They came through for me when my mail order pharmacy could not get their hands on a prescription that I take daily for a chronic condition. They helped me through a lengthy dog bite recovery period with advice, recommendations and support. Esp. when I had an adverse reaction to a prescription from the urgent care center. And now they are helping me prepare for a trip to Tanzania. In addition to supplying all of the OTC and prescriptions for the trip, they packaged all of my medications and supplements in individual (labeled) pouches. This way I can take just what I need for each side trip instead of carrying my entire supply with me. And I have to mention the gift store that is part of the pharmacy. Whoever does the buying does a great job, every time I go in I find something either for myself for the family!

The agent proceeded to ask me what prescription I was calling for to have filled. I had to repeat and explain again the reason for my call. Then she.said the patient's file will be notated. After going thru HELL with Walgreens pharmacy (the worst pharmacy on the planet), who lies, makes…read moreup their own unlawful rules, and is the slowest pharmacy in existence, a friend told me to try Lexington Pharmacy. I was a customer of Edison Pharmcacy for YEARS, without problems, but then they closed down. Walgreens was near my house, so i gave them a try..BIG PROBLEMS. Anyhow, Lexington Pharmacy has been a blessing, always has my meds ready, and dispenses your meds lawfully, every 28 days (a 2 day grace period is allowed when picking up your scheduled meds). Wlgreens told me the D.E.A. contacted them "specifically about administering my meds every 30/31 days after picking them up on day 28/29 for the last 20 years. This is a warning to whoever goes to Walgreens as much it is a great review for Lexington Pharmacy, as they have been nothing short of professional and perfect. Unfortunately, many of us don't know anything different than the subpar (to be diplomatic) experience that the major chain pharmacies afford their captive customers. However there is an alternative out there: you just might have to do a little paperwork on your first visit; and you may not be "covered" if your employer-sponsored drug plan is through the CVS-owned Caremark monopoly. Boyd's is a breath of fresh air! Let's see: -The phones are answered promptly and politely by knowledgeable and friendly staff. -The wait times to pick up scripts are never very long (and often non-existent). -If your medicine is out of stock, they'll actually order it for you, and it'll arrive in stock in a day or two. Unlike the big chains, this isn't made out to be some sort of Herculean inconvenience by the staff. You don't have to get district managers involved to simply get the medicine that your healthcare provider thinks is best for you. -transferring scripts here wasn't too difficult, I remember filling out a little paperwork but nothing crazy. -They have a mobile app if you prefer to order refills electronically rather than talk to a human. -Before we had COVID vaccines, Boyd's also had quick call-ahead curbside service. I'd be willing to bet they'd still do it if asked. I believe they deliver as well. -While they aren't in the GoodRx discount program, they will do their best to match their prices. An added bonus for many is that the store doubles as a purveyor of beer, wine and spirits. You will need to go to a separate register for these, but the selection is decent. Many NJ wines and a better craft beer selection than the other package stores I've been to in the immediate bordentown city/fieldsboro area. Their "good neighbor" branded over the counter products are just fine and not everything is horribly priced. Certainly no worse than CVS. If none of the above convinces you to check out Boyd's, here's one more: no 3-foot long receipts with coupons for random crap you aren't buying anyway. Boyd's is my pharmacy for as long as I'm in this region. Even if you must drive a while to get here, you'll still be back home before you'd even be out of the queue at CVS, with your soul uncrushed and faith in humanity intact!

There are shopping carts literally blocking aisles of the parking lot and not just left behind by customers but put in the return area so many of them that they don't fit anymore gas station attendent were rude. rude. I know it's not to a store based on how the customers act but they could work on their flow in their store and in their parking lot to make it a much more pleasant experience. I have stopped for gas at 7 am on a weekday and the has always been very pleasant. I guess I caught them on a bad day, but I will not be back.
