Awesome Customer Service!…read more This is a great little CVS that is in a strip mall next to Publix. They are having some kind of AC issue & have some free standing units in the store. It's colder than an igloo in there haha. Anyhoo, Hubby ventured into this place looking for a pool float & we found tons of amazing Beachy stuff here also. However, when we went to pay one of the items didn't have a price & the manager came over & gave it to us for half price bc it was the last one. He told us they are working on the AC & the ones in the store are just temporary. He was a very pleasant gentleman, very engaging and charismatic. LOVE people that love their jobs. Will return & Often. Highest Recommendations.

They were very helpful getting it transferred over to Walgreens, a little down the road. Bottom line: Check your insurance before you send an Rx here.

Best. Pharmacy. Ever…read more I came in about 40 minutes before the pharmacy closed after just leaving the ER for a kidney stone. Upon handing the man my prescriptions, he said he wouldn't be able to fill them in time. I must have looked distraught or something because he told me to just take a seat and he'd take care of me. I thought maybe he was putting them in to be taken care of first thing the next day, but about 10 minutes later (faster than anyone else still waiting) he called my name and handed me my giant bag of prescriptions!!! I was so surprised that somebody would do that for me. He said he couldn't turn me away because he heard the pain in my voice. I cried. At Walgreens. This act of kindness was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you so much!

Refused to fill a doctor…read moreauthorized 60 day Rx for extended international travel citing that it was against the law to fill more than 30 days, which it is not, then stated he would make a one time exception. If it's truly illegal then how could you make a one time exception? When I mentioned that I would not have a problem contacting the district manager again - he put my 30 day Rx back on the counter and told me that "If I am going to just start complaining, then he isn't going to fill anything for me." Then he walked off, never to be seen again. That behavior is not only unprofessional but it is abusive and retaliatory.

This was regarding an emergency refill for my daughter, a medication that costs $2000 per bottle, I was trying to ask a question about insurance and she practically just insulted me talked over me, and hung up. The thing that pissed me off is that I left a message and had to wait until the next day for her to call me so I could speak with here because there is NO WAY to speak directly with the pharmacist. She called me back and then didn't even try to understand my question, just talked over me instead. If I could give zero stars I would. My entire family has been using CVS for 25 years. I will never go into this store again, and may just stop using CVS entirely.

The fuel prices were competitive, the housekeeping around the pumps left a little to be desired, the most disappointing being the empty sanitizer dispensers especially with what's going on in the world today. I have my own so it wasn't a big deal I just hate half-ass efforts, if you're going to provide a service provide it all the time or remove all evidence that you ever offered it. I think this location is more about convenience rather than being a destination, I know for me it was by happenstance and honestly I didn't make a way point on my GPS. If you're running low on fuel (meaning your low fuel light is on) this may be a good option. I didn't enter the store so I haven't a clue about the staff some seem to have had a bad experience others praise their efforts - I'll take a neutral position on this one...

If the people at Publix headquarters don't improve their areas of shortcomings their share of the pharmacy market will remain wherever it is at this time.

This store is one of the few locations that has an olive bar ($10.99 lb). They were out of the Greek Olive Salad I love, but still had plenty of other selections for an olive lover, including an Artichoke Salad. They were also out of a lot of things I normally shop for at Publix: Distilled Water, Sweet N Sour marinade, Pickled Ginger, and Chicago Style Giardiniera. Now I understand most of those items are obscure, but Distilled Water? Really? That's like being out of stock on digital gift cards! (Amazingly Bing is out-of-stock on Digital Amazon Gift cards, but that's another story). There are a LOT of employees. I didn't have any trouble snagging one to find out if the item I wanted was out-of-stock or just hiding from me. I talked to about 1/2 dozen employees. 3 of them were on the ball, and 3 were clueless; Which is above average for grocery store employees in my opinion.

I went there to pick up my order only to find out that had not gotten around to it and I had ordered over 24 hour earlier. I looked around and they actually had 8 people working and none of them where picking orders for customers' orders. Two behind the front desk and 6 standing around with each other or standing at front door to greet and watch the front door. This mismanagement is not acceptable or professional. In addition, the young guy that wears glasses, with brown hair is very practiced at being rude, insolent and disingenuous with the customers.

That level of service is rare. At checkout, the cashier was genuinely friendly and engaging, which added to the overall experience. We also had an unfortunate moment where we accidentally dropped a bottle and it broke. We felt terrible but the staff handled it with kindness and professionalism, immediately putting us at ease without making us feel uncomfortable. That kind of customer care leaves a lasting impression. You've definitely won us over we'll be back. Five stars honestly don't feel like enough for a first experience like this.
