The the short male white adult wearing a gray suite makes a Stray remark. " He says, " I like your shirt, looks like chasing Nemo". He has a sarcastic grin on his face." The customer or American veteran is looking for a type of cabinet furniture. Then the African American adult working with this group of sales men also makes a rude, arrogant Stray remark. " You like touching ", " I like your shirt". Its as though secretly Loss Prevention called these five sales men to be rude , and arrogant to the American wearing a blue Hawiain shirt. Now my comments. Its not illegal to touch furniture. If it was there would be signs posted in plain view. Its also not a act against public policy. Or it would be written in the California Penal Code. So obviously what was going on behind the scenes is Loss Prevention called these five sales men in the back area of Walmart to haze, & harass a customer American veteran that commited no crime. To look at products is not a crime. To feel wood or touch a product is not a crime. So then why did Loss Prevention call these five sales men to use the ,( Burn Out Technique on a American veteran ). Yes Walmart does have thieves that will steal your credit card information. This is even on You Tube if you look . So this is what I do if any store steals my money. Or maked charges that I did not make. ( 1.) Scan your receipt of what you acually spent at Walmart. As you scan your Walmart Receipt. Now turn your Walmart receipt into a PDF sent this to your desk top on your lap top computer. Now write up the Walmart that has a bad employee. With the Better Business Bureau . Now report this to your bank. As theft ,Calif Penal Code: 484 as a theft crime. The receipt should show the badge or name of the cashier. Now your bank is going to tell you to file a police report. On Wednesday as I happen to be shopping with my daughter we noticed five male adults just standing in the back of the store. This is loitering . Calif Penal Code:647G. Supposedly they are sales men. Trying to sell something. They gave me their fake compliments. Then had a smirk on their face. There job if they work for the store is not to haze or harass any paying customers. All conversation at the work place must be : Business related. It is not their job to make jokes about the way some one is dressed. Some people like to put other people down just to make their self look good. Their job is customer service. They should only speak when spoken to. One tried this fake compliment trick then tried to get the annoyed customer to give him a high five. This was the African American adult. The male Hispanic adult told a customer with a Hawaian shirt," Nice shirt Miss". This we could see was a intentional sarcastic remark. Or also called a Stray Remark. This sloppy fat, male Hispanic adult had a smirk on his face. Then laughed and joked with his co workers. I normally like shopping at Walmart. However, just prior to 5:57 P.M. There was approximaely three male Hispanic adults that attempted to be dressed nice. I LOVE Walmart you can find almost anything you need here. I'm pretty much at this location at least once a week. A few weeks ago i had ordered a cake for my sisters bridal shower. It was my first time ever ordering a cake here. On the day that i went to pick up my cake , the order was completely wrong. I asked for my cake to be in a light pink and they made it in a blue. I was so upset so a manager came over and offered to give me a discount on it which i accepted. So he put my cake in my basket as i was getting some last minuet things around the store i happened to look back down at my cake it was broken right down the middle and noticed it was a chocolate cake instead of marble which i had ordered. I was infuriated so i went back to the bakery and demanded to speak to the manager once again. As he came over he was as shocked as i was to see how the cake split in the middle so he called a few other managers, all of them in awe of how badly the cake was made. To my luck the person who made the cakes called off that day . So they offered to make me a new cake at no cost. I agreed thinking it wouldn't take no more than 20 minuets. Since they had no one that knew how to make a cake it took 2 people to make a half sheet cake with only icing and sugar crystals no designs or anything complicated about 1 hr 20 mins. I was sooo incredibly pissed because i was already stressed as it was. Looking back at it i wanna thank Kris one of the managers because he helped me out alot and the 2 other people that made the cake. I realized that it wasn't their fault that my original cake wasn't made correctly. They did everything to please me and help me get the cake that i wanted. Everyone at the shower couldn't believe i got the cake from walmart cause it was so delicious. I would suggest that whoever the baker was needs to pay more attention to what she is doing to not have this happen to other customers especially on a day where they have a big party with all the stress that comes with it you shouldn't have to worry about waiting to get your cake made correctly the day of your party. read more

Be careful buying a TV from Walmart . I just bought a 70 inch Samsung TV 3/27/2023. Open from a brand new box, at least, I thought it was.. Someone swapped an old 2017 TV from the box. I talked to the customer service representatives (Durrand and Daisy). They were not helpful at all. They said that there was nothing that they can do because the serial numbers did not match. Basically they're saying that I swapped the TV's incredible!. Daisy, the customer service manager/coach suggested I try returning the TV to a different Walmart., are you kidding me?! so another customer can experience the same thing?! I have contacted customer service and they advised me to contact the store manager, Brandon Acosta. I have tried calling the store. No one answers, so I had to call customer service again and let them know that no one picks up the phone there. They assured me that Mr. Acosta will be in touch with me. To be continued. . Please help!l. Update 3/5/2023 no call back from Mr Acosta yet, in stead I received a call from Daisy today (and she referred me as to your the guy with the TV?) not my name I'm not surprised. She had one of her coworkers Julio (asset protection clerk) call me about the situation with the TV. He basically had the same outcome has Daisy. I can tell that I was on speaker and that she was listening, I asked Julio why I was not talking to the manager, (Mr. Acosta ) instead of him and that's when Daisy picked up, I said that I was done talking to employees from there I only want to speak to management. I've contacted Walmart customer service and have escalated this to Christian Wolff (Market Manager). Update 3/11/2023. Daisy called me and gave me an apology and said I can return the TV . She gave me my money back and a $25 gift card for my troubles. She said that they looked further into it and that the TV was returned by another customer and it was not properly checked. read more
