I attempted to pick up medication for my daughter but was told the prescription needed to go through Kaiser. I informed the gal that we did not use Kaiser, that the script was sent here. I feel bad for the girl because she was definitely the middle man talking to the pharmacist for feedback. The feedback was very dismissive to the point I had to ask the worker to have the pharmacist speak to me directly vs the back and forth. The pharmacist looked annoyed and treated me with no respect. I asked for her to hear me out instead of telling me they can't help me, especially after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I handed her all the cards I had in my purse to prove we did not use Kaiser, finally after being a little pushy she was able to correct THEIR error and process the prescription. She still made me wait an additional 25 minutes to process the script, and I asked if there was a separate space to pick up. She said that we would had to wait in line again. We spent a total of 1hr and 20 minutes to help my daughter get relief. To the pharmacist, I understand wanting to rush through patients because of the high demand, but if you just took a moment to listen and try to help me things would have gone smoothly. I'm a patient person, I work with 80 patients daily and I completely understand your frustration but learn to be patient and kind to those who look to you for help. You play a big role in helping people everyday. read more

I made an appointment for vaccinations on Saturday at 11 am and they told me they were very busy and to come back later or make another appointment for the next day. I made another appointment for Sunday afternoon and now the excuse was that they were closing in an hour and couldn't administer any more vaccines, even though the system says appointments are available until 15 minutes before closing. I came in for my 11am 2 booster shot. Uyen, the individual that helped me. Wanted to see my insurance information. I let her know that it wasn't required. She insisted that it is required for a booster shot. I pointed out to her that you have a poster next to you stated FREE BOOSTER AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Nowhere does it stated that I must show proof of insurance. She then went to this Indian lady. Who was rude and condescending. Asked if I had make an appointment and asked for my phone number to send a link for me to book an appointment again. I told her I made an appointment at 11am and had answered all the questionnaire. She told me to do it again in a very condescending manner. Didn't even give out 5$ gift card as stated on the website. read more

First time using the CVS inside of Target and it was an awful experience. I received a call from my sister-in-law asking if I could pick up a prescription for her since she just had surgery. The young man behind the register (Thuan) was very friendly and was hustling to keep the line moving quickly. I gave him my sister-in-laws information and he proceeded to look for the prescription. He politely asked me if I could wait off to the side while he went to ask the pharmacist (Nhu Vo) about the order. I overheard someone raising their voice and realized that it was Nhu Vo snapping at Thuan because "she just got the order" and that I needed to wait. Keep in mind, I didn't know that they just received the order from the Dr. I was doing a favor for a family member. I could tell that Thaun was a little uncomfortable about what just happened. He had to know that I heard this along with everyone waiting in line. I was annoyed, angered and embarrassed but didn't say anything at the time. When I returned a half hour later, I thanked Thaun for being polite and working hard to keep that line moving, but I needed to know the name of the young lady who raised her voice when I first showed up. I could tell that he was uncomfortable with my request, so I told him that I would get it off of the bottle. He tried to defend her behavior and apologized for what happened. Someone with CVS or Target needs to sit Nhu Vo down and have a serious conversation regarding her people skills. In the meantime, I will never use this pharmacy and will tell others of my personal experience there. read more

Not caring about customer service. Just because you're a Pharmacist you're too good to interact with customers! Get your head out of that computer screen and help your associates out. Set an example! This is the worst pharmacy ever. I never get my medication on time despite having the prescription sent by the doctor days in advance. The pharmacists there have no knowledge whatsoever and are very inconsistent. I have to make 2-3 rounds every single time to get the right medication. Unfortunately, there aren't many cvs pharmacies around :( read more

Just got my booster for the Covid vaccine and the pharmacist was very nice and I gave her my vaccination card but it was very very poorly taken care lol beat up from being in my wallet and she replaced it for me! If you are in the middle of checking out with one prescription and they are taking too long talking, their register will shut down at exactly 7pm. You have to come back the next day to finish picking up your prescription. That's poor customer service. They should finish a transaction they started instead of inconveniencing the customer. It seems to be the motto of most CVS pharmacies that I've been to. Customers are an inconvenience. read more

The young Asian man at the Pharmacy (who helped me today) was nice and very helpful. I was a new member. I came by in the afternoon with my doctor's prescription paper, and he entered my request into the computer, called the doctor's office to check for confirmation, and even gave me a small price discount at the end. While I waited for my prescription to be filled, I walked around the Target store to kill time and do some shopping. My phone received a text message notifying me that my order was ready for pick-up. Great! That was fast! After the pickup, he provided me with a quick consultation of how to use each of the medications appropriately. Really friendly customer service. From start to finish, I got everything I needed after just 30 minutes! Thanks for such helpful service and an easy experience, Target Pharmacy!!! read more

people working in the pharmacy are rude, unhelpful and clueless. our whole family has had horrendous experience- both in getting refills on time and in getting new prescriptions. they completely missed prescriptions sent by our doctor. each time more than 3 medicines in a prescription, they miss 1 or 2 go back to the doctor and the doctor shows us proof that cvs didn't fill everything that the doctor ordered. if you question them, they show attitude. in person or on the phone. i really hope someone in management listens in on some of the phone calls... read more

I was waiting in line for a flu shot for 15 mins while the pharmacy technician was going back and forth between a customer and behind the counter. While I was waiting she kept looking over at me and saying "1 second" about 3 times. Finally, again after 15 mins, she asked what I needed. After saying just a flu shot, she said "We will not be giving out flu shots anymore. Come back tomorrow morning at 10." When clearly the pharmacy closed in 45 mins at 7 pm. She was in a rush and didn't even ask the pharmacist if she was available to administer a flu shot. She made up an excuse that they were busy with people just getting off work and just come back tomorrow morning. The problem is I, like most other people, work throughout the day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. read more

Fuck this pharmacy. Honestly I been going here for years and I've never had issues getting my prescriptions. However now I have an issue every single fucken time I gotta get something. Telling me I can just get it over the counter like I don't care if I can get it over the counter I have insurance that will cover my prescription.Why should I have to pay out of pocket just because you don't want to fucken fulfill the prescription. Also the workers are very rude, unprofessional and just frankly not willing to help. They are also very clueless. Noticed the poor customer service and overall bad experiences here have happened since they've gotten all new employees. If you want to avoid a headache and actually want to get your prescription on time then just don't go here save your time. Horrible! Do not use! My doctor sent my newborns prescription over to this pharmacy. Hours later I get a call from pharmacy saying that they don't have it on stock but would be available for pick up the next day after 3pm. I wait until the next day at 3 pm for pharmacy to tell me that they don't have anything on file.. I tell them "who is number (408)600-3722 because they left me a voice message" saying the medicine would be ready at that time and date. Finally they find my baby's Perscription on file (really! Why couldn't they see it the first time). And they have the nerve to tell me that I had to call in if I wanted them to order for me because they didn't have it on stock. What the hell! Who does that? Obviously if someone sent Perscription over they need it so why doesn't the pharmacy just f****n order it or tell you that you need to call to agree that you want them to order... Never using this target pharmacy ever again! Reason: hasn't been the first time they do this to me! If I could give 0stars I so would! Staff at this pharmacy is well trained on medication stuff but needs to be trained on customer service!!! They give target store a bad reputation... read more

This pharmacy is filled with incompetent staff. Makes me wonder how they ever manage to obtain their licenses. I've made three attempts to pick up prescriptions for my grandpa and yet they still can't provide me with sufficient information to do so. The single star is for price gouging. I ran out of Accu-Chec test strips and went to Target for an emergency restock....otherwise I would have ordered thru Amazon.......TO THE POINT....Target charged me $37.50 for 25 test strips...Amazon is $26.19 for 50....that's over double...SHAME ON TARGET!! read more

The people there are normal workers. However, they always have problems receiving refill requests from doctors by fax. When you told them what happened, they always get defensive saying that they cannot do anything. In other words, they are not helpful in resolving the issue. What they could have said is that, I can fax it again to the doctor's office or I can check to see if the fax machine is on. So, what happens usually is that, you go there, they tell you we haven't heard from your doctor yet. Isn't it interesting? You could have left a message letting customers know. Also, for some reasons, their information is not on my many doctors' database. There were a number of occasions that my doctors wanted to send the e-prescriptions over and they could not. It is so BACKWARD. We live in Silicon Valley. One last point, they open at 10am, so late and close at 7pm, so early. SIGH... read more

Pharmacy is CLOSED ON SUNDAYS?!? I do most of my errands on the weekends so this is so disappointing. Especially to find that this is the only location in the area that is closed, while all others Target Pharmacies are opened. I may just need to move my prescriptions after all.... read more

Similar to other reviews here, we've had challenges with the front-end staff following through on contacting our MD for clarification, providing timely cost estimates, contacting us when the script is ready...but this seems to be typical of retail pharmacy in general, with the complexities of medical providers, medication choices, insurance roadblocks. It was therefore a nice change of pace to have Dr. Fong there, as the pharmacist on duty on May 16. She was able to quickly contact my MD as I stood by, to request a change to the script, then expertly searched for the most affordable way to submit the medication charge -- something very distinct from pharmacy science! The medication was then ready for pick-up in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Dr. Fong, you do it right, ma'am. read more

they are very timeful and helpful ! the staff here are great. I had an issue with my medication for my dog. The price tag was way too high and I felt like I was overcharged and cheated of my money. I showed them that other online pharmacy retailers don't charge as nearly as their price tag was. They were able to give me a one time price match which made me leave feeling a lot happier and optimistic about big box pharmacy retailers. read more

At first I wanted to leave a really bad review. I was close to swearing off this pharmacy. I dropped off a perscriptipn a couple weeks early because I didn't want to lose it (like I have done in the past). When I did go to pick it up they told me, incidentally, that THEY HAD LOST IT *insert laugh track here*. They asked me what specific day and with what pharmacist I had dropped it off. Again, I dropped it off 2-3 weeks early, so I had no idea what specific day or with whom I had dropped it off. How could I? The pharmacist told me there was nothing she could do with me. Basically just shrugged her shoulders at me. It was infuriating. It's reckless behavior. My doctor is an hour away and she wouldnt have been back in the office for a week due to it being the weekend before chriatmas and as soon as she came back i would out of town. So i was SOL. Had this been my main medication her actions would have thrown me into HUGE withdrawals. Luckily it was just a secondary medication, but to say I wasn't ill for a few days would be a blatant lie. This is people's health and well being. You can't just LOSE a perscriptipn. I finally had a chance to speak with the manager and she explained that the perscriptipn was EXACTLY where it was supposed to be. I wish I could remember what her name was because apparently they have been constant problems with her. The manager offered to give me a three day supply to get me through the weekend. If it had not been for the managers explanation and customer service I would have written a ONE star review. Hopefully something is done about this particular pharmacists careless behavior. read more
