I canceled plus membership because they kept messing up my delivery orders. Missing items, moldy and bruised produce, expired products. They are always quick to refund so there is that. (4 for that) One time they dropped off 1 bag and even took a picture and said "your $127 order was delivered" I was meal prepping that day so it was a real inconvenience that I did not get my order. But the fact that the driver took the picture of the 1 wrinkled up bag? They refunded but did not rush any items out to me or anything. it was 7-8am so they had time to replace. I was bummed. At the same time I thought I should have gotten something for the $100 mistake. Like a small Walmart gift card or something. All I got was a "the driver is going to get in trouble." So after that last poor experience I canceled. But I need delivery. I can't drive, so I got it again. And my first delivery at this store, I got 1 wrong item, 4 moldy potatoes, 1 expired frozen bag of chicken tenders and super wilted broccoli I'm just done. I guess I will have to start pinching pennies and paying extra for another delivery service. Ralph's gets good reviews. Instacart is expensive but you get what you pay for. Or maybe I will start walking to the store. Exercise is good for the aching joints. read more

Parking: it's a large lot but often also very busy so spots are further away. Prices: fine. Usually pretty low. Can use app to scan items to check prices. Customer service: eh. 2.5-3 stars. It's a little like, "get what you pay for" and since products are often less expensive than other stores, the friendliness level has commonly been just ok. read more

On may 31 family and I came here to go to the vision center to get my glasses as I have for many years. When I seen they where not open yet the very nice greeter lady informed me that they open at 12:30 so the family and I walked around Walmart till about 12:30 and walked to the vision center about 1235 the vision center employee walked in with Starbucks and went over to a big black lady and started I walked over to the about 2,3 mins later and asked to speak to the store manager with her reply as I am the manager I said I want the store manager and she said the store manager is on vacation and I'm it. Then both of them walked away, still talking. About 1240ish the vision center employee decided he wanted to open the location. The family and I walked out and went someplace else. Will never come back to this vision center again after coming here for years. read more

Always so busy and the workers with their carts are always in your way and get mad when you walk by them. Never a worker around to unlock stuff and of course they still aren't with the world and do so Apple Pay in the big 2026 because they want to make more money. Sold out of a lot most of the times and parking here is a joke and get ready to see a homeless person or an elderly person asking you for money or trying to give you an animal. Trash also everywhere! The worst worst way worst customer service ever! Only one cashier and there's 11 people line up for service! It takes one customer 20 minutes to get done! The manager can see there's a line form and didn't even mend a hand to help out ease the congestion! Professional managers needed in the Walmart. Where Customer Service doesn't Service Let me start by saying this. I'm not even a Walmart fan to begin with. But I was on my way home and stopped. I didn't expect it to feel like I had stepped into the underbelly of retail purgatory. I went in for two very cheap bottles of wine for dinner along with a few snacks Nothing fancy. The Wine was shelved at $4.97 each, and that was perfect because I wasn't trying to turn up, just take the edge off this dystopian errand run. But of course, when I got to the register, my bargain booze rang up at $6.06 each. That's nearly a dollar more per bottle including crv which at Walmart pricing never mind I'm just gonna be nice. Louis, the cashier was the only flicker of human decency during this ordeal. Louis walked over, confirmed the price was in fact $4.97, tried changing it and then summon a manager. Now this is where the plot takes a sharp turn into horror-comedy. A manager who looked like she rolled out of bed and into her shift. Her name might be Rosa or Rosie or Rodriguez heck her name badge was about as unreadable as her energy. Hair uncombed, face looking like it lost a fight with a pillow and a washcloth. And the attitude? Similar to mine, but that's neither here nor there(So let's continue). She popped over to the register like customer questions were personal attacks. I explained the situation (calmly), asked about the posted price, and she cut me off mid-sentence x4 with, "We can't change that." Not, "Let me check," no resolution Just boom "Can't change it." Period. So I asked her what the law says you know, since displaying one price and charging another is kind of a big deal. She replied, "It doesn't matter what the law says. It's our policy." I swear, I felt the spirit of Judge Judy rise inside me. I said, "So you're telling me the law is irrelevant here?" She shrugged. "Yeah because it's our policy ." Ma'am. This is a wine price discrepancy, not a hostage negotiation. Why are you like this? Then, just to seal the deal, she hits me with, "I'm not gonna stand here and let you explain anything to me." Girl, it's too late. I already did. You've been explained at. As I finished checking out now paying the wrong price (just for this review to be honest), mind you she popped back to the aisle and began ripping down the price tags. You know, instead of honoring the posted price like a manager or lead with integrity might. I'm not new to this and it isn't the first time I've witnessed (or heard of) this very woman or location mishandling pricing issues.I don't know what's worse the audacity, the apathy, or the fact that she looked like she got ready for her shift during a 3-car pileup on the 91 freeway. This is the energy running your store? To corporate: y'all might want to check on that location. Maybe even drop off a brush and a pocket-sized labor law handbook while you're at it. I don't usually leave reviews, but this Walmart had some of the worst customer service I've experienced--especially from one employee, TINA. I went to get baby formula and waited about 10 minutes after pressing the button. When Tina was walking over, she rudely asked from across the aisle, "WHICH ONE?" with a bad attitude -- keep in mind, she wasn't even where I was standing at yet. She then struggled to open the glass door and started banging on the glass, kept saying she couldn't open it. Until she finally did, walked away and said "it will be up front". At self check out, an associate apologized for her behavior, I didn't get her name but she definitely turned my experience around and mentioned that Tina was also upset about another individual that was also buying formula, even saying, "Why can't these women breastfeed their children?" So I can already imagine what Tina said about me. That kind of comment and attitude is completely unacceptable. If you don't like helping customers, you shouldn't be working in customer service plain and simple. read more

I completed an in-store return of a cell phone at this location on April 20th with Reshonda. It's been 2 weeks now and there is still no record of this item being returned in my walmart.com account. I have literally returned to this store on two separate occasions since then to scan the return barcode in an attempt to resolve this issue. The employees and the manager, Ismael were dismissive, confrontational, argumentative, and unable to help me. Now Walmart has possession of the cell phone AND my $428. I've contacted customer support half a dozen times. This has been escalated to billing on two separate occasions, it's been more than the five business days I was quoted. STILL no resolution. The store employees seem to think I'm out of luck just because I don't have the paper receipt of the return? It should have been processed correctly in the store in the first place, I shouldn't need a receipt. They couldn't seem to get past this in their minds, or take any accountability for their shortcomings. Insanity. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. These employees are in desperate need of additional training, both in how to work their computer systems, but also in how to effectively and respectfully speak to customers. read more

I say no, (I was like the third person in line) and the rest of the people atado g I line look up to me (because she was talking nonsense to them about me and my purchase. Just stopped by for a couple things. This Walmart is the closest to home and is clean and stocked every time we stop by. Today was a good visit. As we were exiting the employee at door greeted us and as she checked the receipt she drew a smiley face on the receipt for my granddaughter! This has to be the worst-managed Walmart I have ever been in. Having worked customer service jobs myself, upper management is terrible. Today, at around 8 pm, there were only two cashiers at checkout. How can that be? Friday night, and you have two cashiers working? Putting more pressure on the actual two cashiers who are working their butt off. I witnessed a cashier ask the manager for cash today, and the manager was nowhere to be seen afterwards. Up until I exited with my items, I saw her counting cash at customer service at around 9 pm (this store typically closes at 11). If you've worked in customer service, you know how absurd it is for a manager to do closing tasks that early, worst yet, having a manager not support the team in times like this. Made an apt yesterday for 4 new tires today, came to my apt, check in and the kid tells me they don't have my tires.... What...? I literally made an apt with one of the mechanics yesterday.. huge waste of my gas and time. Took 22 minutes to do a simple exchange for exact item transaction (when I had new one and return items already in my cart before getting in line). Only one cashier working returns. At My prompting she requested help from a manager. After 11 minutes I found manager, explained there are 7 people in line and only one cashier who had been helping the same customer since I got in line. Look, it's Walmart. I know what to expect going in. But this particular Walmart feels like entering a prison. Employees look at you with the disdain from the moment you step inside, are generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Huge lines even for the self checkout, and if you have the audacity to use said self checkout an employee quite literally stands over you and watches over your shoulder while you scan everything. Most recently the employee started roughly shuffling through my items to "check my work" after I meticulously scanned everything. They were incredibly rude and rough with things I had just purchased and the entire experience was anxiety inducing and humiliating. I will not go back to this Walmart. read more

From detergent to car stuff, everything seems to be under lock and key. Perhaps for extra security lol. I understand shoplifting is on the rise, however I've never had to buy a fabric softener and pick it up from the checkout area. Lol. Associates seem very bothered and almost look at you like you're going to steal something. It's an experience out of a textbook bad experiences list. To top it off however, the self checkout areas are intentionally not opened. The reason for that is they don't have enough staff! Lol. Though there were five people just standing at the self check up area, looking at each other, talking to each other, giggling with one another, they claim they do not have enough staff members! This is textbook on how to create a harder experience for a already hard and rather unpleasant shopping experience. The leading the front confirmed day half people walk out with cart fulls, and by inconveniencing their honest customers they are looking to mitigate the risk of shoplifting! I'm not sure why alternatives could not include hiring more loss prevention staff and armed security like some stores in some neighborhoods do. I'm writing this review after shopping under such conditions three times already. This is my last time coming at the store until the foreseeable future. read more

Need A LOT Better service at the auto center-my brother and took our cars in to get an oil change .... Ramon comes out to help me and does so yet when my brother asks him to do an oil change also he tells him no we can't we don't have enough time for the day - mind you it's 3 pm and they close at 7/730... there are no cars waiting after us and even after they were done with my car finally at 6:30 they're still were no cars waiting... they still couldn't do an oil change for my brothers car... spoke to the Manager Marlene about and she said there was nothing we could do about it .. I said "well thats Walmart for you"... bad service and seems like workers there don't want to work ... not enough staff .. never take your car there - advise you to go elsewhere..
