Agree with all the LOW STAR RATINGS here! Would actually give zero if I could - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. But I suppose I shouldn't expect much from a CVS. I am giving this three reviews because the employees were very nice when I checked out. There was a $6 coupon on my card. And I got another $15 coupon on my receipt for my next visit. But its ridiculous that they don't validate. The first 15 minutes are free, and its something like $3 every 15 minutes. The parking attendants were nice enough to explain it to me. So I parked in a 30 minute parking space, and basically ran into the store. Rushed through as fast as I could. Cosmetics, Vitamins, Hair care, cold medicine. There is no way anyone could do their shopping in 15 minutes. So I ended up paying a $3 parking fee in the end. CVS is losing money this way. Usually I stroll around the store and pick up a few items I wasn't even thinking of getting. But at a store that doesn't validate parking, I just had time to rush in, grab what was on my list, and then rush back out. I don't think I will be back here again. I've been shopping here,regularly,since it opened I'm friendly w/ the staff-such is my nature.What irritates me,is what happened today.I was doing my regular shopping,picking up 2 2-liters of Pepsi,then,stopping at the pharmacy.I noticed a bald,Hispanic man dressed as a security guard,aggressively tagging along,behind me.Why?Out of all the suspicious people,he stalks me-an OLD,Asian,retired pastor.What're the statistical chances of such a person as me,stealing something?0-I never steal.What kind of idiot (so obviously)chases down a totally innocent shopper around the store?Young or old,I'd be curious, statistically,who steals much more-Asians,Hispanics,blacks,Caucasian people.The ones who steal least,I'd bet,are Asians,any age.I saw many suspicious-looking people of Hispanic,even Caucasian background in the store,whom the guard was oblivious of.Not only that,I once had my own liquor store,many yrs.ago,that I lost in the riots.Although we had a security guard,I was always better,because I didn't waste my precious time on people who weren't going to steal-&,I was right,every time.I caught the real bad guys.This CVS security guard needs a lot more training-or,he's in the WRONG LINE of work. read more

Do not get a Covid vaccine here! I was vaccinated at this location this week and had an alarming experience and received very little attention and care from the staff.... 10 minutes after the shot I ended up fainting and no one was there to watch me to make sure I was ok. When I begun feeling dizzy I knocked on the pharmacy door adjacent to the chair I was sitting in but no one responded, so I had to get up to walk around to the front to alert them that I wasn't feeling well. By the time I got back to my chair I passed out and was super confused when regaining consciousness - still no one came around to even check on me. Several minutes later the pharmacist came out after the fact, but to be honest he seemed completely unequipped to handle the situation. He was very nice and offered me water but then left me again for another 15 minutes without checking on me once. I decided to just FaceTime a family member and slowly drive home to recover rather than spending any more time in this place completed unequipped in handle vaccination post care. A horrible experience. I hope this review helps inform both customers and cvs management so we can all experience a safer environment when getting vaccinated. read more

The CVS they forgot about... although the staff is nice and helpful... This is the dirtiest and low stocked CVS I've been to. The automatic door is always broken for the handicapped. The floors (carpet) are so dirty, from all the Hollywood traffic. There's few selections in their freezer Dept. Everything is low on stock! Walk to Walgreens a couple blocks down. That's how a convenient/ pharmacy should look like and be stocked with. Smh read more

The young people who work here are very nice, friendly and professional, it's the cheating-automated cash register, and the dishonest CVS corporate culture I HATE! OK I admit this is a very first-world problem, but being ripped-off is being ripped off, in any language or culture! This big-time Costo/Target whore was lured in here, and made a special trip over, by a big sale on wine. You have to buy 6 or more to get this "big" discount. So far,so good.I LIKE wine! I was in a rush,multi-tasking and paid with a credit card. When I got home and looked at the receipt I found out NO discount had been issued by HAL, the nasty computer brain that runs this place. So, big deal, right? I was cheated out of several dollars, if every customer is cheated out of "something" that REALLY adds-up. And this is happening ALL the time. Super fast pharmacy! I'm used to waiting 2 hours for my prescriptions in other pharmacies. Pharmacist is super nice and efficient. She was working alone when I came too. Store is very clean. Was greeted by 2 employees in a nice way. Not that usually stalker type way. Would recommend this one than others in the area! I don't drive so parking isn't an issue for me. But if I did, it's LA! Everyone has to pay for parking and/or has trouble finding it! Especially in Hollywood. Not fair to blame the store for that as I see in the first review. Keep up the good work CVS! read more

I love CVS and this is one of the best in the area. It's new and clean and the employees are smart and helpful. Some of my stuff didn't ring up right and the nice young guy at check out went to the aisle and checked the prices for me. He also asked his coworker to open a register to avoid a line. CVS has better variety of products than Rite Aid and straight forward pricing unlike the bullshit price tags at Walgreens that never ring up as priced. Only thing about this one is there is NO PARKING, so grab a meter or a spot on the street because the lot in the building is $16. Also the crazy homeless man sitting outside Dunkin Donuts harassing any woman that passed by was not a fun experience, but the CVS employees were so nice it was almost worth it. read more

So my boyfriend and I went into cvs on our way back from the museum of death to buy a small sewing kit . We also needed nail polish because we're goth and were both out . We settle on a bottle of black and red since it was 2/5 . Then we continue to search for the store for the kit. We split up to cover more ground and I notice a security guard following me which is typical because of the way I look ( colored hair , piercings , tattoos heavy makeup all black). So I politely ask him if there are small sewing kits and he rudely replies "no". So I continue my search despite his reply and find them on an end cap. I choose a slightly larger pack because I can use it more than the travel ones and I proceed to the checkout area with my boyfriend . The security guard is still glaring at me so I wave the sewing kit and he says that it's not " the travel kind" so I reply that they have those also in the same area. I finish paying and I don't need a bag so I tuck the two bottles into my leather jacket and carry the kit. The security guard waves me over and says " I don't want to embarrass you ". Which makes me think " crap is my dress riding up?" But then he asks me to hand over the three bottles of nail polish that I "stole " which in return I responded "huh?" He then says that he's been following me and that I had 5 bottles of nail polish not two. At this point I think that he must be joking or clearly blind because 1. I don't have any bags on me. 2. I only had two in my hAnd and I made my be carry them because I had an enormous water bottle and my phone in my hand. 3. I'm wearing a skin tight dress with no pockets so the only place I could hide anything is in my tiny jacket pocket which I took everything out in front of him . We even asked him to pull up the so called footage of me "stealing" and he refused to hear any of it and kept saying that I'm banned. I spoke to George's boss who apologized to us because clearly he's hostile and looking for a which but by the looks for his face he had already been in one recently due to the enormous black eye. read more

me and my husband walk in this cvs trying to by a redbull ，we use the self check machine to buy the item like usually we scan the redbull didnt notice scream shows Doritos ， and we pay it ，there is a lady call Vivian come to us ，ask what we buy ，and she tell us we pay wrong item ，so we pay it again，and that lady take that Doritos invoice try to throw away .Thats so horrible！！！Not going to refund？？What？Execute me？Why cvs has that kind employ？What happen to cvs？ read more

I went to the store to purchase batteries with a coupon. When I got to the checkstand they said I couldn't use the coupon because it was on sale and you can't use coupons on sales items. Also that dots next to the item signified which ones were on sale. My response was that there was no indicator on the rack which items were on sale and which weren't. I then asked a male representative to show me the indicators by the rack. He told me that since the prices change on Sunday every week they take the dots off during the day on Saturday and that customers shouldn't be concerned about saving a few bucks. I told him I guess I am the exception for which he didn't know how to respond for indirectly belittling me. What I had to do next was take a number of battery selections to the self scanner near the entrance and find out which were and weren't on sale. Aggravation and time lost could have been avoided if they would not remove the current week's sales dots until the week end. It left a sour taste in my mouth. read more
