I stopped by recently one late evening to pickup some basic items. The store was nice and clean and well stocked. Parking was easy around the store as well. The location is easy to get to in The Rim area. I was able to pickup the items and checkout in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I used to love coming to this store, because it's right down the street. The employees have ALWAYS been rude and act like I'm a bother when help is needed. Mark is the worst manager I've seen in my life. Because they get paid to be on their cell phones and give customers attitude instead of providing actual customer service, I now drive a few more miles to Walgreens. When new Covid vaccine was approved I went online to book an appointment. When I went to my scheduled appointment they said that CVS did not have an updated contract with Medicare for the new vaccine. They did not inform me of this prior to my appointment ( they asked for insurance information when booking). I wasted my time and gas $ getting to the store. read more

This CVS is sketchy but unfortunately the closest to where I live at the moment. It always feels like it needs to be cleaned, the employees are often not paying attention, and they never seem to be fully stocked. They had every flavor of iced tea except just normal iced tea. My fiance also got a hostess peanut butter and chocolate pastry that looked like it was moldy when he opened it. I think this location has a lot of things to work on. Thankfully I'll be moving soon and can go to a different location. read more

I just experienced the rudest customer service from an employee named Ernest. I mean this guy was outright disrespectful and seemed to hate his job. He was definitely giving the impression that my needing to pay for my items was a major inconvenience. I spoke to the manager and it didn't seem like she even cared. I'm so disappointed read more

My boyfriend went to CVS today to get some snacks during this crazy pandemic. As most of you know in Bexar county it is MANDATORY to wear a mask. Also, walking into this CVS there is a post on the doors stating masks are REQUIRED to be worn in the store. When he went to leave he noticed he had lost his mask. He gr bandana because that's one of the recommendations for a make shift mask. As SOON as he walked in BOTH employees at the front looked at each other and then one of them followed him around the store while he was shopping. I should probably mention that he is Ecuadorian and has a very dark completion. Highly disappointed! read more

Poor customer service. Rude cashier who seemed to be inconvenienced and lazy manager who dismissed me. Clearly the person in charge of this store is not doing their due diligence of their employees. As a manager, I understand the importance of employing customer service oriented employees. I understand the majority are student customers, however, I frequent this location and I'm livid with how I was treated. Speaking on behalf of any other customers treated so poorly and talked to like a child. read more

While this is not my usual pharmacy, I was in a hurry to get a prescription filled and this location was convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and warmly I was treated. I went through the drive through and the person at the window was extraordinarily nice and helpful. When I returned 45 minutes later to pick it up, she remembered me and had it ready without even asking my name! Never ever got this treatment at competitor Walgreens where I was treated like a number and the pharmacist was outright rude! Love CVS! read more

We went to the pharmacy to fill our grandmothers chemotherapy drugs. They took our prescription and sent us on our way. We should have checked our bags, they forgot her anti nausea medicine! Of course the pharmacy was closed after we tried to get this fixed. Unfortunately, the medicine wasn't even entered in their system, so the 24 hour pharmacy in the medical center couldn't help us. This was the one medication she REALLY needed and they dropped the ball. Because of them, my grandma will spend the night over the toilet...thanks CVS read more

This CVS is truly a neighborhood store for me, easily within walking distance. Their selection of every day needs never ceases to surprise me! The only thing I don't see there that I would need is fresh produce - but hey, that's not really their style. read more

We've found that they underfill prescriptions as a standard practice. Today, their computer system was down and they couldn't say when it would be back online. They wouldn't release my son's prescription until computer came back on. When asked what we would do if computers didn't come back online before closing time they had no answer. Switching pharmacies. read more
