I would give this zero if I could. I am forced to go as it is what my insurance requires. Often, I have gone during OPEN BUS HOURS and the pharm is closed. You cannot go through the drive through window because COVID test only, but then they won't send certain meds through the tube, so you have to go inside. They put up hand written signs that look worse than any signs scrawled by any meth head on the side of the road to let you know if they are open, closed, restricting the drive through etc. yesterday there was a sign that could have been created by one of those "animal made art" projects! It informed customers the drive through was out of order. But wait - the window also didn't work? Not just the tube lane? YOU LIE! I went inside and waited in line. I had already had to call my doc three times as they kept leaving one off. (NEVER HAPPENED AT WALLGREENS) I got to the counter and sure enough. They did not have all of the scripts my doc sent. Excuses. the credit card reader had a small scribbles sign about it being out of order. Some retail marketing material that also had garbage stuffed in it was overflowing. What a pig sty! If I had any other choice I would never go there but aaarrrgggh insurance! This is a nice area of town and I am instantly transported to a third world hell in this place! read more

I have been at this CVS for years and the service has its ups and downs. I can tell you same has happened to me for most of the complaints from prior, except discrimination, they do it to everyone. I am ask about personal information as to inquire whether I'm worthy of the medication or not. The pharmacist even second guessing my primary MD. Not whether my insurance will cover it or if there are adverse reactions. My last straw was the wait time on hold to fix their mistakes took 1 hour before I gave up. Not custom friendly! read more

By far the worst pharmacy in town. It has been three weeks and they still have not filled my prescription. The technician told me my Dr clearly doesn't know how to fill out a prescription. Good luck trying to call. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally just hung up. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Idk why this place has so many low reviews it is a really solid cvs n i have been going here for years... the pharmacy staff is super sweet and even if there is some miscommunication( and honestly its rare there ever is) at times and maybe a little wait, I think that honestly happens at a lot of pharmacys? at least in my experience. I really appreciate also how good this location has been about covid I witnessed a rude customer refusing to wear his mask correctly and the employee handled it so professionally. Do not come to this location unless you want to waste a trip! I was here and the person running it decided to leave early, or so I thought. After asking the people who worked here if the Minute Clinic was still up and running (meaning a viable location), they said yes, and walked me over there again to check to see where she was. She had even posted closed signs on the doors (next to the signs with the operating hours), while they were still open. In the midst of the confusion, she magically appears as she is walking out with her stuff. She just didn't want to work the rest of her shift and was apparently laying low until it was the actual closing time. Mind you, I was there knocking on the door and asking around for help, messing with the iPads, and calling out for help for awhile. I got the impression from the people that work here that this is normal for her to leave or quit early. Their operating hours mean nothing. She had nothing to say for herself, not a word. read more

I'd give a zero if I could. Wife gets surgery and the prescriptions where called in by the PA the day prior so she has them due to the pain after and air the machine pumps into her cavity during surgery. I go to pick them up and get 1 Just for nausea the other 2 they don't have for me yet. it's been 3 days of trying to get them. She's been in pain and they put a hold on the medication, I have a digital script breakdown from the PA also and I asked what do people do after surgery's when they need their prescriptions and they said I don't know. They have the medicine and now are saying I have to wait 3 more hours to get them. I live 4 hours away and stayed 30 miles away waiting to get these meds for my wife. She's in so much pain and they don't care to make it right or rush to make it right. Slow and terrible service! Crazy when a large corporate like CVS isn't following the CDC and the president with mask laws either. Walked in to a Face diaper mask Nazi. Caught us off guard, thought we where getting kicked out. Now days it's just nice to walk into a welcoming Hello or welcome. The whole experience was crazy. I just want my wife's medication so I can go back and help her. For now I have to wait so they can take there time. read more

Worst worst pharmacy ever. every time when we get here to pick up the prescriptions, they always have problem. They said the doctor sent them prescription wrong and I had to call them back and forth and they never answer the phone unlike other pharmacy. They put me on hold for 20min and hang up after 2 times. We had to drive to the pharmacy again to ask what is going on.. the lady name Kaylin gave us attitude and saying she is still doing her job but it just doctors they don't communicate with them.. I called the doctor again and then they sent the prescription back, they still say that is wrong. it is so frustrating when your baby is sick and they dont really want to help. I dont understand why always this pharmacy having trouble everytime we send prescriptions over here. Also can you just apologize first instead of giving that look. read more

I should have known better than to come back here. Previously the minute clinic misdiagnosed my kid and because of their incompetence she ended up in the hospital. They diagnosed her with the flu but never bothered to check her urine and she actually had a really bad UTI. Now they won't give my 16 yr old kid a covid vaccine because she doesn't have her ID. There are a lot of people who don't have ID'S including many teenagers. CVS has our insurance information which displays her birth date in their computer! It's not that damn difficult to figure out but instead the idiot manager stood there asking us how our day was going. Stupid, it would go better if you'd look in your records and vaccinate my kid! So don't tell me you're here for our covid needs when you're too stupid to figure out a damn birth date. read more

Wow, I never thought I'd have such negative things to say about CVS. This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever used in my entire life. The pharmacy is incredibly slow and don't seem to comprehend basic things. I've called and told them in person several times that I no longer take a certain prescription, and I continue to recieve daily automated called asking it I need a refill. I've literally had to block their number. There just doesn't seem to be enough pharmacy workers to meet the demands for the amount of people who go there daily. And there's one employee who will talk to you for 10 minutes straight if you happen to walk past them. I went in for Midol once, and he approached me and gave me his opinion about PMS drugs for a solid 10 minutes. He doesn't even get a period, I do NOT want to hear his opinion. Especially considering I didn't ask for help, and when he approached me I told him I was finding everything perfectly fine. It makes me never want to go in there because a 2 minute trip to grap something quick turns into listening to one employee talk at you for way too long. I hate to say it, but I'm having to switch to Walgreens. read more

They said I didn't need an appointment just like the door says when I walked in but after waiting for the tech to get back from lunch to give a vaccine, we had to wait another 10 mins bc they said we did need an appointment. We caught the tech coming back from lunch and she rolled her eyes at us bc we didn't know the difference between the pharmacy price and clinic price. So rude. Frustrating. Annoying. read more

Today he went above and beyond by updating my Extra care Card info so I can receive all the coupons and save! I was waiting in line to pay and saw the security woman staring at me from across the store. I paid for my items at the register and hurry up and left to get to my crying baby in the car. For some reason this woman had the nerve to follow me to my car and walk all the way up to my window to look inside and see who was driving. I was very offended. I would never recommend this location. Do yourself a favor and go up an extra block to another location. If you like to be talked to in a vindictive tone by the store manager, Lan, then absolutely this is your place. I've witnessed her treat her employees in such an inhumane way, in front of customers, then switch back to a fake tone. I've witnessed her talk over customers ahead of me in a rude vindictive way, like she's too good to do her "manager" position simply because she is not nice at all. I myself am a pharmacist for another CVS location, and apparently this is how she treats people, employees and customers-- is what i've been told by numerous of people in the company. I had an item stock inquiry, that I had kindly asked her about, and sure enough, it was such a problem for her to deal with another human, of course she wouldn't know i'm a pharmacist elsewhere, but I definitely was not surprised how she handles her customers. This was my first and will be my last time going to this CVS minute clinic. I had gone in to talk to an NP regarding a prescription I needed. At first, she greeted me decently and told me to sit in the gray chair. But as we started talking about the reason I came and the situation I was in at the CVS closer to me she all of a sudden became very rude and threw lots of attitude. When I had to answer personal questions, she kept responding with "Oh Lord" and "Jesus Christ" in a very judgmental tone. It was as if the things I told her should be a sin or something. She then proceeded to raise her voice in a condescending tone and said, "You're an ADULT, you should know what to do!" This is not something you should say to a patient. So, it seems to me that she likes to treat the younger generation like 10 year old kids who don't know any better. What was even funnier was how nice she became towards the end of my appointment because she knew that her immature behavior was unacceptable. Note that she did not even apologize for how incredibly rude she was. I am still very surprised at how she even got her license to become an NP. read more

Awful Pharmacist! Been with this pharmacy for over 10 years just because it's conveniently close to my house. I read other reviews were a few had the same experience almost similar to mine were the asian pharmacist was talking me out of getting the pain meds the doctor prescribed for my daughter after an oral surgery for impacted wisdom teeth. At first the PA said they were out of the meds and will check with the Pharmacist. So the pharmacist came back saying that the meds should not have been prescribed for my daughter anyway and that she can call the doctor's office to ask if they could replace it with something else, when i said "ok, go ahead and call them", she said not right now, I'm busy. Mind you, I was the only customer at the time. Smh. Switched to another Pharmacy down the street, problem solved! read more

This location at South Durango is HORRIBLE!!! You can't speak to anyone in the pharmacy without a 30 minute hold, they're so rude and the people who work there seem very unhappy. This location has been my pharmacy for so long and I will NEVER go back again!!! Get your customer service back or you'll lose alot more business!!! I came here Tuesday August 13th to buy syringes and the pharmacy manager named Phi asking me a lot of questions. I explained to her that I'm gonna use it to drain the fluid out of my blister on my hand. I even showed her my blister. It was my first time buying syringes so I was telling her that I just needed a small size 30 gauge syringe. But she left and went to this room across the counter and came back and telling me they can't help me with my need and that I need to see the doctor. So I left cause I felt discriminated but, when I got to my car I realized that I forgot to get the pharmacist name to file a complaint. So I went back to get her name and she gave me attitude and told me "I'm with a customer wait over there" (she pointing at the isle). Minutes later she moved to the next counter and I walked up to her and I asked her if I can get her name so I can file a complaint and she started talking nice to me. SMH.. after I got her name I left and went to Walgreens across the street and same thing I explained to the CVS and they're very helpful and sold me the syringe I needed and came out of Walgreens in less than 5 minutes. I'll never go back to this CVS place while this judgmental racist Asian woman still works there. Here in the state of Nevada is legal to buy syringe from any pharmacies without a doctors prescription and that's singed by the governor. read more
