So I ended up paying the full amount. I scanned my digital card at the self kiosk and it didnt go through. I checked the number that was associated with the membership and it was the same. Im not sure why it didnt go through. It is very annoying when I can't get my discounts for a membership that I paid for. The pharmacy is always busy, but theyre nice and will help when they can.

She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. The staff at this location were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful when I came to drop off some AT&T internet equipment for shipping at the FedEx office inside this Walgreens. AT&T quite clearly said I could go to any FedEx location, including the one at this location. I went, and the staff said I couldn't. I then asked where else, and they refused to answer the question. I raised the fact that AT&T said they had a contract with them saying I could do this, and the staff just stared at my blankly and asked me to move on. I was planning to buy some supplements while I was there, but decided I should go somewhere else for that. I then called AT&T back and they said the Walgreens/FedEx staff was incorrect about this and, surprise, I still had to abide by the ten day deadline to ship my equipment out. During my most recent visit, I accidentally selected the wrong avocado option on the self-checkout screen. Instead of politely informing me of the mistake, the attendant abruptly wedged herself between me and the register and announced, "You picked the wrong one," in front of everyone waiting in line. It was embarrassing and made me feel as though I had done something dishonest when it was simply an innocent mistake. Customer service is about treating people with respect, and there are far more professional ways to handle situations like this. I understand mistakes happen at self-checkout, but there was no need for the attitude or public embarrassment. In my experience, this employee is rarely friendly, never smiles, and consistently comes across as unapproachable. I enjoy shopping at this store, but I will be avoiding the self-checkout whenever she is working.

They went above & beyond my expectations with the service they both provided to me as a first time patient. Through the phone, I can tell how much more personable, caring, & concerned they were when it came to handling a recurring issue I had with locating/linking my insurance to my account. This was a complete 180 with how they handled this situation the 1st time vs. the multiple opportunities Walgreens had (put on hold for a really long time/long wait times/constant follow ups to see if & when my prescription was ready/repeatedly explaining the same issue with my insurance status, etc.). Anyways, wished I had switched sooner to Ralph's after now knowing how awesome their service is & feeling reassured in their ability to look into & resolving my problem! Also very impressed that they picked up the phone FAST after being traumatized by Walgreen's never-ending phone hold music‍. I hope to continue to receive this high level of care in the future as they had also offered to go out of their way in meeting my needs!!
