The more important thing: the staff that work here: they're quick, knowledgeable, diligent, and have been incredibly ideal from the get go. The brains of this operation is Maily Vo, the lead pharmacist. She provides outstanding service and is not about wasting anyone's time. This place fills prescriptions within the same hour / day and they're so good about explaining how to utilize the drugs / devices. Despite crowds forming often here (#2), I'm really only here for a few minutes at a time due to their efficient work. The pharm techs that work here are also fabulous and friendly. Also, it's been a breeze scheduling shots here. I managed to score a flu shot as well as a COVID booster after scheduling everything online. The process went off without a hitch and I would do it again here in a heartbeat. No one likes being sick, but I always look forward to copping some serious drugs from here. I don't think I've ever had a mix up on my order. They shop quickly and pickup is always a breeze. This is why my in-store experience is baffling to me. The store just looked chaotic. Things were blocking aisles, items were misplaced everywhere, nothing seemed to match up to the labels on the shelves. Looking for a body wash and nearly every single bottle of the brand I was looking at was opened and pumped with soap spilled over the bottles. I managed to find one out of 10 maybe that hadn't been opened. That's nuts! I guess the other positive is that I eventually found what I needed. I likely stick to the drive-up option.

Recently i placed on online order for some prints that totaled $100. CVS SAYS its same day pick up, but I ordered it at night so I had no expectations of picking it that day. I did expect to pick it up or for it to at least be ready by the next day. I heard nothing. I went in the next day just to see how it was going for 60 prints, not a large order but not a small one. They tried to say my order was at the wrong location. Then I pull up the confirmation number and conviently it's there but they haven't completed it yet. And i said that's fine, but is there a way to get it started. Then they call a manager up to tell me the machine has been broken so they wouldn't have been able to fill the order anyway. LIKE WHAT? CVS GLADLY took my $100 for my order. The employees and management saw my order and didn't do anything to tell what was wrong with this order, oh and that it was never going to get completed?? Shitty ass people. They should just shut this CVS down, because clearly management doesn't care about the people that CVS serves, CVS has no morals or customer satistifaction in place to avoid the frustration of having to call and bounce around and be placed on hold to get a refund. The customer service area is really nice and sometimes the line can be outrageously long, but they know how to make it go by fast for us. The pharmacy I used for a short time and still do for my son's prescriptions, they are always on top of it. The lines can also be long, but usually the wait is short. Also - this is the only grocery store nearby that has baby/mommy parking spots, which is awesome for mommies with kiddos (hopefully the spots aren't being taken by people with no children - that really irritates me!!!)
