Got there at 1:29pm and lady at the pharmacy counter told me "they're out for lunch from 1:30pm to 2:00pm" so the time I spent there waiting in line doesn't count??? Also they are the ones that sent me the notification to pick up my prescription medicine that I needed and I maybe dont have the time to pick it up later in the day. Totally unreasonable and irresponsible. They should be fired. read more

We had to switch to CVS because of our Insurance this year. It is now November, so it is not like we have not given it a chance. This is quite simply the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. It is filthy. The service is slow beyond belief and the employees act like they do not care. This is the first review I've ever placed. I went there at around 4:30pm today and bought 4-5 bottles of sunblock. Some for myself and some for my family members. Thus, I did separate check out. The lady who worked there pointed me to the automatic machine and left. I don't know how to put in the coupon so I called her back. She was not happy. Then on the last purchase, the bottle of sunblock is $60 and it has a special white sticker on the scan bar. I was unable to scan and not sure if I can peel it off. It looked so official. So I called her again to ask and she mumbled "all you have to do is peel like this" in a condescending way. I believe I came to purchase things and should get help when I needed, without having to put up with the attitudes. The lady must be paid by the company to work (I hope) and there should be minimal training on customer assistance. Workers don't have to be nice but please don't be rude. A little help goes a long way. read more

The service is horrendous! The pharmacy takes entirely too long to fill, deliver to drive through, and the sales people don't have a good understanding of their responsibilities. I personally have waited, stuck in drive through for 45 minutes before reaching the window. There is no regard for the customer's time or health. Most people visit the pharmacy because they are ill. The long wait time shows a lack of professionalism, a lack of regard for the clientele, and understanding of how customer service should work. read more

I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. Just On hold for the past hour, for coo coo girl to pick up saying " hello, hello". pretending she can't hear so she can hang up. They can't seem to get a simple refill complete even after the doctor called in and spoke with them directly earlier. I actually watched my Dr. office call them, and said the prescription refill is good to go. I get there, they have no Idea what I'm talking about, with an attitude, mind you!! Hope I can get thru the heart palpitations. Meantime my children have been notified who to blame. Been going here 20 years, that is the end of that!!! I had it with this CVS! The only reason I have been putting up with all their mistakes was that this store is around the corner from me, but NO MORE! Just picked up my photos, 5 out of 12 photos in the envelope. The front lady finally got it to reprint. She just called as I arrived home that they are ready. I also went to the pharmacy to pickup pills...again for the 4th time these pills are 100MG instead of 50MG. I have been cutting them since the first time they told me they were out of the 50MG. I informed the pharmacist to make sure they are 50MG next time but the pharmacist said the prescription stated 100MG. I know that is not true since I was at the doctor's office when he told me CVS ask him if it was ok to give me 100MG when they were out of the 50MG months ago. The doctor told me to switch pharmacy if they continue to be out of the 50MG. The previous pickup about 2 week's ago did not go well neither. They gave me a month supply when it was suppose to be 3 months supply. This happens quit often. One time I had to go to another CVS to fix the problem since this store was closed due to an emergency. I was charged the regular price and had to get a reimbursement later on...what a crazy ordeal that was just before leaving town! I have no idea why all the bad reviews. My usual CVS ran out of my med ( due to manufacturer shortage). I called around to many others CVS's ...they were out as well. I called here, and they had it in stock. They easily and happily transferred my script (no work on my end) from the old CVS to their store, and had it ready within the hour. The.person who handled the transfer (? pharmacist?), was pleasant, intelligent, and helpful, and I am sure they were busy due to the day of week/time. Pick up was fast, painless, and pleasant. The check out girl was all smiles and so sweet. Everything went perfect, and I think I am switching here permanently. read more

Some of the worst costumer service I've ever had at a pharmacy! I was in line to drop off my prescription and it took them 15 min to even help me. Very unorganized workers! Kept saying "sorry give me a min." After finally getting some help it took them 40 min to process my prescription. They had no clue what they were doing. Very untrained pharmacist technicians! I would suggest driving the extra 10 min and going to a different CVS pharmacy. It's not worth your time to come here. read more

This place is very slow and they have terrible service. Save yourself the time and trouble and just go somewhere else. I came in for a flu shot and there was nobody waiting so I thought I'd be in and out. The pharmacist told me that he couldn't give the flu shot and I would have to wait for someone to show up at the clinic. The estimated wait time was over 30 minutes before they could see me. That's ridiculous considering there were no other customers waiting. I told them I'd just go somewhere else, and they didn't seem to care. I've been here before and had a similar experience. Gave them a second chance and they gave me the same terrible service from before. I went down the street to Walgreens and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't make this up even if I wanted to. Today is Friday 4/25/14, I just had the most unpleasant customer service experience ever. I called 2.5 weeks ago to refill my prescription; first, I was told they don't have it in stock and need to order it (usual, so no big deal), but I never got a text or call after a week. I called the pharmacy and was told there was not an order placed, and of course, I asked them to do it again (still no big deal). Fast forward to Tuesday, still no texts/calls, I called them again and "Matt" told my prescription has been discontinued and if I want the generic one (after a week of radio silence), and I do. I finally got time to stop by the pharmacy today. An Indian/middle eastern woman... I am not racist lol (she doesn't have a name tag) assisted me, she obviously doesn't know what she is doing; first she told me there was not an order in the system and if I had called a different pharmacy, then she said my order was on hold, then she asked "Masoumeh" to help me (I'm getting impatient). Masoumeh asked me if I want my prescription because it's ~$400 (I've been using this for 6 years)... I told her Matt told me it was discontinued and I thought I was getting the generic one (either are fine for me), she went to huddle with Matt, the Indian/middle eastern woman, and another pharmacist, came back and told me I need a new prescription for the generic version so I asked "couldn't one of y'all told me this 2 weeks ago?"... She jus stared at me... I'm not even kidding. Anyway, I left, even though this pharmacy is 5 mins from my house, I will never use it again. Happy Friday! read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this pharmacy. It is the worst! I call every month to have my refill ready at a certain time and it's never ready. Their excuse is always "we are backed up today." Some of the workers are just flat out rude. I was suppose to have a prescription ready at 5:30 today. It's now 8:45 and it's still not ready. Called about 20 minutes ago and said they would have it ready in 10 minutes - still haven't received the text saying its ready. If this is the closest place to you, would just drive the extra miles to go some place else. It's absolutely horrible. read more

This won't let me do zero stars or I would. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. My sister had surgery and we dropped off her prescriptions here and were told they would be ready at 6:30 (this is after the hassle of even being able to drop them off bc they still have her name wrong in their system). I went to pick them up that evening and were told they weren't ready and it would be another 30 minutes, I said I'd wait, and they told me I had to leave and come back and when I refused and said no I'll wait for them, they refused to fill them and gave them back to me. When we called the store manager, he said there was just a miscommunication and it would have been another 5 minutes.... not what I was told and if that was true, why wouldn't they let me wait for them?? During this time I was yelled at by a tall blonde lady, I believe her name was close to Jamie, shrugged off by the Indian lady who just walks around, and refused my sisters medication by their pharmacist. They told me they had "hundred of prescriptions to fill and were 3 days behind".. then why even let me drop them off and give me a same day time to pick up?? I could have gone to Walgreens to begin with and saved myself and my sister alot of aggravation. Unprofessional is an understatement for this pharmacy. read more
