CVS Pharmacy - the front of a cvs pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - MANASSAS PARK, Virginia

I took a covid test on Tuesday morning, result would be available in 2 to 4 days. This was both stated and on a document i was emailed. Guess what, no results. Store wont help. Called a number they gave me. 50 min in q. Told i miss-understood should be 5 to 7 days. I said no and read customer service person the document i have. "Sorry for inconvenience". I say not good enough, we need to fix this as i have commitment tomorrow thats quite important. Pls have someone contact lab corp. No! Asked to speak w management, nope! Put me back on hold for one hour. Never came back. Don't go to cvs, any store anywhere as corporate doesnt care and shelters themselves from customers. Commitments are only to take your money not to deliver on commitments. There are other choices and i will and recommend u find and use them. Unreliable unresponsive healthcare is useless. Another great CVS. Close-by and lots of stuff..with my arms haphazardly filled I shift my weight, round the corner and YES I am offered help and a handbasket. This location is small and simple. Milk, bread, snacks and such, the usual household needs, cough and cold..diapers etc. There is no minute clinic, just a pharmacy. While they do have a number of well known makeup lines they do not have some of the expanded brands that the larger locations carry. Parking and traffic can be complete havoc but who doesn't need a little adventure in their routine once in a while, eh;) A good place to go with a good staff to be around. read more

I want to give them a zero star!!! I made appointment at 9:20am for the COVID test, I waited two hours in front of the store and came back with no testing because the technician was not there yet. I don't understand why they are taking appointments online and make sick people wait for that long. They should just remove their location from COVID testing. read more

I like this CVS because it is usually easy to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. It just never seems to be that crowded. If there is a line., they actually add another person to man a register. But yesterday was a great experience with them. I sliced my finger at church and stopped at the CVS on the way home to get triple-antibiotic. I got the small package which doesn't weigh much. When I got home, I noticed the tube was missing. I called and they said to bring it back to get a replacement. They took it back no questions asked. I even got a "bless your heart" out of the woman there. LOL read more

My dog starting having seizures and he needed to start his medications right away. The closest Walmart pharmacy did not have the medication available. I was told it will take 24hrs to get it. 24hrs later a got a call saying the medication was back ordered and it would take 1-2 more days to get it. It was not available at any other Walmart in the area. Since I was desperate, I walked-in CVS and Pharmacist, Ngoc Anh T Nguyen looked up the medication in the system. It was in stock! She made a call to Walmart to have the prescription transferred to CVS. She had it ready in about 30 minutes. Pharmacist Ngoc Anh T Nguyen you are amazing!!! I could not be more grateful! read more

I went to buy some personal care products and I also had coupons, one of the coupons wasn't going thru and one of the employees named Stephany or Stefany (not sure how to write her name) helped me get all the coupons to pass! She's a great employee very patience and didn't stop to help me! Will come back to this location!! read more

Don't bother going to cvs for a Covid test. It's been a week and still no results. Try any place else.

The pharmacy tech Tina is rude anf the service is really slow. Manager is no better. Find another CVS or Go to Walmart.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible management these idiots have no idea what they're doing. My son's medication was ready for pick up I had confirmed TWICE the total amount for all 3 of his medication I needed to pick up for his cough that he'd had for about 3 weeks now I didn't have enough cash on me at the moment so I only picked up one of his prescriptions and AGAIN I asked the pharmacist that helped me to confirm the remaining about which was a total of $42. She said sure come back we close at 9 I said okay thank you. My son's father goes to pick up his medicine and low and behold the pharmacist who was on the evening shift claims for a total of over $200 ! This lady who's name is Maria Guerra is so fucking rude because even over the phone she wasn't willing to do shit but blame the pharmacist who I had spoken to earlier. Then the only solution she gave me was "oh she's back on Monday you can come talk to her then." NO you ignorant woman I need my son's medication NOW because he has a nasty cough!!! Smfh. Stupid ass woman needs some customer service classes. read more
