I use several Weis stores in the area and usually have no issues except with the Brunswick store. There is ALWAYS a problem. Fist time, when I got my groceries, two bags of groceries that I paid for were missing. I called the store and somehow the associate knew exactly what I was missing. He offered to have them ready for pickup in 510 minutes. I had to send my person over a second time. Then there was still about $20 of groceries missing so I complained on the corperate website. Generic E-mail from the assistant manager and there would be a $20 gift card for me that needed to be picked up in the store. Finally they agreed to mail it to me, very rude store manager and of course the gift card could only be redeemed in the store. Second time, when I got my groceries again there were groceries missing like eggs, but this time I was not charged for them so I let it go. Third time, I ordered online, 24 items and 7 items were missing. I had my person go in the store and all these missing items were available in the store. Complained to corporate again and this time no answer from the store at all. They don't seem to care at all. So if you rely on grocery pickup, do NOT order at thi store. Their pickup service is terrible and the store management could not care less and is rude. Go somewhere else.

In the past by send prescriptions to other stores, given us someone else's prescription by mistake or sheer laziness. But in the pharmacy in Frederick they reached a new low. We had a prescription for insulin for our dog. It was for a well known brand that is for dogs. Walmart sells it. Lots of places sell it. But when we handed in our prescription, the wonderful 'prescription manager' told us that no, he could sell that particular type of insulin. However the stuff that he tried to sell us was not suitable for dogs, it was another strength for a start, in fact if we blindly followed his expert advice. Because you tend to trust people who hand out prescribed medications for a living don't you? If we followed his advice, we would have a dead pet. A member of our family would be dead. So yeah, stay clear. Do not go here. Go elsewhere where they care for you and your family. Where you're not likely to wrongly advised, lied to, and possible damage your well being.
