The pharmacy is absolutley terrible!!! My daughters meds were supposed to be ready 04/24/26, then 04/27/26 then possibly 04/28/26 but they cant tell me for sure. The meds are not optional, she needs them daily and being without for days with no answer as to when they come in is NOT acceptable. I asked the order to be tranferred to another location that has the meds in stock, due to the type of meds we have to consult the doctor and have the prescription sent to another location costing us more time and money. If you need apharmacy go anywhere but here, this is not the first time we have had an issue! read more

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The manager in the picture was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I needed emergency medication for my husband's high blood pressure. Not only did they send the request to the wrong doctor, and that was the reason behind the reason we couldn't get the prescription, but when I asked for an exception due to the urgency of the situation, the pharmacist flat-out refused and displayed a complete lack of empathy. Despite explaining the life-threatening nature of the prescription, they showed no concern whatsoever. This manager's indifference not only added to the frustration but also left a bad taste of the overall experience. Worst customer service. Being someone who works in customer service and having to be resourceful to my guest this is one of the worst experiences I have had. First experience here and last to say the least. First in foremost, where's your professionalism? You should come dressed accordingly to work. Wearing a hoodie that does not display any regards to being an employee. She does not know how to offer any help/resources for guest. I came earlier in the day to pick up my meds and she let me know one is on back order. She states they sent a request to my doctor and I informed her my script was from the ER. I asked her generally how long do they take to respond and she said I don't know you need to call them. I did all of that and my discharge nurse let me know that the doctor that sent it off had to be on staff and she said usually they know to transfer the script to another location being that they are an ER that's a little harder to get done and can take a lot longer. I showed back up to cvs before closing time and the lady was rude and and kept informing me we close in 5, that she couldn't help me and I let her know that with all the information I provided earlier why couldn't you have helped me by giving me better advise. I stated to her that I let her know it was from the ER with her experience you should have a better idea or give better suggestions. It is your job to provide the customer service not to send me on a hunt for meds when I'm sick and need them. I asked her if there's any other location around and she said no right away. At this point I don't think she cared to help. I get it you may be lazy or don't care but this is your job pick another if you aren't happy or don't care to help your customers. All she had was attitude with each question I asked. I was just trying to see what I could do to get my prescription. Of course I will answer back snarky and with attitude if you give it first. Then you act like it's the customer but what you give the customer will reciprocate back. If you were more helpful and understanding and tried helping then people would be more appreciative. I understand there are things that are out of our control but the way you present yourself is what gives off that customer service no matter the circumstances. The manager puts her own rules on this place and refuses to sell medical supplies unless you give her every piece of sensitive personal information. They literally called me a drug user/addict??? I asked for needles, got asked why I need them? I said I don't need to tell you???? Prior to having Pritik help me I probably would have given this place a pretty negative review. I was struggling with my insurance to get a medication covered so I finally decided to self pay and it is quite an expensive medication. I went to pick it up and looked at the expiration date and found out this expensive medication was going to expire in a few months, which got me really frustrated. Pritik was so helpful and kind and ordered a new one for me with a more appropriate expiration date. I truly appreciate his assistance. I give this CVS 0 Stars. I have ordered prescriptions a week in advance and not gotten them EVER on time. This has been for 4 years. My child has had prescriptions called in from her pediatrician and they never have what she needs on stock. She has gotten croup 2 times in the past year which is normal, and the pharmacy calls giving us a courtesy call--saying we need to contact the pediatrician for the medication, it could take 4 days. I literally have it sent next door to the Flower Mound CVS and have never had an issue. Quite literally fire everyone in management at this location. Also if you want to skip the 30 minute drive through line, you will also wait 30 minutes inside. I have lived here for 4 years and not seen a change. It was just all right. Didn't have what I was looking for and the aisles are somewhat miss matched or unlabeled so it took a while to make sure. It's just a drug store so shouldn't have expected that extensive of a snack section so there is no need to give a negative review but nothing popped out to me as wonderful. Unfriendly, cold, uncaring pharmacy. Total lack of basic customer service. No greeting, no "one moment, please" or update to your order. Went through the drive through window for pick-up and the pharmacist assistant told us how much we owed, walked off, and started organizing prescriptions in bins. I had to ring the call button to find out what was going on. Without an apology she said the pharmacist needed a few more minutes and to circle the building again. That's it. I changed my prescriptions from this store except one. CVS is the only one that my insurance will allow to fill it. If I call, I am on hold for at least 20/30 minutes. They are all extremely rude and act like they hate their jobs. If I didn't have to have my one prescription filled here, I wouldn't. Sams is so much better. read more

Whether you go inside or go through the drive thru, you will be waiting a lifetime. They are soooooo slow! Incredibly slow. It's so frustrating because there will be 4 pharmacists/techs behind the counter and it seems like there's one person. The drive thru is worse. Slow. You can't hear the pharmacist. Absolutely horrible experience here just trying to get photos reprinted. In the "hour" prints that they advertise I ordered 10 at 7:13 pm. The following day at 2 I got 4 prints - out of the 10 I ordered. The shift supervisor- Mike Mills - tried to physically force me out of the store and only stopped because I told him if he touched me I would sue him for assault. I have contacted CVS headquarters who were appalled at his behavior but, in the words of Mr. Mills, "you need to find another store to meet your needs." read more

I have gone to this CVS for years and last night was not the experience I usually have. I came in to get my prescription filled and it should have been ready I gave them a good 3 hours to fill it. When I asked for it the girl acted like they did not have it and I was out of luck. I have been trying to get this medication for 2 weeks and it was the pharmacy fault they didn't see the medication on the form. It had 2 medications on one and they filled the first one and missed the second one. They finally found the sheet it was setting right on the drop off girls keyboard. She told me it would be just 10 minutes so I waited and waited and over 20 min. later I walked up to check on the medication and it was ready and no one called me up to get it. I know they were busy but they just did not care. I usually have a great experience at this CVS but not yesterday. read more

Do not go here if you need something that requires employees providing a service other than that of scanning your items you want to buy at check out. Everything else is simply too much for them to manage. If you have to do photo, passport services, or anything else, definitely go elsewhere if you wish to have them done in a timely manner, or even to have your presence acknowledged in a timely manner. TERRIBLE. i'm visiting from out of town and left my anti depressants home on accident. i called this cvs to refill but i asked them to fax it over to my doctor to authorize a refill since i knew there weren't anymore available. on Thursday, they told me they would fax it over and give me a call when it's authorized. Friday comes and i hear nothing, i go in and they tell me he still hasn't authorized it. Well now it's the weekend and my doctors office is closed. It's now monday, i asked my doctor if they had sent him anything and he told me no. So twice, i've been lied to- told that my prescription had been faxed to my doctor to authorize- but it never was. Do you know how bad it is to mess with people's medications? I'm going through withdrawal after being off my meds for SIX days. imagine if this happened to somebody else and they killed them selves because the withdrawals were so bad and you guys didn't even care enough to make sure you faxed it over to be authorized. Drive thru pharmacy. I love that I can drive through and pick up my meds. The service is usually quick.

We recently moved off 407 and I really like my new CVS. The only time I've had a problem was last week when I tried to refill medication, but honestly that happens at all CVS locations-- for some reason it always takes 7-10 days for my doctors office and cvs to sync up so I can finally get my medication, causing me to call both parties daily until they refill it. The front store staff is very nice and helpful and I enjoy chatting with the staff. read more

I picked up my daughter's prescription and when I got home I opened it and pulled out a pill. She looked at it and said, "Daddy, that's the wrong color." I realized she was right and looked at the bottle. It was the right medicine but 20mg instead of 5mg. I took it back and said I needed to exchanged it and got attitude about exchanges. I explained it was the wrong dosage and after getting them to bring up the prescription on the computer they admitted their mistake and exchanged it for the correct prescription, but still at no point did they apologize. read more

I came here a few nights ago, trying to find a specific product. I asked the worker at the register if he knew whether or not CVS carried it. He looked it up on the computer and didn't find it. But he still looked in a couple different aisles in the store. I was very impressed by his care and concern. The new Pharmacist has been there for a while now and has yet to bother to change their hours posted to the actual hours of operation! This is highly annoying when you have sick kids or are trying to get your errands done! Apparently Monday's it's 10am not 9am that they open the pharmacy. Terrible! Do not go here. I have tried to use this pharmacy numerous times. My prescription is ALWAYS messed up.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. We only use this one because of proximity to the house. We used to go to the one on Corporate and bus.121, and never had an issue. This CVS has never once gotten our prescriptions correct or without some type of problem. After a surgery they denied my painkillers saying insurance wouldn't pay. I called Aetna and they said the pharmacy was trying to fill narcotics for my 6 month old....not the same name by the way. The also argued with me at the counter saying they didn't take my insurance when we have been using CVS forever, and my insurance card has a CVS logo on it for the pharmacy people. Horrible service and no one here seems to care at all. If my insurance didn't have some deal set up with them we would go anywhere else. read more
