Poor behavior from the pharmacist I don't care what your religious/personal beliefs are- you took an oath to provide care and information to everyone so provide that. I picked up my prescription today after listening to the person infront of me receive their care instructions, I do the whole steps to get my meds with the pharmacist and she stone walls and doesn't provide me any care info; just gives me the price and the bag practically shooing me away. Dropped off a prescription, picked up at register, went to consultation for questions and asked if she could please clarify, she mocked me and said if I could *please* go to the register (staff laughs), her clarification was "if you do the math"... it's been a long day, this treatment was unnecessary. read more

We moved to Gilbert, but kept our prescriptions here because of them - absolutely trust these two to help how ever they can and care about my family's health. This is the second time I have bought a item here that has been expired! I just can't believe this! I drove all the way home just to drive all the way back to return my items. There was no sympathy from the cashier whatsoever. Also what is this "ring the bell" for cashier assistance crap? Obviously this location doesn't care about theft or safety when there's no employees in the front of the store greeting people. Honestly I would just steer clear from here. I went to this CVS and accidentally left my bag on the self checkout, I came back to get it and the two teenage boys with curly hair working were very nice and said they found it right when I left, HOWEVER when I got home I had things missing from the bag including an 1/8 I bought from my local dispensary. These teenage employees really stole an eighth out of my bag ‍‍ hella illegal and it was in my bag before the employees "found" it. read more

The money-gram service fee is $14 meanwhile at Walmart only $9. They using a phone call instead if a filling form which is I have to repeated the questions & the answers many times. They only accepted cash, not debit card. So when I have to take the cash from the ATM near their door, it charged me $3. I had to do it coz I have no time to find Walmart, otherwise I preferred to go to Walmart. It suck. read more

The pharmacy here is great. First time I came here I was in and out within twenty minutes. This is my second time and it took a little bit longer but still not a big deal. I come all the way from tucson bc all tucson pharmacies never have meds in stock. So compared to tucson pharmacies this place is heaven. They mess up my prescription every time. I just moved here from a Massachusetts and I have never experienced such stupidity as I have with this particular branch. It's aggravating and dangerous. I once went through a 4 day withdrawal from a medication that they forgot to put in, had to wait on the order. And just now, sent in script 2 days ago, it's not ready. One tech says they only have 10, I say fine, call back and it's still not filled to have another tech tell me they have the 30. After this order, changing pharmacies. read more

Not a huge fan of CVS, another location recently refused to call other locations looking for my hard to find med, saying it was the option of the employee whether they did so for a customer at the drive-thru, and were worried about being robbed. I was on my Harley-Davidson motorcycle (which probably cost more than the car SHE drove) and asked the girl if she would have helped me if I had come in my Mercedes S-500. She said "Yes, she probably would have). I swear that's true. THIS CVS, however, is another story. Roger, one of the Pharmacists, is a professional. He cares about the customers, and does whatever he can to solve your problems. He's experienced, knowledgable, and gets it done! Please give him a raise, CVS! The minute clinic experience I had was initially a good experience; turned bad very quickly. I went in and had an in house strep test done, and then also an in house mono test; both results were negative. Was charged over $200, which i paid the day of. Then was told that they would send my strep test to sonora quest to confirm that it was not a false negative, and was told it would be free. I had just spent $200 on a strep test in house; there is no way I would have had them send ANOTHER test out, just to make sure that the first one hadn't been mistaken, UNLESS i was under the impression that it was free. A month later I started getting bills and late notices from Sonora quest, for a bill that was $100. I called into the minute clinic, sat on the phone having to make it through the 5 minute menu I'm not sure how many times and would always get customer service, who could do nothing but send it in and tell me that it was reviewed and that status was unchangeable. I was told there was no one in clinic I could talk to, and the person who reviewed it was unreachable. SO Frustrated. read more

They have the rudest people working at the pharmacy. Once we were not given the complete medication. These people didn't have the basic courtesy to inform us that it was the pharmacy that ran out of Medicine. We thought that the doctor didn't give the details of the medicine to the pharmacy. We ended up calling the doctor and all that hassle. Bunch of incompetent, rude and pathetic people work here. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Or better, avoid cvs !! read more

Typical drug store for over the counter medicines or a snack/drink. OK for prescriptions, typical wait. This review is mainly for the health clinic. They are a hit and miss if you get someone good or not, they are Nurse Practitioners, not Drs. But we have tried them and the Walgreen's clinic both over the years and we are more likely to get someone good here, so while it is a little further away, we prefer CVS. They handle things that they feel very comfortable with but they send you to urgent care for things they are not sure of. We prefer going here as they are more likely to give an antibiotic rather than freak it is something more serious when it is not and send us to Urgent Care when we really just needed an antibiotic. If it is busy there will be a wait, so just plan on it. You can go to their web page and get an appointment so you don't have to wait here. read more

Absolutely awful. Had an emergency med sent it, called to check if it's ready and I've been on hold for 12:42 so far. They never call to tell me when the script is ready so I always have to call. The telephonic system was not recognizing my rx# so I ended up here, on hold, for 13:25 now. NEVER had this at any walgreens or frys. read more

Pros: Plenty of shade in parking lot, automatic doors make it easy to get in / out for older folks and people wheelchair bound. Large clean and well-lit aisles, good selection of items in store, i.e. common over the counter medications, health and beauty, home/kitchen/bath, liquor/beer, quick-meal foods, including frozen meals. Cons: Prices are a little high, not all items in stock all the time. Inconsistent staff in pharmacy due to use of students and several part-time technicians - not always familiar with software, but they get it right eventually. Hard on the patience if you are in a hurry or don't feel well anyways. Came in to grab a prescription that was transferred from another pharmacy. Had it transferred the day before, but had to wait a day because the antibiotic had to be ordered in. Was quoted a price of $110 for 30 pills. I asked if they could find a discount card to use because I have no insurance, and the tech did a great job finding a discount card to bring the cost to $15. This was very helpful and allowed me to purchase allergy medicine I was running short on. I grabbed a few other items from the cold-food section and was checked out at the front of the store in a fast and friendly manner. They have been helpful numerous times in the past, and always courteous. read more

Nothing drives me more nuts than a sale for 2 liter Pepsi and when you get to this store they don't have any diet Pepsi. I asked a person in the store working and they informed me that they did not work in that isle. Walked out and won't walk back. Walgreens willl get my business. read more

Upset and annoyed. Had a prescription filled. Asked if they had in stock and was told "yes". Picked up, got home (20 miles away), discovered they filled with the generic which I was not informed about, upsets my stomach, and to get a refund on the incorrectly filled product I must return to this location. Bad service and irresponsible. What if I didn't check the pills and was given something harmful? Thanks for wasting my time and gas. read more

I called cvs minute clinic's national line- they were able to tell me the closest clinic, how many would be ahead of me and approximate wait time. From arrival to discharge- with prescriptions faxed to the pharmacy, took only 45 minutes!, including the time for lab screening- and the nurse practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable! thank you read more

Went to the minute clinic it was a great experience. Would highly recommend for working adults who just need a quick check up and back to work. Was fast efficient and picked up my prescription right there at the store. Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and the facility was very clean.
