Then the "buy one get one 50% off" didn't work...was expired though the sign was still up. The final price fr the few items? Over 41.00 dollars. It would have cost 30.00 at Amazon and I wouldn't have spent time standing in line and dealing with locked up items. Well im going to the ER because Walgreens lied, anyway and it will be a couple days before I get home again. why waste my time with Walgreens and check out another pharmacy instead. What bothered me most was how an elderly gentleman in front of me was treated. Aishwarya rushed him and allowed other people to go ahead, even though he had been waiting longer than all of us. It made him visibly uncomfortable. I told her that, in my culture, we respect our elders, and I chose to let him proceed before me. Because of the lack of organization, two people who arrived after me ended up going ahead of me as well, which made the situation even more frustrating and unfair for everyone waiting. When I asked Aishwarya for her name, she refused to provide it and even covered her name tag. This is unprofessional--especially since employees are expected to wear name tags for identification and accountability. I asked to speak with a manager, and Maria came to the front, but unfortunately the disorganization continued. My biggest concern is the treatment of the elderly. No one--especially elders--should be rushed, made uncomfortable, or skipped in line when they've been waiting patiently. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I would appreciate better organization and more respectful customer service in the future.

I was prescribed a cream for the dark spots on my face and that would not generally be covered by…read moreinsurance. The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

I received a notification that my dad's prescriptions were ready for pickup, so I went to the pharmacy expecting a quick transaction. Instead, I was told I had to wait for the pharmacist to release the medications because there had been a change. When I asked what the change was, no one could explain it, and I couldn't find anything different on the prescription label. To make matters worse, I had to wait over 15 minutes for the pharmacist to return and approve the release. I didn't have extra time to sit and wait because I needed to get my dad to a scheduled appointment. If the medication isn't actually available for pickup, then why does the website and notification system say it's ready? Unfortunately, this isn't the first issue we've had at this location. My dad receives a monthly injection, and during our last refill they gave us the runaround for three days, claiming they couldn't reach his doctor for approval on needles. The problem was that there was already a valid refill on file the entire time. It took them three days to figure that out. People don't have time to make multiple trips and deal with repeated pharmacy issues just to get medications they depend on. Because of the ongoing problems, poor communication, and wasted time, I will be transferring my dad's prescriptions to another pharmacy. Of you need your medicine in a timely manner skip this location and go elsewhere.

The assistant sure needs to go to customer service classes.
