By far the worst Pharmacy. The staff does not know how to communicate. I pull up go through the initial process, hand my pharmacy card, the lady hands it back then walks away. Then 6 minutes later another lady comes up and asks if I been helped. Ahhh I hope so? She said "oh" then walks away. 3 minutes later she comes back and says it'll be 10 minutes come back. Ok... then I ask if my pharmacy card was put on the transaction, she looks at it all confused and said "so it'll be $20" I told her last time I didn't pay anything so I'm asking again, was this card added? She looked at it all confused again and said ya. I hand her my card and she hands it back. Then basically mumbled to sign. I said lady do you know how to communicate? Poor team. Hope they genuinely learn we are all humans and communicating is so easy and makes everyone's lives better. read more

This is the worst CVS. I go in and get harassed for money from other patrons. I have my prescriptions delivered and they sent the wrong one! They sent me blood pressure medicine! So dangerous! I had to go to emergent care. The doctor there insisted I file a complaint. I sent the store manager a letter. It's been two weeks without a reply. They aren't even talking it seriously! read more

I was in a bit of a time crunch Monday morning this week, and Mercedes was very helpful. I called the store to ask if I could get help gathering two items, so that they would be upfront, allowing me to just walk in and pay for them. Wate of a building in the lot. always opens late but closes hours early with paper sign. When they are open you can't find a single person in the store. Need to put Walgreens. I live around the corner so I used to go frequently since srp switched to in store payment instead of machine so these are not one off occasions. I've had to leave and go other places on multiple occasions because nobody was in store to do Srp. I've even sat outside and went back in after a few to see if maybe they are just doing something in the back. I mean it's a cvs I shouldn't have to yell in the building to find someone. read more

This is the WORST CVS Pharmacy. I moved near and transferred my prescriptions here. Somehow, they got an old version of one of my diabetes meds which has directions for once a day and not twice a day, which is my current dosage. I ran out and they refused to refill it because it shouldn't be refilled until December 17th. I called my doctor. She sent in an updated script. CVS called me and told me they couldn't fill it until December 17th. I called them back, waited for forty minutes to speak with someone, and then hung up on me. I called my doctor again. They tried to call in, but couldn't reach anyone. No surprise there. They re-sent the prescription and told me the prescription should be ready. CVS called again and said I couldn't get the prescription until December 17. These are TWO prescriptions now from my doctor that CVS refuses to refill and no one will answer the phone. Meanwhile, I don't have the diabetes medication I need and have been without for almost a week now. I called my doctor and transferred ALL my prescriptions from CVS to a nearby Walgreens. I am on multiple medications and use a Dexcom, an expensive medical device every two weeks. I spend lots of money and my insurance company spends more. I will not spend one more dime at this CVS. read more

We needed to get some medicine for my son and this was unfortunately the only one that had it. The doctor was on the phone for over a half hour just trying to confirm they have the medication. Tried to call to make sure the medication would be ready when I drove to pick it up given this isn't near our house and I was holding for over an hour until they hung up on me. Finally got through at 4pm and they said they were closed even though the hours report being open much later. Had to drive up the next day and was told that they were actually open the other night which would have made it much easier to pick up after work given I drive by this one but instead I had to drive up on my day off. I understand being short staffed, but why lie about the hours of operation? read more

The service here is beyond the worst I've seen. They avoid answering the phones and will often pick up then hang up or incorrectly transfer me to the wrong sept on purpose to avoid taking the call. The guy at the front desk of the store was apologetic for the pharmacy incorrectly transferring on purpose. read more

I understand the demand and being short-staffed, but truly appalled that my covid pneumonia medication ran out yesterday & CVS has been unable to fill my prescription that was sent MONDAY by my provider. CVS Pharmacy - Waiting at CVS on 48th & Chandler - Drugstores Near Me - PHOENIX, Arizona

From January through April of this year, I stopped into this CVS every Thursday and Friday night (I drive a bus and the route finished right in front of this store). Almost every time I would buy something and they always had what I wanted or needed in stock. There were usually some good sales which I would take full advantage of. All the spending helped my earn lots of ExtraBucks. I would usually see the same person when I would check out, an employee named Rebecca. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes while waiting in line, I would see the customer in front of me being rude to Rebecca and yet she always remained professional and would greet me with a smile and chat me up. She was relentless about the CVS CarePass and I eventually signed up. For a $48 dollar annual fee, I receive 20% all CVS generic items, a $10 monthly ExtraBuck reward and free delivery on prescriptions. I have already used all three. That $48 will save me at least triple that. I just wanted to leave a nice review about a nice employee. read more

This will be my last time coming i came at 10 walk to door and everything says this store closes at 11 and i come an hour early and they are locked. I work in the pharmacy world. Been on hold for 4 hours, 23 minutes and 25 seconds to have the pharmacy pick up the phone at 1:29pm to hang up on me so they could go to lunch. I was just trying to resolve a secondary insurance issue that wasn't processed. Started at 9:05AM when they opened at 9am with no answer. I get that they are busy but this is ridiculous. Called customer care just to be transferred back to the queue to be on hold on two separate lines. I suppose I will have to drive the 1 hour trip one way just to resolve this. CVS needs to do better and hire more people even if it is just to answer phones. read more

This CVS is the worst in town. Even the district manager of the store told me to transfer my scripts elsewhere. If you are having issues with this store complain to CVS corporate at: 1 (800) 746-7287 and choose the "pharmacy feedback" option. Corporate needs to know every single complaint because the employees simply don't care. The employees will shut down the pharmacy whenever they want saying "no pharmacist showed up", they don't answer the phone; and if they do they answer it, it's only to hang up on you after hours of being on hold!! I'm so disappointed- the pharmacy contacted me to find options on a prescription that was needed today- after pressing 1 (as guided to do so) - after 40 min on hold call disconnected- I called back and proceeded to hold for an hour when the call was disconnected again on their end. I take out of my busy schedule just like everyone else we all have jobs for our financial stability and I drive down there to discuss my options- instead of an apology I get bombarded with excuses on how shortstaffed they are how busy they are (like no one else is) then I get told they don't have the prescription this is after taking time out of my day to drive down there because they're not answering phone calls today- I asked for any suggestions or recommendations on where I could locate a pharmacy with the prescriptions and I was told that it was my job to do it, there was no way they could tell me, I just needed to call every single CVS till I found one that had it??? So no apology and then redirection as if it's my fault and now I have to do their job?? So now not only am I an insurance agent but clearly I am a pharmacy technician as well? read more

I have a new problem each and every time I deal with this pharmacy. Most recently I asked to have a Rx transferred from Walgreens. The pharmacist said it would take him a week to get it transferred. A Week for him to call Walgreens and get the information! That is ridiculous. Zero customer service! The general attitude you receive from them is indifference. I have been going here for years and if there is one thing they are consistent at is being consistently bad. I've tried other Cvs locations and they are no better. This is a pretty good location. The selection is great, and I rarely come here and they don't have what I need. The only issues I have with this location are because it is HUGE! This means that it is tough to find things sometimes because everything is so spread out. If you don't mind a scavenger hunt, though, it's a solid location. read more

After about 20 minutes, they refused to give me my scheduled Flu and COVID-19 Booster because I do not have insurance. I explained to them that I'm willing to pay privately and I took time off work to get there on time. I went down the street to Walgreens and they happily gave be both vaccines within 10 minutes. Walgreens said the COVID-19 Booster is free and I only had to pay for the Flu Shot, $50! The one star is for the cashier who had to relay my message to the pharmacist! read more

If you are using this Pharmacy, pack your patience! I called and was on hold for 30 min and no one ever answered the phone. That being said, they are working REALLY hard. There were 3 people working and although my prescriptions should have been ready yesterday, I had to wait and hour and a half to have them prepared. I stayed in the store while waiting and never once saw them not working their butt off. The pharmacy staff is nice and doing their best so know what you're in for if you are coming here. read more

I've been shopping and filling my prescriptions at this CVS for probably 10 years now, and they've been adequate; at least up to now. Last night a storm blew in and took at some of their technology. Today they're struggling. Still they're sending out text messages requesting customers come pick up prescriptions. Why they won't use that automated system to warn customers they may not be able to pick up their Rx is beyond me. read more

I would have given 3 or 4 stars but the employees sit by the front door and smoke cigarettes. So gross. Also pretty sure there is a law you have to be 20ft from the door. Very gross and unprofessional. Plus this is a pharmacy and should promote health not poisoning yourself and others. Also since they changed their hrs it is not as convinient. However the employees are usually very polite and it's always clean inside...it's a pretty busy pharmacy, but they are usually very nice and helpful. read more
