They are also quick to fill my requests for generics from specific manufacturers, even if that requires a special order. The best pharmacy I have been to in all of my 35 years here on earth! Way better than any of the chain pharmacies out there! The main gentleman, I don't know his name, is so helpful and always gets my medications so quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, I definitely recommend coming to Curson Pharmacy! Even with the current circumstances (COVID-19) I've never waited longer than 3 minutes to be helped and on my way with medications in hand! I should balance the terrible service experiences I've been having with giving out some good. When all the big places were too busy with vaccines to actually fill needed medications, I had my doctor send a script here. Instead of waiting hours to talk to someone. I spoke with someone right away. My medication was ready within an hour as opposed to rite-aid taking a couple days. Seriously life saving. Thank you. read more

Even though I live in South Florida I was fortunate enough to engage a gentleman phone on the by the name of Dennis Mendoza who had the manners and conversation of a Rhodes Scholar. He was extremely kind and very good when it came to phone etiquette. Whoever was intelligent enough to hire this very polite individual indeed knows their business because they definitely hired a "Dime in a bowl of pennies". I was originally friends with the original owner of this property which was called back in the 80's (The Design Studio) and his name was Frank Page. This pharmacy in my opinion deserves the 5 STAR rating that I gave it and due to Dennis and how he treated me over the phone will have me going there for all of my pharmaceutical needs. Yes the store is a bit old and a bit small a bit ghetto but the people there are so nice and great! This is hands down the best pharmacy I had ever stepped foot in .... The pharmacist makes your script in under 5 minutes. I would say he's the reason I would give this beautiful location 5 stars, having doing ratings for a living and sometimes a secret shopper at banks is a side job I wanted to give myself as I'am big on anti discrimination, equal and fair rights and the people that don't have a voice need to speak up, for a long time, I had not and I always let things go but first off, my mom was a nurse in the field and did business with them for over 20 years and never an issue, everyone was always pleased and happy including myself! A bit over 2 months ago my husband needed an RX and it was a an anti anxiety agent, I had dropped it off and without any issues , having his ID and us having the same last name they helped me out a great deal. However, a month or so ago, for reasons unknown to me not only this pharmacy in this area of weho but one more that I know of, I have not violated anything in receiving medications and the sudden change in the treatment was quite scary, I will speak to the owner first before saying anything I wouldn't want people saying about me it there is an explanation but I also had my identity stolen and have had many problems since then for no reasons at all. I have has strangers curse me out and continuing on, I'am far from a victim and will get to the bottom of it, everyone will pay for their actions and in the end pay for mistakes. I would just like Alex to stop for a minute and pay very careful attention to my post. I will not give anyone a bad review but the other day my husband took me to the hospital because to my understanding if you don't have something, you can call , correct? also don't accept the RX or in the end , when the person upfront went to get it, is there a reason he was stopped? Medics don't lie , you clearly carry this very simple ( non-narcotic ) medication. Xanax is given to people that need it, and if the doctor and pharmacist made an evaluation , would you like to explain the reason behind yours? Or after years of being amazing to my family and I, a month prior please think of that incident. I remover you to be a great person, did something happen and I should be aware of it? David, Apollonio, Alex, Isabella, Edward, Angelica - you guys are amazing! Please don't ever change the way you operate! They will work with you on insurance issues, coverage problems, etc. and will always always be courteous and welcoming. Recently moved in to the area. Found this mom and pop pharmacy down the street and gave them a try. The pharmacy is very small, but quaint. I was at the counter and was greeted by a young lady, but a gentleman came out to help me. He didnt seem to speak very good English, (very thick spanish accent) and was having a very hard time answering my questions about my prescriptions, he was trying to read what my prescription was out loud and ask the back what I was asking him, and everyone in the pharmacy can hear. Now having filled prescriptions before at CVS and Walgreens I know they are not suppose to do that. (1 strike) He took my prescription to the back. While waiting, I can hear conversations the workers are having, clearly about other patients and their medications, which I also know is NOT suppose to happen. A man then got on the phone and was screaming in Russian for a few minutes and upon hanging up, actually slamming the phone, proceeded to call the person on the phone an f&@$&#g b@#$h and that he was sick of their f@$%^&g b@##$%^t! The first guy who helped me then answered another phone call and told that person he's name was Erik Garcia, in a very condescending way, and was quite rude on the phone as well. So far, I can see this place has no personal or phone etiquette. (2 strike) The young lady came out to ask me a few questions regarding my info, and she was discreet in her questions, and very polite. (Only plus so far) She thanked me and disappeared into the back again. After 10 minutes, same guy, Erik Garcia, came out started writing something down and proceeded to play around with someone in the back for a few minutes before yelling out my name, he told me I needed to sign, turned to the back again and asked does she pay. What does that mean, does she pay? Does that mean other people dont pay their co-pays, and they decide who does and who doesnt. Well I guess I was one of the ones who pays, because he then just blurted put the dollar amount. This guy know nothing of customer service, knows nothing of keeping private information private, knows nothing of the questions I asked him, barely knew how to run the register. He didnt offer me consultation, handed me my receipt and walked away, muttering thank you as he walked away. If this guy is the pharmacist, he is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and seems to be very uneducated in his field. (3 strike) Everyone else who wrote a review seemed to have worked with a guy named Dennis, unfortunately I did not deal with him. Maybe I would have had a very different experience if I did. I will never be back, have told anyone who would listen not to come here, and that they somehow decide some people pay co-pays while some people dont. I dont know much about pharmacy business, so I googled it, and this pharmacy violated my HIPAA rights, as well as others when discussing their meds for everyone to hear. And is breaking the law by only charging certain people co-pays. My advice, stay away from the pharmacy and the workers especially the guy yelling in Russian and Erik Garcia!!! My advice for the young lady, find a different place to work, you have a much better work ethics then the people I delt with. read more
