgery. My doctor called to refill my prescription and they refused MY DOCTOR because it was a day "too early". My doctor called me back and told me that she's never in her life been talked to and treated this way by a PHARMACIST. You are not god dude, how dare you deny people the medication they need. I even struggled with refilling birth control at this place! This pharmacist has a huge ego and should not be interacting with people at all. I switched to this pharmacy after 25 years as a Walgreens customer. At first it was good but it's gone downhill fast. My most recent issue: went to pick up Rx but was told by the employee they couldn't fill it "because you already filled it at another pharmacy". No, I didn't. "Yes, you did at....oh, here." Had to leave without my Rx and call Cigna to find out what was going on. Turns out THEY told Cigna they filled my Rx at the exact time my doctor submitted the Rx WHILE I WAS IN HIS OFFICE. Cigna rep had to call them to get them to void what THEY NEVER GAVE ME. That phone call cost me 30 minutes of my life while he switched back and forth between calls. So now I've been without my blood pressure meds for 2 days because its Christmas and they were closed. Now that I'm finally able to get back to pick them up the line is 5 cars deep and I have to wait another 30 minutes after ALREADY WAITING THE FIRST TIME. I just stopped at this location for one thing: batteries. I walked in and did a quick look around not seeing them. I ask the cashier where the batteries are. He responds, 'I don't know. It's only my first day here.' Even though this type of worker seems to be the norm with the younger generation, I stood there without saying a word. Then he offers to help me look. Ends up, they were on an end cap facing him. My question is: who is training these people? Do you just hire anyone who will take the job without bothering to show them around the store and letting them know how to be helpful? This store isn't even big. When stores keep closing and people wonder why people prefer to shop online, this is why. This is the location located on the northwest corner of Silverado Ranch Blvd. and Maryland Pkwy. This place is pricey! I went here the other night just to pick up a few items so I wouldn't have to deal with a Wal-Mart trip until my next off day. Wow! Shaving cream that is 1.09 at WalMart was 2.99 here! Thats just an example. Just about everything I looked at wasn't just a little bit more, but quite a bit more. The clerks are friendly enough, but seem to move like molasses if there are more than 2 people in a line. Almost seems unnecessarily slow. Unless it's a dire emergency and I just can't help, I just won't be back. Walgreens is a better option...or , if you have the time, just hit WalMart. read more

Made an online appointment for a flu shot at this location. I went to check in and the employee who helped me said that she couldn't find my online appointment. She laughed and said we only opened 30 minutes ago. She said the magic word that they were "OPEN". Tried to show her a screen shot of the appointment but she didn't want to even look. What's the point of making an online appointment if it doesn't work? How about some decent customer service so your customers return to CVS! read more

Wish there was an option for negative stars. I put in a refill request at 8am, call at 10am to make sure they received it, because the app is horrible. They assure me they got it and it will be ready to pickup when I get off work...which is 5pm. I show up at 5:30 and guess what? I'm told it's still in the process of being filled. When I bring up the fact that it was put over 8hrs ago, they always default to "well we're really busy, your going to have to wait another 45 minutes". This is the 4th time this has happened. Recently I had some issues with a prescription and every month I call and speak to Crystal who always helps me and gets it filled immediately on my refill day. She will always have it ready super fast and if there is ever any issues she will call my insurance and correct it. She's the best! read more

Came in on June 10th @ 6:11pm. Picked up 3 boxes of cereal & bag of candy. Total $7.68. Had a $5 & $2 extra care reward on my account. I got in line after finding what I needed. At the time I got in line there was asian Lady already checking out and another gentleman in front of me waiting to checkout. The Asian lady had coupons which took 15 minutes to ring. Finally 25 minutes later the Asian lady was done and the gentleman was just about to checkout then the Asian lady stopped the cashier (African American) and said my coupon didn't print. The cashier said there's nothing I can do. Now there's a line of 20 people and this Asian lady kept saying can you reprint. The cashier said unfortunately I can not. You will have to come back tomorrow to see a Manager. Finally the gentleman was done checking out and the Asian lady asked for his receipt which I could tell the dude was annoyed and said here. Now it was my turn to checkout. The cashier (African American lady) scanned my items and my rewards card. Then told me my total $7.68, I told her I had $5 extra care cash as well as $2 extra care cash on the account I want to redeem. The cashier said I don't see any coupon. Total is $7.68. Keep in mind the plexiglass between us said she was in training. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied and said no managers are here. While I stood there she gets on the intercom for additional cashiers as now the line is 35 people long. While I stood their arguing a heavy women comes behind the counter to help with a line. This lady had a badge on that said Manager with her name. I told her I had 2 extra care coupons on my account I want to use and even showed proof on my phone. The heavy lady said no manager on duty. I then asked the African American lady if she could redo the entire transaction. You would think I asked a 90 year old a question as she was confused what I wanted her todo. The Lady then told me I can pay $7.68 and come back tomorrow when a manager is on duty to get my refund and use the extra care cash. I told her I didn't want to pay as I have free cash from cvs as you can see on my phone. She said well sorry I can't help. My computer usually generates it automatically. Finally I walked out after 10 minutes of just arguing with the African American who refused to redo the transaction. If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand this lady is in training, I feel for her. But to have her by herself with no real manager on duty is unacceptable. I will not return to this CVS ever again. read more

This is where I get all my prescriptions filled. They do get busy and I've had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes a few times. I try to go when I don't think they'll be too busy so usually after 8 pm. The pharmacy staff is always nice. They do have a drive-thru which I've never used and I've always wondered if going though the drive-thru would be faster than going inside and waiting in line. I honestly don't buy any of my toiletry items from here as I think their prices are higher than Walmart. read more

Giving the photo center as little amount of stars as possible. We went in like a week ago to print photos and they came out shitty. Quentyn saw how crappy they were and offered to slash the price in half. He told us to upload the photos through the online system and then come pick them up. Today we did that and a lot of the photos came out worse than they did the first time. Photos from a canon rebel t6 were grainy and not sized correctly. Very disappointed. read more

This is a run-of-the-mill CVS. It's not pretty or new. There's nothing exceptional about it. But the staff are always friendly and nice. There's rarely a checkout line, and if there is, it moves quickly. They've never been out of stock of anything either. The layout of the store and what category items are under is a rather confusing here, though. i swear I hunted for a lint roller for like 15 minutes. And then spent another 10 minutes hunting for q-tips. Which is also evidence of how under-staffed this location can feel sometimes too. Staff are pretty much only at the register. But they've got most everything you could want from a CVS. So it's a-ok. read more

They tried to charge me over $1000 for 30 pills of viagra. I did my research and Smith's Pharmacy charged me $22 for the same prescription. When I told the cvs pharmacist this, he just rolled his eyes. I will never patronize this location again, or cvs in general. Ripoff artist company. read more

Refills are automatic, drive thru easy and accessible. Customer service is always A+ They are kind, helpful and are knowledgeable of all the meds my son takes. I am giving a solid 1 star not because I can't give no stars. This is strictly with regards to the actual pharmacy as I don't deal with the store because I only go there when I have to pick up prescriptions. The pharmacy seems to be a revolving door of poorly trained perhaps or just lazy employees I am not sure. All I do know is that they either don't know how to do their jobs properly or don't care to do them properly. The unnecessary errors that I have had to deal with over the years such as being given the wrong item or not being called when there has been an insurance issue are not life threatening. It does give concerns with if they make errors with these simple things what do they do for customers that might not be as knowledgeable about what they should be picking up?! They are dealing with peoples medication most of the time this medication is necessary for people to survive. They're ignorantly messing with peoples actual lives don't they get that?! I would on the reverse side love to praise Nicole for her help and for seeing through the issue to the end and getting it fixed. Please train the young man that was at the window further. He told me the wrong thing 3 times before Nicole stepped in and assisted. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for a while and I have had to start counting my pills as soon as I pick them up. Once I was short 30 pills! Another time I was short 11. This time I was only short one, so I guess that's improvement. read more

Undoubtedly the worst pharmacy! My husband and I get our meds here and they're inefficient and incompetent at their jobs! 3 times they shorted my husband on his Rx and today was the last straw. Usually we are able to pick up our meds at least 5 days before we run out and because they short his meds, they told us it's too early for pick up. I told them that it's because you short him a weeks worth, they disgreed. They told me they would give him 2 pills to last him a day because the refill can be picked up tmrw. After waiting 20 mins in the drive thru, they told me that I had to circle around again to get the 2 pills - Seriously?! Switching pharmacies! read more

The Asian lady handling billing is rude..they wouldn't bill my husband's insurance wanted me to pay over 300 bucks a month and get reiumbursed. There was a sale on some things that I needed to purchase and with purchase, comes extra care bucks. It didn't register and I brought this up to the manager. And he didnt understand why it didnt ring up. Overall, the manager (sorry, I forgot your name) and the customer service representative (Lee) were both very pleasant to deal with and got me the things I needed. If I could give no stars I would!! The customer service in the pharmacy here is horrible. The give time estimates them tell you to come back two hours later when you show up at the time they originally quoted you! The staff is rude and not empathetic towards their fellow human beings. Not to mention their new policy not allowing me to use a discount card because I don't have insurance (even though I have been using it for months! My rx is normally $280 and the discount card brings it down to $130... I fill my rx every month... It's very expensive even with the discount card.. But still doable). The one time I decide to try out CVS and I'm reminded why I don't go there in the first place. Dirty store, rude manager who laughed sarcastically when I asked for a passport photo. Claimed the photo printer had "erased the passport photo app" and only the other photo printer had the app but that that photo printer was down. Poor customer service. read more
