Recently I picked up my prescription which has a co-pay listed as $60 and was charged $70, which I questioned. I called the plan, which agreed that was incorrect and called Nassau with the error, and I waited to hear. I didn't, so called today. Although I live in the general area of this CVS location I have not been into this particular store…read morepreviously. Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.
