Got my car detailed today. Initially drove by to check out prices. Raul, an attendant was amazing…read moreand kind. I left my car there for them to call me once it was done. I chose the $89 interior. The detailing was good for the most part. Just some smudges left on the back of the driver seat and out side on the side view mirrors. Nonetheless, satisfied with the detailing. However, I will not be returning. What's keeping me from going back is the attitude of Joseph. Got a voicemail that my car was done. When I got there, Joseph and another young male attendant were at the register. At first, both were friendly. The young male coworker jokingly commented that if anything was wrong with the detailing, to remember and blame the name Joseph. I also forgot my ticket and apologized. The young male attendant also jokingly said something along the lines of no worries people forget things all the time, while pointing at Joseph. Joseph ran me up and asked if I wanted cash back for a tip. I agreed. Joseph indicated it would only take debit. Now, I travel light and for the most part only carry my MagSafe phone "wallet" which holds three cards: my driver's license, a credit card, and my Costco card. I did not explain this, as I do not have to. I simply stated, oh sorry I only have credit. This is when the attitude and demeanor of Joseph flipped a 180. He said something "oh that's fine, my guys are getting stiffed". He also said something that I needed to tip. At this point I held my tongue. Joseph and I walked to inspect the car. On the way out, the young male attendant and I made eye contact and he kind of just shrugged. On the way to my car, Joseph continued. He said "for next time, you have to tip". Saying that the note (or ticket) said I had asked for "please do a good job" which requires extra detail and attention, and calls for a tip. After inspecting, I told Joesph, that they in fact did "do a good job". I didn't say anything else as I didn't think I could reason with Joseph and at this point I did not want to tip based on Joseph's behavior. Another note, when I turned in my car and keys, I never left a note or request to "please do a good job". Don't know if this is just a tactic to guilt trip or force tips, but I did not make this request. Needless to say, I will not be returning here due to Joseph's attitude and trying to strong arm me into tipping. Again, I was more than willing to tip, but his attitude completely took that away. Instead of paying his guys a livable wage, he attempts to force a tip from customer and indicates I am stiffing them if I do not comply. Completely unprofessional behavior that ruined my otherwise good experience here.

It has been a while since I have been inside but they do have a mini mart with grab and go foods and beverages, coffee, sodas, ect. There are signs at the pumps with some pretty good deals on hot snacks and chips. They have plenty of pumps too. Beware though, I went a few weeks ago to fill up our rental car before returning it, put the pump in and clicked the latch to auto pump, everything was going fine then all of a sudden the pump popped out and gas was going everywhere (literally all over my clothes, shoes, in my hair). It looked and felt secure but apparently there was something off. That could go for any gas station though.
