This is for their seamless drive-up service. I recently had my prescriptions transferred here from another popular pharmacy because I was disappointed and honestly disheartened with the lack of proper service by phone, SMS, via the app and worst of all, in person. To make matters incredibly frustrating, as centrally located as they are, they don't provide drive-up service. So, I switched and I'm so pleased I did! The pharmacy tech was to-the-point and swift. She offered to refill another prescription that is soon due on the spot, and the overall experience was very good! read more

The customer service at the pharmacy in this CVS is extremely disappointing. Every time I go there, the staff seem to have negative attitudes and act like helping customers is a burden. There's no greeting, no "hello," no "how are you," and no effort to make customers feel welcomed or valued. Basic courtesy and professionalism seem to be missing. When people come to the pharmacy, they are often already dealing with health issues or stress, so respectful and helpful service should be a priority. Unfortunately, that is not the experience at this location. Management really needs to address the lack of customer service at the pharmacy. And I'm also still waiting for a response from Cvs corporation regarding my last experience with my dosage of my prescription. read more

I went in to get some shampoo with my ExtraBucks and percent off coupon. Every time I wait for these, I can get out of a CVS with good quality items for just a few bucks. Some items are not a good deal. I have done comparison using the ExtraBucks and percent off coupons against Walmart prices on selected items and they are about the same. The best thing is to see if there are additional digital CVS coupons on the mobile app....like it was in this case....that is a good thing !!!! read more

I made a appointment to do a rapid COVID-19 test. I was lucky enough to get a appointment for the next day. The process to search and set up a appointment is very easy and quick. I arrived at CVS and followed the signs that directed me where to go to be tested. After I was in my parking spot for about 2 mins of waiting I was instructed to exit my car and walk up to the structure that's set up for testing. Signing in was very easy. The test swab took a few minutes and before I knew it I was done. I got my results in about 40 mins!! Very fast and efficient service. Highly recommended for COVID testing. read more

The pharmacy staff is EXTREMELY slow in attending to drive-thru customers. Even when the prescriptions are ready, they take 20+ minutes per car during off-peak hours. Horrible Customer Service! read more

This is for drive thru covid testing. *I made an appointment on the CVS covid test portal site. Why did they ask me for all my detailed insurance info if the government is paying for the testing? I'll update if they charge my insurance for this test. Grr. *I got there about 30 minutes before my time. There were 2 cars ahead of me. There are two drive thru lanes. I guessed correctly that closest lane to the building was for covid testing, NOT the line furthest away. *Sitting there waiting, I decide to look at the video link they send you after you register and I realized it was self-swab. A-duh. Ugh. *I looked at some other random youtube videos of ppl self swabbing in their cars and decided to do the same thing, but I'm not posting the video haha. I'm glad I did video myself because I used the video timer to swab for the correct 15s they ask you to swab each nostril. *I watched the car ahead of me go through the process. I was not impressed or confident because of how the sample is handled. *My turn, the tech behind the glass window asked for my confirmation number, did not take my physical id nor insurance cards. Even though there was the glass barrier, I kept my mask on. She put the plastic bag covid test kits into a paper bag (why tho), shuttled it to me through the transport drawer and said to go ahead and self administer the test. *I had my own disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer in my car I used in a feeble sterile attempt. I had another person in the car who held the test tube for me to break the swab into after I self administered as we were both scheduled to test. Keep that in mind if you go alone bc there is liquid in the tube.....dont want to fumble that. *After I swabbed, she told me to squeeze the air out of the bag, ziploc it and put it into the lab box affixed to the side of the building next to the window using a little dry wipe included in each plastic bag to open the box. No. I used my own wet wipes, I could only imagine all the hundreds of people touching that nasty box. Eww. Omg. Stay safe. Keep others safe. Keep our medical and essential workers safe. Wear a proper mask, wear it correctly. We'll get through this together. read more

CVS DESPERATELY needs to instill in their employees that what they store front (and the bushes) looks like, matters. The bushes literally look like a very messy family of five lives out there, even though there is a trash can a foot from them. I reported it to the manager the last time I was there, who assured me it was picked up nightly. Today, yet again, not only is the same trash there, but there was more piled on top of it. It's not the only CVS I have had had this same experience in. Looks like if every employee picked it up at the end of their shift, (NOT quite sure how they stand walking by it) it would take 45 seconds three or four times a day. Disgusting. It's like a third world country. Doesn't deserve the one star. Except the chick at the register was nice. Still doesn't make up for shopping in a pig sty. read more

Pharmacy is always understaffed. CVS needs to hire more pharmacists and techs, plain and simple. It's not the staff's fault, it's upper level management making this CVS an awful place to work. Read the other Yelper's reviews and take your prescriptions somewhere else. read more

Weve used this CVS location for years now, it's close and convienant. We get all of our prescriptions there and if you're signed up for their CVS extra bucks Rewards you get continuous coupons and deals. For instance if you get 10 prescriptions you get $5 in extra bucks. The pharmacist is good about answering any questions about your prescriptions and interactions. I'm giving them four stars because sometimes the pharmacy line and the front counter are a little slow and they could open up a second line. read more

Worst counter customer service at the pharmacy I've ever experienced! A lady name Sasha couldn't have been more rude and less helpful if she tried. Rolling her eyes and taking deep breaths as she says " I don't know", wow really?! Please train/retrain Anthony in pharmacy about basic MDI protocol. Also telling the customer "we're understaffed" makes me feel unsafe in his ability to provide safe direction. When given an MDI (inhaler) to a pediatric patient, they're also given a spacer or something similar. Not only did my provider order it, when I asked for the spacer he told me he was "too busy" and sent me on my way telling me he would text me when my stuff was ready. This is unacceptable. His inability to provide basic customer service is a direct reflection on the pharmacy. People outside of the medical field would assume that he's the pharmacist based on him being the first line of defense. He is rude and disrespectful. read more

I've only been here once, but it seemed like a typical CVS to me. Clean, well lit, and well stocked. They have a wine section that is large for a drugstore. The employees seemed pleasant enough. There were not a lot of people in the store when I was there. It's a fairly large location, complete with a pharmacy and a Minute Clinic. read more

I have had many Bad experiences with this store. There minute clinic is more like 45 minutes after your appointment time. We had numerous scripts lost Docs had to resend or they didn't have the antibiotics we need for our ill daughter in stock, must wait 2 days. We got a controlled cold medication and when we got home the pills were missing and someone filled the box with trash and re glued the box. We don't go there anymore! read more

Call three times to speak with the pharmacy ; 15 minutes on hold then hung up, 20 minutes on hold also hung up and the third time on hold for 45 minutes and finally someone picked up. Service is alway slow and disorganized- time to go somewhere else. read more

The CVS pharmacy has always been good to me they call my doctors office to get my prescriptions refilled and then they call me when they're ready for pick up. The pharmacist always ask if I have any questions and they alert me if there's any interaction to any of the other medicines I'm taking. Also helpful when I'm out of state for any of my prescription needs. They are friendly while picking up prescriptions and also at the front counter. read more

This pharmacy is comprised of the rudest people I have ever encountered in any customer serving store. I originally went to the CVS on federal and commercial. They informed me that they didn't have one of the prescriptions but that the CVS on McNabb and Federal had 63 pills in stock. So we went to that CVS. The woman at the drive thru window didn't say hello, just asked for the scripts. She came back, put the scripts back in the bin, pushed it out and just nodded her head no. I asked her to pick up the phone so I could speak to her, she rolled her eyes and picked it up. She immediately said "we don't have it" and I began explaining that the other CVS sent us to that location b/c they saw in the system they had it. She cut me off and said "They can't see what we have. And I'm just told you the pharmacist said we don't have it." Then hung up. We honked to ask what other CVS in the area might have it and she continued to walk away and wouldn't come back. About a minute later another woman, who was just as rude, came to the window. This is disgusting behavior. I will never return to this store and I urge you to never go either. read more

The staff was extremely unprofessional, with a hand written prescription from my doctor with his number and all they refused to fill it. Every time I go there's always a problem. Ever since I lost my insurance they seem to have no care for my prescriptions, when I pay all my medications anyways. They're slow, rude and just overall horrible. read more
