They are friendly and start to know you by name and know what you're prescriptions are when you walk in the door. They'll work hard to get you the drug manufacturers for generics you prefer, for instance, when one company's generic was making me ill, but CVS wouldn't get me the other company's generic that doesn't, Little Pharmacy took care of me. Went in pharmacy for them to reread the personal information of patients with like names, as I kept explaining I wasn't that person. Then spent two days of my doctors office sending and resending for them to still "not receive it". Pharmacy female was very rude with me and I ended up contacting corporate who could not even be bothered to reach out to me. Will completely avoid this place and suggest such to anyone I know.

He took the time to sit and talk with me during the 15 minute waiting period after the injection. Not only was Sam friendly and personable, he gave very helpful counsel on some pharmaceutical questions that I had related to side effects and compounding. Let me tell you what happened tonight when I went, my shopping experience was fine. I was able to find all the items that I needed. Store was clean that was great. Time to go up to the register and check out saw that the register was open, and went ahead and put my items up on the belt. When I got there, nobody was in line. There was just three employees standing in there talking to each other. I am putting my items on the belt and the gentleman starts bringing it up and continues reading it up and continues his conversation with the other coworkers. I had over $200 worth of stuff so you know it wasn't a small order. The entire time I was being rung up, he continued the conversation with the other employee. Did not acknowledge Me matter of fact when that when he was done ringing it up, didn't even tell me what my total was put my receipt in a bag didn't even hand it to me. I feel this was the most rude experience. I have had almost anywhere. You do not Continue talking to employees and ignore your customer. I did report it over to the manager customer service and she said she was going to talk to the two employees that were involved. If you work in customer service, I know it's difficult. I've done it plenty of times myself. But the number one rule is you acknowledge your customer. Acknowledge them when they walk up to. You acknowledge them when it's time to leave. I will continue going to the store, but I will think twice about using that gentleman or the lady. I'm not gonna mention names, when I go to the checkout again.
