This CVS is horrible not sure where to even start.. so much staff in the pharmacy and yet there is ALWAYS a line.. it's so unorganized too, cvs corporate really needs to find a way to better organize its pharmacy.. The store its self is always messy.. it's double over priced in everything I think maybe since we're in a smaller town not enough stores around t take advantage. They never have restrooms for the public which is wild since sometimes you have to stand in pharmacy line for over 40mins.. then there's the front end again never enough checkout registers.. always some line and the self checkout always encounters some type of problems.. Also before I end this.. I picked up a prescription today and I asked the tech if the medication needed to be refrigerated as it was not for me he looked at me and said I don't know.. scary that a tech don't know if a med should be refrigerated.. read more

Customer service is terrible here. To get information on a product they sold was like pulling teeth . Called a total of 4 times to finally get an answer. Employees started to sound more rude towards the end after I had a simple question if something was on sale . Didn't want to pay their 20% off sales price when I have a 40% off coupon . Wow, I encountered an interaction watching the pharmacist with short dark hair be very dismissive and quite un helpful to a young women in need of guidance. There was sero compassion and I watched this in shock that she would not help in any way and even backed away from the women as if the conversation was completely over when it was not. Well we needed to get a band-aid for a nethead scratched her arm and well she's fragile and by golly I needed to get the right Band-Aid in some cleaner so I walked into the CVS and they were so helpful in helping me find things I gotta tell you the 1st lady I asked where the band aides were and she was able to point directly at them almost like guiding me to him then I needed some neosporin and I asked him another lady and she walked over she said I'm the Hallmark gal person but I can still help you And she helped me find exactly what I needed I had a dead up with a little cleaner for her wound and presto I had everything I needed. Visited family and Stayed down the road. Came here a few times Not the best of customer service. On the they we leaving the area we stop for a snack and drink before hit the road and one of my kid urgently need to use restroom and they denial my 6 years old daughter to use restroom on Christmas. It's always the same thing with our local CVS Pharmacy taking FOREVER. I decide to stop by and pick up my medication during my lunch break of 45 minutes. HUGE MISTAKE. I got to CVS with 40 minutes left of my lunch, as time went by I came to the realization that I was screwed. I'm a big shopper at CVS Y Mas that is my go to store for all household and selfcare necessities always good service and help finding what you are looking for. The Pharmacy people have always been so helpful finding items I can't . I really appreciate their help . The one thing I would like and it's not that I'm talking bad about CVS is I wish they had more carts. Im sure they've had them but only if they could find away to keep them without the people thinking that they may take them as if it was theirs to take . No no no people carts are not your property so leave the carts there at the store so everyone can use them !!! read more

I really miss the Target Pharmacy I used to go before I moved here. They have superb service. This CVS has severely poor customer service at the pharmacy. Smiles? Forget it. Courtesy? Forget it. Clean restrooms? Health and safety hazard. There seriously need to be some management changes along with some staff changes within this place to ever see it get better. Now let's talk about those restrooms. This place has filthy restrooms. And filthy is putting it nicely. There was shit stuck to the toilet, floor hasn't been mopped in years, the sink is moldy, and the baby changing station had used glucose testing strips on it!!! Wtf?! Really?! That's why I said Health and safety hazard because they looked like they've been there a while. read more

I recently had a very dissappointing experiece with the CVS Pharmacy in Soledad, Ca. Their drive through window is currently closed due to staff shortages. This makes it extremely difficult for people who have compromised immune systems or disabilities, I fall into that catagory, and cannot be inside standing in such closed proximity to people who are unmasked, ill, coughing, sneezing, with no space to socially distance, to do so could be detrimental to my health. I explained that to the staff, requested that they open the window momentarily so I could quickly pick up my medications and leave. They refused to do that, which I believe is illegal because the Americans With Disabilities Act states that business are legally responsible for making accomodations for disabled people to recieve their services. It is unfortunate that some of the staff at this location appear to be rude, lacking in empathy, and unwilling to do their job in the best interest of humanity. I believe that we all have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, because of this I had no recourse, but to call CVS corporate office, and report this situation. I was told by their staff that the Soledad CVS Pharmacy should've made accomodations and allow me to pick up the meds at the window. I called CVS again, was told to come up to the drive through and they would give me my meds. So there I go again, this time when I called them to let them know I was waiting at the drive through window a pharmacist named Jim, answered the phone and told me that no he was not going to open the window. Told me I had to go inside to get my meds, I thoroughly explained the situation and he insisted that no he was not going to open the window, by this time I was stressed out, and practically begging for my meds, I needed my meds, he didn't care and abruptly hung up on me. It was a very humiliating experience to be treated like this. I mean was this guy on some kind of power trip? At the end of the day I finally got a call that yes I could go get my meds at the window, it had been approved by their new female Pharmacist manager. Nobody should have to go through all that trouble and humiliation just to get their meds. read more

Had another great experience at CVS. Went in to do my daughter and my grandsons and myself new prescriptions and pick up prescriptions. Was helped by Cecelia who was a great help and then when I got my prescriptions Israel help me and he was such a sweetheart too. After shopping around the store getting my deals I was assisted by Samantha at checkout and just seeing The Smiling Faces makes me my daughter and my grandson feel cheerful and off we went with all our little goodies and our medicine to make us feel better. I need to remind myself not to come to this store. The service is always terrible. I feel like I annoy the employees when I ask for help, and most of the time they don't know how to help me. I went in today to pick up digital prints, and they not only couldn't find them, but they had no record of them. After telling them I would have them printed somewhere else, they picked up a pile of miscellaneous photos that were sitting in the counter. They asked what the photos were of and showed me the random prints. There were my photos, along with other photos that were seemingly untracked. I almost ended up with a woman's passport photo because it has been stuck to the back of one of my prints. Never again will I attempt to print photos there. I would rather drive a half hour to print at Target. read more

DANGEROUS place to get any prescription filled. My elderly grandmother was given two prescriptions and they never provided consult to mother (who picked up meds) and when I called to ask about her dosage, the "pharmacist" named Daniel said I should read the 10 page long, 7 pt print inside the box. I asked him if he is a pharmacist. He says yes. I tell him that it is his job to provide proper consult on any meds they fill, regardless of what the dosage says inside the package or on the outside. He gets his panties in a bunch and tells me to "read the box" over and over...but it only says "take as indicated"--which, by the way, has never happened in our 30 years of going to the same doctor. Huge liability for CVS and families. Will never give them business in any way ever again. My mom has filed a formal complaint against Daniel and is looking to have him and his manager fired. read more

Busy at CVS like they'll are, the selections are very minimal at least in the make up department. The staff is very helpful and friendly they try to assist when they can. The pharmacy is very accurate and efficient Love the fact that this pharmacy has a drive-through very convenient. Open late they have a photo center as well as small selection of groceries even school supplies in case you forget on that last-minute school project make sure to sign up for their CVS rewards plan to get that coupon discount. read more

Neighborhood drug store. Come here for all your last minute items at the late night hour (soaps/snacks/ school/work supplies/ snacks/fast food). Decently priced. Can definitely get items a bit cheaper at Wal Mart, but closest is 30 minutes north, so it's not worth it. CVS does have the savings card which can give you pretty good deals/savings. Every Time I come here the staff has been very helpful and courteous. Just today the bathroom was closed since pharmacy was technically closed, but the manager saw my potty dance struggle and helped a girl out lol. Totally appreciated the help or else I would've had to run across the parking lot like a fool to Starbucks. read more

It's a chain drugstore, so my expectations aren't high. We run in here if we've run out of toothpaste or need to print a few photos quickly. The selection is okay, it's limited. The store is always pretty clean. But why only two stars? The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They come across as lazy and that they don't care. There's almost always a line and they aren't very helpful. Even the pharmacy staff. We choose to fill our prescriptions at Soledad Pharmacy now and we avoid going in here unless we absolutely have to. They could definitely use some customer service training. read more

Customer service is good. The store is pretty clean. Don't expect CVS staff to babysit your kids. I have been there plenty of times and always see unsupervised kids! Kids that area always getting into "stuff." Pretty annoying, but I can not make the staff be responsible for little brats running all over the store. Staff always greets me when I enter the store and always asked if I need help. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy has always been very helpful. On my last visit, the pain medication they gave me at the Dr.'s office was wearing off. I kindly asked if they could give me the prescription asap and they did. I might of waited less than 5 min's. I've had my dr sent over prescriptions and I'll literally go the next day just to make sure it's ready! It's never ready they always tell me to come back in 40 mins! Today I dropped off a prescription physically was told to come back in one hour came back and told me it would be 45 mins ‍ it's so frustrating because I do not have a car and have to be relying on other people to bring me!!!! Came in at 9am to drop off the dr percriptio for my 8 month old who has the flu. Said would be done in 1hr. I gave then to 11am because the local pharmacy did close down so there was talk of there being long lines. Got there at 11am they said half was done. They were missing Baby tylenol and baby ibuprofen. So I stood and waited 45min for them to package baby tylenol and ibuprofen. Smh. They said it was because the patients they acquired but even 1year ago when it was slow they would still lag. Other I was in the drive thru earlier at 9:05am and I was waiting till 925. There was a lady behind me so she drove up to the window. I parked in front went in the store. Waited like 10 min n when I left the lady was still there waiting and they never answered the drive thru window. People use that because some patients cant wait in line due to illnesses. Fyi. Lol I feel dumb having to explain that. read more
