The employees are rude and lazy, typically just standing around while the store is out of warm food, coffee and the soda machine is out of carbonation. I attached a picture of the selection of food from my visit today. The employee (Raul) told me he wouldn't be making any more food because it was too late in the night. It's 4:15pm. Still afternoon and just about dinner time. So lazy!!! I've lost all hot that this place will turn around. The 7/11 at 15883 bernardo center drive is absolutely incredible. If you can spare the extra 1.2 mile drive, your experience will be 1000x's better

Gas prices are fairly standard for the area, if paying cash as opposed to credit card you do get a…read moresmall break per gallon. Fairly close to the 15 freeway entrance and exits as well so if you need gas the location is convenient. It has been a while since I have been inside but they do have a mini mart with grab and go foods and beverages, coffee, sodas, ect. There are signs at the pumps with some pretty good deals on hot snacks and chips. They have plenty of pumps too. Beware though, I went a few weeks ago to fill up our rental car before returning it, put the pump in and clicked the latch to auto pump, everything was going fine then all of a sudden the pump popped out and gas was going everywhere (literally all over my clothes, shoes, in my hair). It looked and felt secure but apparently there was something off. That could go for any gas station though.

I looked at the interior and there were still drink residue they didn't wipe and they didn't even vacuum chairs thoroughly. I was very upset. This has got to be the worst car wash I've ever had. Richie and his customer service was very rude when I drove back and asked them to clean the side of my door. He didn't do it and said I had to pay extra and then he said I don't have to come back if I don't want to. Trust me you do not want to go to this car wash.

I chose the $89 interior. The detailing was good for the most part. Just some smudges left on the back of the driver seat and out side on the side view mirrors. Nonetheless, satisfied with the detailing. However, I will not be returning. What's keeping me from going back is the attitude of Joseph. Got a voicemail that my car was done. When I got there, Joseph and another young male attendant were at the register. At first, both were friendly. The young male coworker jokingly commented that if anything was wrong with the detailing, to remember and blame the name Joseph. I also forgot my ticket and apologized. The young male attendant also jokingly said something along the lines of no worries people forget things all the time, while pointing at Joseph. Joseph ran me up and asked if I wanted cash back for a tip. I agreed. Joseph indicated it would only take debit. Now, I travel light and for the most part only carry my MagSafe phone "wallet" which holds three cards: my driver's license, a credit card, and my Costco card. I did not explain this, as I do not have to. I simply stated, oh sorry I only have credit. This is when the attitude and demeanor of Joseph flipped a 180. He said something "oh that's fine, my guys are getting stiffed". He also said something that I needed to tip. At this point I held my tongue. Joseph and I walked to inspect the car. On the way out, the young male attendant and I made eye contact and he kind of just shrugged. On the way to my car, Joseph continued. He said "for next time, you have to tip". Saying that the note (or ticket) said I had asked for "please do a good job" which requires extra detail and attention, and calls for a tip. After inspecting, I told Joesph, that they in fact did "do a good job". I didn't say anything else as I didn't think I could reason with Joseph and at this point I did not want to tip based on Joseph's behavior. Another note, when I turned in my car and keys, I never left a note or request to "please do a good job". Don't know if this is just a tactic to guilt trip or force tips, but I did not make this request. Needless to say, I will not be returning here due to Joseph's attitude and trying to strong arm me into tipping. Again, I was more than willing to tip, but his attitude completely took that away. Instead of paying his guys a livable wage, he attempts to force a tip from customer and indicates I am stiffing them if I do not comply. Completely unprofessional behavior that ruined my otherwise good experience here.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Chevron location while attempting to redeem a…read morewinning ticket. The salesperson was unable or unwilling to locate the barcode and instead of assisting or asking for help, responded rudely and dismissed the transaction altogether. What was most concerning was the behavior of the supervisor, Joseph. Rather than stepping in to resolve the situation professionally, he reinforced the dismissive attitude. As a supervisor, he should be setting an example of customer service, patience, and problem-solving--not contributing to an uncomfortable interaction. Customer service positions, especially in environments like gas stations, require basic courtesy and a willingness to help customers. In today's climate, it's especially important that staff interactions do not come across as disrespectful or dismissive, as this only adds to existing tensions. I hope Chevron will review this incident, provide additional training, and more carefully evaluate the individuals placed in supervisory roles. Customers deserve respectful and professional treatment.

It is still aan acceptable form of identification when buying age restricted items luckily I still had my drivers license on me, but the employee really needs to learn to read up on authorized forms of identification.

The cleanest and most organized CVS I've ever walked into. This place really knows how to give a first impression. I'm mostly very unimpressed or disappointed by my CVS experiences. This one is not that bad. It seems to have everything you need. And the wait at the pharmacy isn't that bad either. However my impression of the staff behind the pharmacy counter was a little neutral. They seemed to not be that customer service oriented. Also they didn't know the names or origin of the pharmaceuticals/ pharmaceutical manufacturers they carry. I would think since everything is going towards specialty pharmacy that they would want to be more product and customer centric. Other than their laissez-faire California attitudes, everything seemed to work out ok. I would recommend this CVS to a friend. read more

Why, why, why after years of the store not being stocked appropriately is the Manager still employed there? I just stopped by 4/12/26 at approximately 1:45 pm to pick up a few items and as usual the cold beverage department is empty as well as many other items in other aisles. 4S Ranch residents need to stop shopping there and maybe someone will make a change. read more

They had PHOTOS of my health insurance card that I uploaded to their website, yet it's been two…read moreweeks since my dermatology doctor visit and I have yet to receive my prescription. My dermatologist also has poor communication practices since I wasn't told that my prescription was being sent here. I was told it was being sent to my Savon Pharmacy. Then I get random phone calls from this Pharmacy and the voice mails they leave are unintelligible because the person leaving the message isn't a native English speaker. Then they waste over a week insisting that my new health insurance cards are no good and it turns out they incorrectly typed my insurance info into their computer. Instead of apologizing and saying, " I'm so sorry, that's our mistake"- they hang up on me. I was under the impression it's supposed to be about the patients since we are the ones paying. Anyways, as a native Texan, I'm still in shock at the rudeness of this pharmacy. My hometown specialty pharmacy would never have treated me this way. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
