Not sure about the Hours of operation. There were a few other customers. We were just looking. But hubby did get an ice cream the last night we were there.

It was a great place to run in and get some snacks, and some water/pop, at an affordable price and they had everything. You could get sunglasses, wine, liquor, clothing, jewelry and just about anything you could imagine. Service was friendly. They watch for thieves like a hawks too. Some great people watching. The ambience it's hard to explain kind of like a thrift store gas station meets old school Las Vegas. This is one of my favorite places in the hotel. I recommend going there for anything you need outside of the traditional restaurants and gambling.

Unlike other pharmacies where you might wait forever, the lines here move quickly thanks to their efficient and caring team. The pharmacy technicians are truly wonderful, fast, greeting, and always polite. Even when you can tell they've had a long day, they still serve everyone with a smile and genuine kindness. Their dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Today was a perfect example of their outstanding service. My doctor sent a last-minute allergy prescription to the Southern Highlands location, instead of Silverado Ranch. The technician who answered offered to transfer it to their location, even though it would take a bit longer than if I just went to Southern Highlands. I asked her to go ahead, and within 15 minutes, I received a text that my prescription was ready! Special thanks to Taylor, the technician who handled my call and got everything ready so quickly. Her efficiency meant I could take my medication and get to work without missing a day. That kind of service makes a real difference. I've had consistently positive experiences here, only one staff member over time seemed less enthusiastic about customer interaction, but everyone else more than makes up for it. Rewards card was not allowed at this location, as it voided my transaction when I tried using, although it did allow for member rewards to be used. There was a few sketchy people hanging around, not sure if that is normal for this location.
