On a more personal note, the meds I order require a specific dosing tool because the medication is meted out in clicks. Village Pharmacy has compounded the medication into syringes at least half a dozen times, which makes me wonder what else they are missing. I prefer to support local businesses, but as soon as the dosage matches that available on Chewy, I'll be switching to their pharmacy.

I always shop at this store, and the customer service has always been very good. However, today, 08/09/2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, I was assisted by a cashier named Karen, and the experience was very different. It all began when I asked her about the 40% discount promotion applicable to a single item. While assisting me, she was handing me my purchases without any bags, so I asked her to put my items in bags. Once she finished and I paid, I reminded her again about the bags, as all my purchases were still in the cart unpacked. Her response was extremely rude--she left me alone at the register and told me to go get them myself. This is the first time I have seen purchases handed over in this store without being bagged and with so little care. Fortunately, a gentleman who was there helped me with the bags. I deleted my old review as I'm really upset with this Pharmacy…read more As my yelp followers know, I was suffering severe rosacea and perioral dermatitis since October/November. I went to a dermatologist and filled my prescriptions here. Over the next 2 months post visiting the dermatologist, I was fluctuating: some recovering and a lot of relapsing. When I had to refill my oral antibiotics after 2 months, I received a bottle with now not blue ones but yellow/black ones. Ever since those, I was non stop nauseous and sick day and night. I filled my prescription somewhere else for just the metronidazole cream and within hours (on Monday 12/31 NYE) my face was clearing out and by Wednesday 1/2 I was fully healed. I shortly after stopped taking the oral antibiotics from Jorge's and continued just the cream that was filled somewhere else. Now explain me how I can have hardly any effect nor recovery for 2 months with this pharmacy but have a quick full recovery in days having the same prescription for cream (not oral antibiotics) filled elsewhere. I feel scammed. I paid $150 for the 2 items and another $60 for just the refill of the oral antibiotics that made me so sick. I went in to ask about this and first Jörge Monteagudo owner from this family run business was friendly but then he asked Alex Tapanes to come out front and listen to my story and he got defensive and borderline rude. I got an insincere apology. Now everyone knows that you CAN BUY MEDICATION WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION here. Why do you think it's always so busy here ha!?!! Duhhh... BUT NO MONEY OR TIME IS WORTH TO BUY MEDICATION THAT HAVE NO POTENCY. I experienced it first class, I will never come back here. But the issue is that there is barely ever any close parking in the shopping center because there are several other big stores such as Publix. I also often find it hard to find things in the store. And each time I try to locate an item that I saw online it is never on the shelf that it states online. Like any Walmart there are only a few registers open but I usually do the self checkout. Make sure you keep your receipt as they're required to check everyone's on the way out.
