Store literally looks like it's going out of business. I went in to purchase makeup and the wall was completely empty. Just terrible.

First off the staff at the pharmacy are great!! But they need to stop printing "coupons" on the receipt. They are so very limited, and almost impossible to redeem. Just got a 40% off any one regularly priced item. I was told at the register the item "was on sale",( shoe insoles) I had the manager come with me to look at the shelves NOT EVEN ONE item in the whole area had sale price or sticker showing items on sale. Was told "that 'they' do not always send stickers or enough sale stickers to put on shelves! BUT it shows up in the register. her attitude was"sorry just our policy". I call B.S.and horrible retail practices . So I will continue to get my prescriptions filled BUT never will I purchase anything from the store itself . read more

Sandra is a terrible cashier. She lied and says they don't have store credit card for a refund. She also didn't know how to use the cash register to process a return. She called the manager and he was nice enough to do everything for me correctly. She had attitude the entire time helping me. I was trying to make things easier for her but she kept shutting me down and was extremely rude. I've never encountered such a cashier with such bad attitude before. The pharmacists and assistants at this CVS location are excellent! They go out of their way to be helpful. The pharmacists and staff remain calm and positive - even when it is extremely busy and some customers are impatient or unpleasant. It is ALWAYS a good experience here - picking up prescriptions, getting advice and vaccinations. read more

I moved my pharmacy out of the Target CVS pharmacy into this pharmacy. I love that they have a drive up window and it was so much easier to get my medication from this spot. This is going to be my new spot for all of my prescriptions. read more

Seems like half the staff is happy and half is not. The half that's not? Likely because they're incompetent. It's insane the lack in compassion and common sense from them. They like to close early and ask you to come in whenever they can, despite having the literal flu and a sick child in the car. But sure, you see what I need to pick up and still ask me to come in? Yes. Let's spread more germs. There's also limited parking close to the front for those whom may have issues walking far, doesn't help that STAFF take front row. Management needs to do a better job staffing the store. I had to make a return but decided to do it some other day at a cvs with better service. This is because there was no one at the front to help us. There was only one employee stocking the shelves; she didn't even acknowledge us or say hello. Terrible customer service. Are there any workers at all? Everytime I call to check on stock of a specific item, they have me on hold anywhere between 12-15 minutes at a time! That's ridiculous!!! Sometimes they don't even come back to the phone and I just end up hanging up after wasting all that time on hold. It happened again today after being on hold for 12 minutes by a male worker who sounded sleepy. Should have taken his name. I hung up and called back and no one answered this time. I know for a fact, they can't be THAT busy or low on staff that they can't find someone to help me. At least have the decency and professionalism to kindly let me know you can't help me so that I won't waste my time waiting on "no one"! Every single time I'm physically at this location, they're never busy and the workers are sometimes just standing around or walking around. Still, no excuse because you shouldn't leave any customer on hold for that long. Have some common courtesy and decency! They don't even deserve a star, period. read more

I was using the CVS Anaheim Hills location for a really long time then decided to switch to the norco pharmacy a couple years after I moved here. As with every other cvs I've dealt with they will make a like out of one person, treat you as an interruption - rarely even make eye co tact with you and don't even bother hiding their all rent dislike off customers and likely their job. This particular cvs doesn't seem to stock much medication to boot, so everything is a 'special order' I ended up switching back to the original cvs simply for this reason , but have notified my dr that I'm switching to another company altogether . I don't get how a company that is so bad to its customers is still on business. I'm guessing it's at least in part to the tremendous markup on medications providing them with huge profit margins and the aging of the populous bringing in more new customers than they're losing. This company has a myriad is systemic problems that they clearly couldn't care less about unless or until they start losing enough business to force them to make changes read more

We went in to try to get our COVID booster the lady in the pharmacy was extremely rude. She said we would have to make an appointment on line - they do not take walk ins. Mind you it was 8:30 in the morning and no one was in the store. We went to the cvs inside target on Hamner road they took us in right away. This review is for the photo service I received on May 7, 2021. We ordered a 16x20 canvas print for my dad's funeral from another place of business and had a HORRENDOUS experience. They completely dropped the ball in so many ways and we never got what we ordered. I frantically ordered another one from CVS here in Norco, and called to verify that they received the order. Ko (? I think that was her name) answered the phone and said she wasn't sure if they had 16x20 canvasses available but would check and call me back if there was a problem. I explained the situation and she was super empathetic. It was only 30 minutes later that I got a notification that my order was complete. She also called me personally to let me know that it was ready for pick up. I went in and got exactly what I needed. She was also my check out person and was extremely nice. The pharmacist always looks at me like I'm rude for walking up to the drop off. Doesn't say hello , or how he can help me . Also I don't know if it's like a personal/political preference of this location but they never have Covid tests . Just wish they would be more welcoming. Feels like they want nothing to do with me . I usually always go to this CVS for any of my quick needs and the customer service was always so great! But when I went in yesterday, the customer service was NOT what it had been. A new employee (i'm assuming) was so rude to my sister and I, basically pushing past us through the isles (didn't even say excuse me) and at checkout, she was even more rude! Left a $3 item in the basket and realized it when I went to pull things out of my car. Returned with a receipt and the Supervisor (who looks like a kid) Alfonso tells me oh well and refuses to replace the item as if I'm lying. I probably wasted more gas than the item cost going back to get it. Does it make sense for me to do that and be lying? At any other store they would happily replace the item with my receipt proof that I purchased it along with over $60 worth of other items. But no he chose to be rude and let me leave empty handed. read more
