This is the worst system ever. Edited to add- the pharmacy called me back really quickly. But why can't I get a text saying the prescription is ready? They sent me a confirmation text when I had to leave a voicemail. This seems like so much extra work so know a prescription is ready. 1. I have to call and leave a vm for the pharmacy. 2. Receive a confirmation text. 3. Pharmacist has to listen to my vm and then verify information. 4. Pharmacist has to call me back (and let's hope I pick up) 5. Then I have to pick up my prescription When it could be 1. Get a text saying prescription is ready 2. I pick up prescription.
