Their incompetence is beyond words. Their horrible attitudes are mindblowing. This place needs to be shut down and corporate needs to do a complete revamp. They are going to cause major issues. My husband needs his heart meds and we have been given the run arounds for a week. We are done and will be filing complaints with corporate and the appropriate agencies,as well as the BBB. When will produce sellers and suppliers (and inexperienced shoppers who fall for ads that say "big and plump") realize that "big and plump" DOES NOT indicate quality strawberries; the best ones are smaller, red or dark pink all the way through, and have a strong, sweet strawberry taste and (when cut) smell.
