The staff ate personable and friendly and greet you with a "Hello, welcome in" when you walk through the door. They keep the store clean and the soda and coffee dispensers are also regularly cleaned. No sticky counters or floors. I wish they stocked cheesy brats or sausages in the hot dog grill area but their regular selection is good and the food there is warm and fresh. The parking lot does get busy at times during the day due to store customers and Soapy Joes traffic. Overall this is the best 7-11 I've been in. read more

I just returned home from making a couple of stops one of them here at this location; 10am on a Sunday and mine is already blown. I have been coming to this location for several years ever since it converted to a Chevron/7-11/Soapy Joe's and while I had a issue with the Soapy Joe's portion awhile back (and posted separately), until today, I've never had a problem in the store. Until a couple of months ago, the staff was always friendly and helpful and whenever things were busy, they always pushed through to keep thing's flowing. Over the last several months, I have noticed mostly new people behind the counter, and I get it that people move to other jobs due to various reasons, and for the most part, these new staff members seem friendly and polite and just need experience under them. The one exception though is "TC" as he doesn't seem very happy about working here. I started noticing him behind the counter because he always seems to be in a bad mood and making comments about having to wear a mask (when it was being fully required), having to have the plexiglass screen in front of the counters now, and appearing to be not be thrilled to have to leave the register to get anything from the grill/oven. For the most part, I have let it slide because I am usually just in and out, as well as other times having my 6 year old with me, but today was unacceptable and as long as he is working there, I will not be returning. I went in a little after 10am to pick up something to drink and eat and when I got up to the counter, a couple of things happened: 1. He breezed through the sale process so quickly that I could not enter my points....has happened with him before (and with a few of the newer people) and to be fair, I was still waking up a bit. 2. My total cost was $1.92, I gave him a $5 and he gave me back $3.00...when it should have been $3.08. I looked at him with a "Where's my $.08 look?" and he proceeded to talk to me like I was dumb and repeated twice, like I couldn't count that my total was $1.92 and he gave $3. When I still looked at him, and this was the part that sealed the deal on why I won't be returning while he works there, he said that most people thanked him for that (not giving back the change and just the paper money). I decided that it wasn't worth getting into an argument and starting my day off like, so I just left, and he was still calling out to me while I was leaving...Wow. First of all, it might be just $.08 but that is still money due to me, you don't get determine what I get back, you go by the transaction of what is on the POS. I know over the past year there has been a shortage of change due to the pandemic and if that was the issue here, "TC" could have said something and I would have been fine with it. Second, it's obvious that he isn't happy working here and has some strong opinions about the state of the world right now, but when you're on the job, you're on the job and need to keep it in check. I won't speak for everyone who stops there, but I know that several people have been turned off by his attitude while I have been waiting in line. Needless to say, they've lost the business of a loyal customer who's stopped there over the years and while it won't stop me from patronizing 7-Eleven, it won't be this one while "TC" is working there. read more

I went to buy two drinks and two lottery tickets $30 each just came out $69. She says I don't have any change I just switch registers so they don't keep $30 in change so I had to buy another lottery ticket and I got my $.90 change so these people from other countries just want you to buy and they don't wanna give you any change. Every register should operate with $100 change in anything to get you to spend all your money in there store...they can stick 7-Eleven up the sun doesn't shine read more

The 7-Eleven store itself is quite nice. Well stocked and merchandised store from what I could tell. Good customer service with smiling faces! What I found different with this store is that they had a car wash. Also, they sell Chevron gasoline. Sucks that they were 30 cents per gallon higher than the Union 76 station across the street. Had to dock them a star because of that. Hate it when Corporate gets so greedy with their gas profits!! read more

Really neat and clean. I was sad that they didn't have any energy drinks for sale. I love to save money on what I consider one of my worst habits. I was also able to pick up $25 worth of chips for a lunch I am throwing. I was sad they didn't have rice chips or any of the chips I eat without feeling super guilty. New 7-11. This place is clean and recently upgraded. They offer the standard food and drink options of 7-11 which has expanded over the years. They have great hot dogs. I also like the mini tacos. Great for munching on road trips. read more

Brand new 7-11 & Chevron. I believe the grand opening was a week or 2 ago? Very clean & organized. Randy, the store manager seems to be really nice. There's more of a variety in the hot food items here than I've seen at any other 7-11. They have bite size tacos, chicken wings, hot dogs, corn dogs, variety of taquitos, pizza, & egg rolls w/ sweet & sour sauce. All the candy & snacks you expect to see. Not really any complaints besides wishing they had more parking spots as they only have 3 out front. There's a lot of gas stations but it can get pretty crowded. read more

So when trying to get gas you cant read the screen on some of the pumps. It's so bad that that I will only go there when I am stuck on very empty. Many times in the past there would be no receipt tape and not friendly when I go to the counter to get one. Pretty simple tasks to maintain but no one that will take the time to monitor the pumps. read more

This is by far the neatest, tidiest and best organized 7-11 that I have ever patronized. Items on the shelf are neatly lined up, labels facing out, everything uniform. Even the creamers in the coffee station are stacked in order and the packets of sugar face the same way! Truly amazing! Customer service is excellent as well. I was assisted by Erica and Michelle this morning, and they were pleasant and friendly and helped get my day off to a good start. It is worth it to me to drive an extra 1/2 mile to get to this 7-11 for my morning coffee! read more

I went back because cashier gave me the wrong item so I could exchange and was told because I didn't have a receipt they couldn't exchange and I had to come back when a manager was there mon-fri 9-4. This is 20 min after I purchased and the cashier who helped me was still there. I explained that I work mon-Friday 6-6 and cannot come in during that time. I was simply given the wrong item which was still unopened and wanted to exchange for the correct item. Still no help at all. Had to buy another one to get the correct one. I left the incorrect one and told them to give it to some who can use it. I understand rules but I also work in customer service and this isn't how you treat customers. If I treated my customers that way I would be out of a job quick. I hope your rules are worth it cause I visit soapy joes 4-5 times a week and will be going out of my way to go across the street now for gas and snacks. Plus their gas is $.40 cheaper read more

You see those gas prices they have listed at the curb? Those are the prices ONLY IF YOU BUY A CAR WASH. If you're just there to get gas, as the vast majority are, the actual UNLISTED price is more. Call it what you want: bait and switch? Deception? Or just shady? I must write a review for the wonderful employee that is working at this store location. I went in late at night with a friend and whereas most employees would be tired or un-enthusiastic, Andy was amazing!! They had already turned off their grill and he walked up to us and offered to restart the grill if there was anything we wanted. He was very quick, friendly, willing to assist and there was not a moment that passed that he was not working. Andy kept himself busy and was a pleasure to be around. I will definitely visit this 7-11, whenever Andy is working. read more
