My pain medication has been discontinued by the manufacturer.. I called to ask if they could simply recommend something similar that IS available that they CAN get... They refused to tell me anything whatsoever... Wouldn't even tell me what IS available, or what if anything they could get as a substitute.. Just blew me off, refused to help me in any way, shape or form.. The idiot arrogant pharmacist I could hear in the background telling the clerk what to say but he couldn' t even pick up the phone to help a cancer patient? Bottom line, these people don't care about their patients! GO ELSEWHERE! I'd give them zero stars... WORTHLESS!

It is time for a review to see how things have been. These days, it's just me picking up meds here since Sophia transferred hers to another pharmacy. Again, drive-thru is used. For some stops, the line can be a bit long, but since I pick my stuff up after work, it's no bother. From ordering on the Walgreens app, medications are ready for pickup either on the same day or the next depending on availability of supply. Unfortunately, my diabetes meds had to transfer to mail delivery for another provider due to the prescription, but nonetheless, everything else has been efficient. Walgreens will continue to be a reliable source for pickup. Till next time :)

I ran in at nearly closing time with a prescription I had just received for our elderly dog. I feared I was too late and that our old boy would have to suffer a night of pain. No, he won't, because folks interrupted their final tasks for the day to fill the prescription. I will never presume to receive that kind of service, but I am very grateful to have gotten it tonight.
