They also have essential oils, interesting personal care brands that you won't find in other stores, and a constantly changing supply of delicious snack products. I received a phone call from the doctor assistant saying that my prescription needed prior approval so they sent it to Apothecary and Apothecary would deliver it to me. I was not happy with the doctor's office sending my personal information and insurance information to a strange pharmacy. I usually get approval from my insurance before using a pharmacy. They don't pay everyone. Soon after this call I received a text from this pharmacy saying my prescription was not eligible to be filled until after December 1st. It was a brand new prescription how could that be? Meanwhile CVS was in the process of filling it when they got a call from the doctor canceling the prescription. I'm wondering what kind of cahoots this pharmacy has with dermatologists. I'm way Upper East Side and this place is Columbus Circle. I was told delivery was free. I practically live in my CVS why can't I just go pick it up there! Waste of manpower delivering to me when I'm miles away. I was so tired and it's been over 10 days waiting I canceled the order at CVS myself. If Apothecary contacts me after December 1st I'm going to request they remove my personal information from their system.
