This Terrible's car wash is ridiculous!!! This is the 3rd time now I have come and they have no dry towels to dry your vehicle. Why have a car wash with no towels to dry your vehicle. Not to mention when I ask the clerk behind the counter is rude and say we don't carry them anymore, seriously!!! So we pay for a deluxe car wash. And we don't get towels to dry. Nice! Then on top of it they have these hanging vacuums that have no air coming out. Some don't even have holes connected to them. Every time I come they have more and more missing. Came in to buy a pack of Black N Mild on 7/17/25 at 10pm with my passport and Paul denied me service because it was a mexican passport and not a driver's license. l couldn't find my drivers license so I had to use my passport as proof that im 41 years old. Never in my life have I ever heard that or have been denied service because i used a passport instead of a driver's license, specially in Las Vegas , a tourist town. He said with an attitude, quote "since I cant scan your passport , I cant sell it to you". Which is totally a lie and more than anything gave racist vibes. Ive been coming to that chevron for over 5 years and never experienced that, since I live in the area. I was just there yesterday buying some beer and the other guy that has a disability looked at my passport and manually input my birthday like they do at every other gas station. Paul acted like the scanner is the only way he can verify age. I went across the street to Circle K and they had no problem accepting my passport, like any gas station. I even asked the clerk at Circle K, if he has ever heard that and he laughed and said no thats ridiculous. Terrible. Came here again to use my monthly car wash (platinum full service). Upon pulling in there was already 4 cars ahead of me. So I waited for 25 minutes till finally was helped by a young lady that scanned my phone for the monthly and asked me if I wanted to use the machine or just hand wash. I said The machine please. She said okay and walked to the 6 other cars behind me. Finally after 15 minutes she hands me my receipt & air freshener and told me to pull around to the tunnel. I do as I am said. Everything went fine till I was guided to the detail area. While 2 employees work on a f150. My car sat for literally 35 minutes till it was worked on. Keep in mind I pull in @ 8:22 and didn't leave till 9:55. I couldn't believe it. I asked one of the detail kids for a manager and they point to a guy in a grey shirt. I tell him what's up and he just tells me he will look into the issue. I don't think I'll return to this location until they hire more staff as they have now hiring signs throughout the property. It's a shame as I gave this place 5 stars a few weeks ago and after today visit. I don't think I'll return ever again read more

OK - here's what's great about this place... I drove from LA to Vegas to meet family for a mini-vaca. We have this THING in our family about cars always being clean... I would say it's actually a little nutty honestly. So as I'm driving into Vegas, I'm worrying on how I'm going to find a car wash. And then I take an exit - just a few miles from the strip - and find this little bit of heaven in the form of a full-service car wash/gas station/market. Score! This is not one of those "DIY" car washes or a generic automated wash system. There are actual people cleaning and vacuuming the interior of your car. And the price for a full-service wash was beyond reasonable. There's even a little patio area where you can sit and return phone calls or enjoy a snack while your car is being tended to. The only downside for me - it's one of those car washes that require you to drive onto the tracks and - look, I just cannot do that. I have a car with a large front end and trying to maneuver onto these narrow tracks is not something I do easily - it's like asking me to back into a parking space... not going to happen. BUT I was able to convince one of the friendly guys working there to do it for me - and of course, I tipped generously for the extra service! This will probably become a regular stop on my Vegas itineary. read more

This is my favorite Chevron gas station in town. It's located right off the freeway exit at Cactus, making it super convenient for filling up my tank close to home. Since it's located in a safer part of town, I don't feel like my car is going to get stolen or that a creepy guy is going to start talking to me. Whenever I stop, it's never crowded and I've never had to wait for a pump. It's easy to maneuver your car around the lot if you so happen to get stuck in one of those middle pumps. The ground is clean, and by that I mean that there aren't gas spills with all that kitty litter looking stuff everywhere. The convenient store is stocked well and the employees are friendly enough. They also have a car wash service with employees towel drying your car for an extra fee. I can't say much about the restroom since I try to avoid public restrooms all together. Today I went in to grab a "rockstar" there's a sign that says 2/3$ and I decided to get 1 instead of paying for 2. Sherry is extremely rude, every time my husband goes inside to pay for gas and a car wash and use his monthly car wash membership discount she gives him an attitude. Today was the worst though, he asked to pay cash for gas, use the $.15/gallon discount and get a car wash and she couldn't get it rung up so she said I guess you're not able to use it today. He asked someone else for assistance that knew what they were doing and they rang it up no problem. Stingiest Car Wash in All of Vegas !!! I purchased the unlimited monthly wash plan. They claim it comes with a free car scent ornament with every wash. I politely asked them if they would give me an extra one for this wash. They usually forget to give them most of the time. I was met with hostility and they refused to give more than one per wash. The girl katya wasn't even working at the front at the time had to keep circling around to get someone's attention. She was very inknowledgeable when I asked her if there was other locations. Also unaccomodating when asking for an additional car scent. I then talked to the manager on duty I was very displeased. Its typical and customary to tip the people after they wash the car instead of tipping the usual $5 everytime I was forced to pay $1.50 for the additional car scent. She then told me that they get them in boxes of 72 for $30 ...it equals to a whopping 41 cents per unit !!! To disatisfy a customer over mere change is ridiculous... they would make more money with a happy customer that tips. I was tempted to exercise my unlimited wash agreement and drive through multiple times so they would be forced to give me the extra car scent requested. Lol. Overall they do a very shotty job if you have the unlimited and it's not worth the aggravation of dealing with rude and ignorant attendants. DONT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. read more

I live right down the road from this Chevron so I was excited for it to open as a matter of convenience. However based off of my last experience there I will never be returning during daytime hours. I pulled up to get gas and was immediately approached by one of the car wash attendants. He tried to sell me on a car wash and I politely said no. He kept going, and I kept telling him no I didn't want a carwash, and again the carwash attendant kept pressing the matter. I shouldn't need to say no more than once for someone to back off, especially when it's lunch time during a workday. I just want to get my gas in peace. Don't know what happened but this time I'm waiting to have my car finished detailed and the guys doing that we're too busy staring and chatting with a group of chatty Kathy's and ignoring the other cars in line. I waited nearly 30 mins before anyone got to my car and I was only 1 of 3 vehicles there. 1 star for the service and another for the availability of things you need in the store. Just left after getting a detail and had to stop in the way home to vacuum my car because they didn't vacuum the passenger side at all, nor the entire floor in the back, and they just skipped the third row all together. I let my monthly unlimited car wash at Terribles expire to try this place since it's closer to my house. After 3 washes I think I made the wrong decision and will be going back to Terribles down the street. I don't know why it takes so long to check in and get the wash started. It seems the same employee does both which doesn't make much sense cause there's always 5 or 6 red shirts that walk by doing a whole lot of nothing as the vehicle line backs up. read more

Pulled up to the booth, looked like none was in there, 30 seconds later, some guy walked out the booth, the guy in red shirt didn't try to get me going for the wash, he went back to the booth and served another customer, then came back to me said I will have you pull over to the side, and think about what kind of wash you want to do without give me any paper to even look at what's there to offer. I parked in a spot next to the wash, the guy never came, I drove around to the booth again, he was standing there. I told him very clear, I just need a wash for inside and outside, my usual go to place is too packed today because it rained yesterday, and I had to be at somewhere at certain time, I just need a wash, so don't try to sell me anything else. He wasn't happy about my choice. I went to the tunnel, realized the dude is doing pre wash was the same guy who was at the booth. Wash was done, pulled up to the vacuum, this one kid has to wipe down 3 cars all by himself. That kid didn't touch my car for a good of 10 minutes, then he was working on it. I saw the way he was wiping down the car, I knew this was going to be a good one. My car was already dried by sun. In my head, I'm like let's see how good of a job he does inside. It wasn't a surprise that kid didn't do jack sh*t in my car. Owner of this car wash need to fire all those people and find people who knows how to wash cars. $15 lesson learned. Stay away from this car wash unless you like to overpay for a horrible job. $28 for a 5 minute wipe down, leaving behind water spots and glossy interior that left behind stains. When approached about the horrible job the guy shrugged his shoulders and said "some cars shine more than others". I love this new Chevron Pit Stop! I only use Chevron top tier gas so to have one right at the entrance/exit of Cactus is extremely convenient. Gas prices are more than fair and their mini mart has all the selection you could expect from a gas station. My favorite part about it though is the Pit Stop car wash, for less than $15 I get a full detail, inside and out. At first it's what seems to be a normal gas station drive thru car wash but they finish off the rest with a hand dry (and wax if you choose to upgrade) and interior vacuum, wipe down of the console, cup holders, etc. They even use ammonia free glass cleaner on the inside of windows and windshield (perfect for tinted vehicles) The attendants are very thorough and courteous, and if there is a long line while you're getting gas, you have the option to come back within 48 hours with the same code. They also give you a 48 hour "in case it rains" free wash. All in all, I'm very happy with this Pit Stop. read more

This is a review for the car wash only. Last night I decided to get my car washed. Since this place was on the way home I decided to give it a try. I pull up to the booth and there's nobody in there. I waited quite a while for the attendant to return. All I wanted was the basic car wash, but there are two types of basic. One is just the outside, the other includes some interior work. The problem is that both of these washes have the same name. So that caused some confusion since I had no desire for any interior work so I purchased the exterior wash only. I was then directed to pull up to the entrance. Nobody's there. Turns out the booth attendant is the only person there and she also activates the car wash and does the initial scrub. That explains why it took so long to wait on my at the booth. The wash itself is OK. On exiting one heads to a bunch of racks where attendants do detailing and interior work. There were A LOT of employees there. It would have been nice/smart for this company to have one or two at the entrance and not just at the end. I went around them since I hadn't paid for anything extra. Was it a good wash? Sure. Will I be back? No. There was no good reason for that wait up front. read more

My wife had her car washed there this week and right after, noticed multiple scratches on the trunk. The car is virtually new and my wife is meticulous about keeping the car in perfect shape and knows every inch of this car. So, when she met with the manager and he denied that they caused the scratches, she was livid. They would not even consider the possibility that they had anything to with it and offered nothing to compensate her for the damage. This company is part of a large chain of gas stations and convenience stores, so i know they have adequate insurance to cover incidents like this. The fact that they didnt step up, acknowledge their responsibility and essentially accused my wife of lying is despicable and indicative of the character of the management of this operation. Needless to say, we will never come here again and i urge other people to find other places to take their car to get it washed. read more

No issue with the drive through car wash. Paid for the Ultra. Had two teens accomplish the towel dry in which it took them less than 1 minute including the tire shine (no exaggeration here). I asked if they wiped down the front and back of the vehicle (knowing that they didn't)--smart ass teen says "yeah" in condescending tone with his hand reached out for a tip. Went home and immediately noticed their poor work. My bad for not getting out of the car and pointing out their poor workmanship. Will never use this car wash again. read more
