They have a drive through for pharmacy, but I was picking up a few household items I had ordered on the app with my reward points. The store is clean and easy to shop, smaller than some of the other stores, and they sometimes are out of itemsI want, but pickup at the counter is very easy. They always seem to have enough staff for the checkout line, and they are friendly and efficient. In-store pharmacy, though, is always busy with a wait. There are always good sales and digital coupons, and in general with CVS I earn discounts for getting prescriptions

Review is for the pharmacy. They don't even deserve 1 star. I would give them a negative 10 stars…read moreif I could. DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! They are absolutely horrible. Like legitimately the absolute worst CVS. Like all other CVS pharmacies, they suck, but this one is probably the worst pharmacy amongst all the them. And the one inside Target is pretty bad too. But not worse than this one!! I chose this pharmacy because they're 24 hrs and have a drive thru as well as being close to where I live. Had I known what a sh*tsh*w it was here I'd would have never switched pharmacies. They are SUPER JUDGMENTAL if you have pain meds. They automatically treat you like some junkie degenerate. Even though I've had multiple failed spinal surgeries (the last one being a spinal fusion) , a seriously painful autoimmune condition that affects all my joints and severe chronic pain to where some days I can't even get out of bed, walk or dress myself without help. And I've already exhausted all my surgical and non surgical options. Like what am I supposed to do? Do they need me to bring my medical history in order to justify why I need these medications. What do they need? Call with my surgeon? All my X-rays, MRIs, a copy of my medical and surgical history??? All of this hassle for freaking Tylenol with codeine!!! They used to give you that for tooth pain and I'm here trying to get by on taking it for pain that would send most people to the ER. You would think I'm asking for fentanyl with the way they treat me. I don't know what I can do to make these people stop treating me like lesser than a human being because I need these medications. I wish I didn't need them. Who wants to go through this hassle every month. Oh my Lord, don't even try to travel and need your medications early. I had to travel 1 time and got my script 4 days early and months later I'm still paying the price for it. They also arbitrarily choose when your prescription will be due. Their policy is every 28 days, you can pick up your prescription. However, they will choose your pick up date based on whatever they feel like that day. Or if the pharmacist doesn't want to fill it they'll just change the pickup date so it's the next pharmacist's responsibility. They'll either make you pick it up anywhere from day 28, 29, 30 or even day 31. They used to let me pick it up every 28 days but now all of a sudden they're making me pick it up day 31 for the month of July. They won't give me an explanation as to why the pick date constantly changes. When I do ask, they automatically make me feel like they've labelled me as a "drug seeker". Every pharmacist will give me a different answer to when I can pick it up. One pharmacist said I can pick it up day 28 and changed it to automatically fill on day 28. Then another pharmacist who I'm assuming was supposed to fill it that day, changed it again to day 30. It's like they're all passing the buck to the next pharmacist because they don't want to fill pain meds. Meanwhile patients are getting screwed. Do you think they care? Nope. In the month of May, I picked my script up day 28, then in June they made me pick it up day 30 and now in July, they're saying I can pick it up the earliest day 31. I don't care when I can pick it up if it's between day 28-30. Just choose a freaking time frame so I know when to expect to fill it. Except for Day 31. I don't want to be completely out of my medication before I can even get my new prescription. It's freaking ridiculous and so frustrating. If you ask why they constantly change pick up dates they don't give you a clear answer. They mumble some bs "well you picked up day 28, 2 months ago so it's cumulative days so now you've got to pick it up day 30" What??!!!? How does that even make sense. Then just don't give it to me day 28 one month and day 30 arbitrarily 2 months later. Just pick a goddamn date and stick to it. Then of course by even asking you've given them more reason to label you a "drug seeker". I AM seeking my medications! I freaking need them to survive day to day in order to manage my pain. Even though it doesn't control my pain entirely, I have no choice but to take these prescriptions. I'm severely limited on I can take due to GI issues. So this is the only thing I can take and they're making it so difficult every freaking month. Literally every freaking month I have anxiety going to the pharmacy wondering what kind of BS they're going to pull in order not to fill my Rx. This is flat out discrimination and should be illegal. Also their medications are trash quality. CVS will literally purchase the cheapest, least effective medications, and pass it off to the customer. All while making you feel like you should be so thankful you're even getting your medication this month.

Chloe on the other hand is the probably one of the worst pharmacists I've ever encountered. I've gone to this pharmacy for years. My whole family has. I've usually had no issues. Tracy, another pharmacist there is the best. She truly is super helpful and non-judgmental. Chloe on the other hand is awful and has the worst attitude. I take pain medications because I have a serious autoimmune condition plus I've had spinal fusion surgeries. As well as other spinal surgeries. I'm in excruciating pain 24/7 and I need these medications to function somewhat normally. I'm not taking fentanyl or oxycodone or anything remotely close to that. But the way Chloe treats me and makes me feel, you would think I was asking her for black tar heroin. There's already a lot of stigma and judgement from pharmacists when you have to have these prescriptions, but I've never been treated so badly to the extent as I have with Chloe. I travel back and forth to northern CA quite a bit and have a hard time enough getting my travel to align to when I'm due to pick up my prescriptions. I try not to get them earlier but sometimes that's just unavoidable. I forgot a 5 days worth of medications at my moms in northern CA while I was traveling. Chloe acted like I was this drug seeking degenerate and I left my medications behind on purpose (or I was lying) so I could get more. This was all over a measly 20 pills!! She was super rude and condescending and wouldn't let me pick up next months Rx when it was due because i "should have 5 days worth still" when I told her I left it at my moms house 8 hrs away she totally didn't believe me. You could literally feel her eyes rolling back to the back of her head. I never been so humiliated or made to feel like a drug seeker who has to grovel for my Rx in all my life. Chloe told me to wait a week, but Tracy finally filled my Rx 2 days later. But still I was without any medications for 2 days which was miserable. I've been taking the same medications at the same dose for over 10 years. I do not get a "high" off them. I'm not selling them nor hoarding them. The medications I take are what they used to give patients for a toothache but now they treat these same medications like they're fentanyl. They literally just bring the volume down of my pain so it's not so debilitating. So I can walk, and move without feeling like my legs will give out. I have intense pain in every joint in my body. Not to mention hellish back pain where I've exhausted all surgical options. I wish I didn't have to take these prescriptions at all because honestly the hassle/judgement/humiliation is barely worth it. But I have to. I can't take ibuprofen because of GI issues so I am very limited in what I can take. I've stopped going to this pharmacy and moved all my family's prescriptions as well. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again. Neither will my family or friends. Not unless Chloe is gone permanently. I suffer enough as it is. Some mornings I can't even get out of bed by myself or even dress myself. It's a life I don't wish on anyone. I shouldn't have to endure judgment and be treated like a drug seeking junkie on top of what I already go through. I don't wish Chloe or any other judgmental pharmacist on anyone. Especially if you're in pain and need your Rx filled. Heaven forbid you lose a few and get treated like you've committed some heinous crime. And Chloe, if you're reading this... do better. Learn empathy. You might find yourself in the same situation. I pray that you do.

The prescription items I need, such as stimulants and azaleaic acid, are often out of stock. I know that can happen at any pharmacy, so I don't hold that against them. My biggest issue is the service. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff often present as though they dislike their job and the customers. Today I was told by a staff member that an item I needed was not available to order and I had to call other Walgreens to see if it was available. She also stated that she could not transfer my prescription to the other Walgreens pharmacy locations. Imagine my surprise when I finally located my medicine and the staff member at that other location was easily able to retrieve my prescription from this location. I used to love this pharmacy but it has gone extremely down hill and the personnel working at the pharmacy are also extremely rude with absolutely zero customer service. They will promise you a script will be ready, and then when you call back a few hours later, they will say they don't have the medication and it won't be ready for another few days. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon.

On my most recent visit, I arrived at approximately 9:42 p.m. knowing the store closed at 10:00 p.m. I only needed two items and intended to be in and out quickly. As I entered, I noticed Todd standing by the partially closed entrance doors, which I understood as a reminder that the store would be closing soon. Within a minute, Charlotte made an announcement that the store would be closing in 15 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. What made the experience uncomfortable was the repeated nature of the announcements and the overall atmosphere. While I was searching for an item, Todd remained near the entrance and appeared to be watching me closely. A few minutes later, another announcement stated the store would be closing in 10 minutes. Since there were only two customers in the store, the constant reminders made me feel rushed and unwelcome. When I couldn't locate one of the items, I showed Todd a picture of the product. He told me the store did not carry it and that he had never seen it before, despite the item appearing in CVS advertising. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have visited this location looking for advertised products only to find they were unavailable or not stocked. As closing time approached, additional announcements continued. By that point, I was hurrying through the store trying to locate products that were not available and felt increasingly stressed by the repeated reminders. At checkout, I overheard Charlotte explaining to another customer that employees have difficulty leaving on time when customers enter shortly before closing. While I understand the challenges of closing a store, customers who arrive during posted business hours should not feel as though they are inconveniencing staff simply by shopping. I also want to note that customer service at this location often feels unfriendly. Todd has never greeted me with a smile during my visits and frequently appears unhappy or disengaged. There is also a manager who is often working evenings who has come across as similarly unapproachable. When I ask for assistance, I often feel as though I am interrupting or burdening employees rather than being helped. The combination of limited product availability, difficulty finding advertised items, and consistently unwelcoming customer service has left me questioning whether I will continue shopping at this location. I hope management will consider this feedback and work toward creating a more positive and customer-friendly experience.

I approached the interaction with a friendly attitude and treated the pharmacy technician with respect from the start. As someone with a college degree and several years of customer service experience, I understand that not every day is easy and that customer-facing jobs can be challenging. However, there is never an excuse for treating customers with the level of disrespect that I experienced. From the beginning, I was met with an unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. Instead of offering basic courtesy and assistance, the technician was confrontational, careless, and showed no concern for how she was speaking to a customer. What was most shocking was her complete lack of remorse. When I expressed my concern, she casually displayed her badge information as if she was completely unbothered by the possibility of a complaint. That level of indifference makes me question whether this is a recurring issue. If this is how customers are routinely treated, it reflects very poorly on Walgreens and its commitment to customer care. Customer service matters, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be dealing with stressful or sensitive situations. Based on this interaction, it is clear that this employee would benefit from additional customer service training and coaching on professional communication. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected when seeking assistance with their prescriptions. As a result of this experience, I will be transferring my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed and sincerely hope management addresses this issue before more customers have a similar experience.

So, I pulled out into a stall to dry the rest with my towel. But once I saw the actual results of the wash, I was furious. Not only was the blow-drying cycle bad, but there were large areas where the brushes never even touched the car.
