The service I have recieved from the regular staff there has been nothing short of exceptional. They know my name & greet me with a smile each time i pick up there. It is the small town feel for sure. It makes a normally unpleasant errand fun & something i look forward to. If there is an issue with a script, they are always willing to work with me while still maintaining their perameters of work. The relationship with the pharmacy is just as important as the relationship with the physician. I don't know what i would do if i ever had to switch pharmacies. They have even had the same core staff there for years! That tells you something. I appreciate thst they treat people with respect & never judge you or look at you a certain way based on the scripts you fill.

I had to wait for my script, but one of the clerks asked what I was waiting for and checked on it to let me know it was ready to go. I appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly, fast experience. My hubby did receive a text telling him his prescription was ready: excellent customer service and great value of my time, Giant Linglestown Road.

Today, when I learned I didn't have any refills left on my medication, Nana, the pharmacist, gave me some tablets to tie me over until the pharmacy received an order from my doctor's office to fill my script. We've visited Sam's Club for years but only go once in a while to get specific items. We recently…read morestarted to visit the new Costco and now have a much better impression of Sam's. The store is large but not gigantic and, more importantly, seems logically laid out. Costco seems disorganized and as large as an airport terminal. Sam's feels friendly while Costco seems very institutional to us. Sam's gasoline is fine but Costco definitely has a larger and more convenient station but virtually everything else is better at Sam's. The baked goods section is gigantic and brimming with delicious things; I swear we gain five pounds just walking through the bakery and smelling. The people working at Sam's also seem very personable. It's difficult to draw direct price comparisons but we feel like prices are higher at Costco than at Sam's. Several years ago, I had Sam's install tires on one of my cars and I was impressed with the service and the price-match policy they offered. Finally, and this is very informal and subjective but the Sam's Club pizza and hot dogs at the cafe are way, way better than Costco offerings and the seating area is larger and more comfortable.
