Do not go to this pharmacy if you are being treated with any type of pain medication. The…read morepharmacist will treat you like a drug seeker and will question the quantity of the prescription your doctor has prescribed; he will express his personal opinion that it's a large quantity in a very judgmental tone without even knowing your medical background and why the medication is appropriate for you. Unlike every other pharmacy that allows you to pick-up your medication at 28 days, he makes you wait a full 30 days and speaks to you in a very condescending manner. I suffer from Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am under the care of a Rheumatologist, Primary care physician and a chronic pain doctor. I have been under their care for almost 20 years. My 3rd month of attempting to get my medication filled, the pharmacist called and told me that he was out of my medication and had no idea when he would get any supply restocked. It's bad enough to try to hold a full-time job, take care of my kids and get through the day with these conditions, I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal by a uncompassionate pharmacist who on top of that feels it's appropriate to withhold my medications. I wanted to spend my Care Pass $10 since it was the last day of the month. (Seriously, look in to enrolling in this program, it is well worth the $50 annual fee.) I bought snacks for my drive back to Maryland and with my discounts I only spent about $5.00. There were some items I couldn't find, but the store had alternate items to please me. The store was clean, and the cashier (might have been the manager), was helpful and friendly. Not sure if I will be back as my mom recently moved to Royal Oak.
